Нержавеющая сталь = stainless steel. ;) Great review, gorgeous watch, didn't know the modern Molnija watches look that fancy. Pity it's not 40 or even 42mm! 44mm is larger than IWC Portugueser.
very nice,I have a molnija pocket watch I got around mid 90s, its a hunter with 1942-1945 inscribed, I think its a replica of an army watch...I'm in UK and from 1966 to 1993 Russian watches were sold here (poljot slava raketa) under the "sekonda" brand name(sekonda is a British company) ..they were very popular and I have probably a dozen or more of them,in 1993 imports ended but sekonda changed suppliers to quartz Hong Kong made watches and are number 1 selling UK brand today.

Hi! Tissot does a watch which is based on a pocket watch movement ETA 6498. These wristwatches are extremely accurate but their dial face are as plain as vanilla ice cream. They have a transparent back case 👍. Another BIG watch! Some are rated COSC chronometer. Take care, all the best to your family & you . John

I also encountered Sekonda I always thought they are Russian until I did some research .. sounds Russian
