- Heart rate variability is generalized, deep measure of health. Research has shown that higher HRV is a strong indicator of resilience to stress, while low HRV is a sign of reduced capacity to tolerate stress.

In this video he is just misinterpreting or misleading people about the very known concepts of sinus arrhythmia, which if you want can easily detected in ECG. it's just a finding more commonly seen in yonger people,which is considered good.
