@@zakariazulkifli613 Yeah, all you can do for now is to try to avoid pointing the camera as less as possible to a light source in the night. Kind of hard to do...
Amazing comparison footage @ 7:07. The 3x telephoto lens is significantly worse than the 12 Pro Max's 2.5x lens in low light. I got the 13 Pro, but gotta admit the iPhone continues to lag behind Samsung and Google's phones.
^ unless you're taking a perfectly still photo without shaking.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro. Only thing I wish it had was zoom. I’ve watch the galaxy vs iPhones. The s21 has that small small lens flare. Except it has a zoom.
iPhone definitely does fall behind when it comes to zoom. But I would personally disagree that iPhone “lag behind Samsung and Google’s phones”. I had a Note 20 Ultra and iPhone 12 Pro Max, and sold my Note earlier this year due to number of issues (shutter lag, video was not as good as iPhone’s, apps crashing and being less stable, annoying ads infesting the system apps like weather, etc). Also, in my experience, I always felt like iPhone handled shake way better than samsung. All my pet photos were blurry on Samsung and crystal clear on iPhone.
To each their own, I still think Samsung phones are great, but I couldn’t justify having two phones and decided iPhone was better for me

Excellent comparison Mats but I don't think Sony have anything to worry about for a good few generations yet. It would be interesting to see if Samsung handle this low light video any better.

Lol. We’re at the point where iPhone cameras have a less percentage of upgrade in quality. Even the 11 pro max can match up with these guys not unless if the ultra wide is used. Ngl, apple needs to really improve more with their camera qualities in the next iPhone release. If I could manage to somehow spot the big change, then that would be bang for the buck.

Honestly the iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 13 promax look at the same in the night the 13th should not be the 13 it should be the 12 S promax because the camera looks the same and the phone looks the same to just with a smaller notch lol
