Holy shit. All the problems you've talked about is literally me. This video is so good..you have such an understanding of the game it's hard to even grasp. Best video I've ever seen, 100%, thank you.
at first i was like "this guys voice is annoying " after i was like fuck the voice ,this guy knows how to explain and help new players like myself . good shit n0thing
JPili1 It's not your language that's flawed, it's your logic. The amount of shits he gives about your opinion on his voice, is non-existent. No one in there right mind practices changing there voice because other people might not enjoy it. His fan-base loves his calming voice anyways.
This is probably the most helpful tutorial ive seen. Ive been looking at it all wrong, ive been trying to make every bullet go where i want it to go in my spray on a moving target when in reality you're just controlling it enough to keep it at the level you want. Thanks so much!
Yo thank you for uploading your rants, someone else has a few of yours uploaded but they helped me go from GN1 to DMG in 2 weeks (my first 2 weeks ever playing CS) thanks for your tips you're amazing. Should do more in depth guides/rants you're a natural at explaining shit
I have been aware of my problem of me pulling down my spray too quick but it has become too much of a habit. This video helps a lot and it clears up common misconceptions of the pros
This was the video that got me out of gold nova after I hit my first wall in CSGO after playing for a year. There are some great nuggets of wisdom here that are just as relevant today in CS2 .
Great video. This lesson taught me so many things I never even knew existed in positioning during sprays and ways to spray. Definitely earned yourself a sub!
wow i thought i knew all i needed to know about spraying and im eagle. very insightful video. just shows u how big the gap is between regular players and pros. upload more of these 'rants'. very informative
I'm new to the game and this helped me so much. As a veteran FPS player, it's very confusing to suddenly play a game where you aren't supposed to strafe continiously or commit to most duels. I already felt like sitting and spraying when I missed my first few shots is just a dead sentence, but I didn't know if I need to improve my spray or handle those situations differently. Thanks for telling me how to proceed when I do.
But N0thing, how much would a person uses this (medium range spray)? Don't get me wrong, I spray often myself, but other than holding a spot from a rush, I prefer more of a tap and move style. It gives me a sense of control and I believe that controlled-taps can be uses in a manner of offense and or defense effectively at close through long range by properly mastering one's aim and movement. This is my opinion after I've been playing for 7 years on/off 1.6/css/csgo. Although, I've never went deep into high level competition due to lacking a team.
I only discussed spraying like I did because it is the pinnacle of recoil control. If you know how to use extended bursts/spraying efficiently it makes your chances of winning all the close/medium range battles, higher. Do what you'd like though, this isnt an end all/be all tip video, just something to help people acknowledge some concepts of controlling the bullets. You can shoot the gun in any way you want, and if you get the kill, awesome :D. I was just talking about how I go about it and a lot of pro's do the same. There are also pro's who shoot as you're saying(most apparent would be ScreaM), but to each his own. I might even make another video sometime on the same topic and bring up different options for the close/medium/long distance battles.
***** Ha! +1 for the quick response! :D I would have thought my comment was going to get burried. And deffinitely, I see the point of this video and in what youre saying. I was under the impression that, after source, spraying is highly ineffective in GO. However, from seeing this, and my cat to upper mid m4 spray I did the other night, spraying is still viable. Keep it up bro! Love how you interact with the community!
***** I'm sure many of us would like you to go more in depth if you make another video about spraying although I understand you don't wanna give all your infos plz share the love bro (at least some) =D Btw this video was the most complete i've found on the topic yet so great job for sharing that already.
Your method works like screaM's. However, screaM's method doesn't work anymore after the latest patch. He do try to spray like GeT_right after watching his recent matches.
This is actually really well articulated. He explained it like a player, not like a teacher. I don't know but that really clicked with me. I am gonna go practise this right now. Cheers mate!
N0thing would be a great teacher. I was just going to watch a few secs of the video when I first clicked, see what was up, and I ended up caught and watched the whole thing.
damn i had like 15 epiphanies watching this video. you saved me hours of gameplay trying to figure this out this video should be mandatory for every nub starting csgo
best recoil video i've seen to date, valve should post this on the front page of cs go or something. More more more! recoil tips for pistols and how to shoot usp? I always die in esea pugs to people running around glocking
This was so good! I have been looking for a tutorial like this for ages! Everywhere else you just see people shooting at walls. You explained it with real situations and examples and I loved it. Thanks :D (and sorry for betting 10 cents against you just now X( )
thank you. i always wondered when to stop spraying if my shots are missing. i used to just hold it and stand still, but moving after realising 10 bullets didn't kill him works a lot better
"youtube please youtube please" the unkown hero
Not all heroes wear capes.
+swan Some just hold the door.
unkown
I’m confused?
Never mind I just got to that point in the video 😂
Holy shit. All the problems you've talked about is literally me. This video is so good..you have such an understanding of the game it's hard to even grasp. Best video I've ever seen, 100%, thank you.
+ Lukis This is deffenetly the best video for spraying and gunfights on youtube!
This was a billion times better than the friberg tutorial everything was clear thanks so much!

JPili1 It's not your language that's flawed, it's your logic. The amount of shits he gives about your opinion on his voice, is non-existent. No one in there right mind practices changing there voice because other people might not enjoy it. His fan-base loves his calming voice anyways.
***** Um okay? I was just giving my opinion. I didn't say that he had to do anything.

Oldie but a goldie.
"My spray goes all over his chest." "It stays up." -- C9 n0thing
5:26 - That's what...he said?
"boooo oo o oooom, see how up I let my spray go a little, it's all over his chest" Jordan like it's nothing gilbert
Amazing insights...Especially the point he made at 4:48 "spray and hold" is so important...
Who is that...oh neighbor , neighbor from hell
He has been swatted before, he was probably just cautious haha
GrandmaTaco *paranoid; I would be too
fede9520 ^this
n0thing, this was probably one of the best spray tutorial video out there.. You cover the points that pretty much what most fail to cover.
5 years later. Watching again.
This is 10x better than any recoil control video I've seen.
Also, love the shameless plug for your twitch/yt/ig.

This is the single most useful CS video I've ever watched! Thank you good sir for making me better at this game! :D
wow i thought i knew all i needed to know about spraying and im eagle. very insightful video. just shows u how big the gap is between regular players and pros. upload more of these 'rants'. very informative
you can spray and train on walls as much as you want, but when you come in to a fight, you tend to forget it cus of panic.s
Wow thanks dude! You literally pointed out my every flaw and told me how to fix it. The best CS GO tutorial I've ever seen!
Probably the most humble CSGO pro I have come across.
I'm new to the game and this helped me so much. As a veteran FPS player, it's very confusing to suddenly play a game where you aren't supposed to strafe continiously or commit to most duels. That was serious knowledge. These rants need to happen waay more.
I don't even follow CS but I am following because of your crazy in depth knowledge
Best recoil guide video, I like the way you explain things

***** As someone who struggles with what to do after the first few shots of an engagement, I found this insanely helpful.

best recoil video i've seen to date, valve should post this on the front page of cs go or something. More more more! recoil tips for pistols and how to shoot usp? I always die in esea pugs to people running around glocking
your first shot with usp is nearly completely straight while running remember that
This was so good! I have been looking for a tutorial like this for ages! Everywhere else you just see people shooting at walls. You explained it with real situations and examples and I loved it. Thanks :D (and sorry for betting 10 cents against you just now X( )
This is very helpful. Thanks for doing these!

close your eyes at 1:09 lollolololololoolololol
1 month on DM servers and I couldn't figure out what went wrong. Until I saw this video.
You are not alone. Followed n0thing's guide, made me feel like a pro. I even use this on CS: Source (playing LAN with my mates on computer shops).
lol best quote ever.. "if you havnt killed him, wtf are you doing"
yo man, amazing. This made me play so much better
thank you. i always wondered when to stop spraying if my shots are missing. i used to just hold it and stand still, but moving after realising 10 bullets didn't kill him works a lot better
I need to get twice as close to have recoil control as good as that
this is the best tutorial video i ever seen, nothings didnt like me but i see that he feel the game, thank for the help!!
the best tutorial seen so far for spraying
almost 3 years :)
Dude nOthing is so good at explaining things LOL!
You know n0thing Jon Snow...
best tip i got from this vid: "If hes not dead after 7-10 bullets, wtf are you doing? Go practice ur spray"
>Also, I was using an ESEA server in this video
0ms?
i dont understand 5:47 to 6:10 ... "you can not stand still while you are bursting?"
I think he means you have to keep moving between bursts, not move and shoot at the same time or stand still and repeatedly burst
This is something I never knew or even considered. Talk about the high-level mindset.
Explain like I'm five...mission accomplished.
Thank you very much! I found your video really informative and easy to understand. :D
