Aall In Limo & Party Bus San Diego Brew Tours how do you like the new clubs dude? I recently was a Taylormade guy and went all Callaway with the Rogue irons, woods and driver and got the Mac daddy wedges and I’m loving it. Only thing non Callaway in my bag is my Scotty putter now
1. Nick's lesson about angles of attack is 100% accurate for me. I love short/mid clubs, can't hit up on driver to save my life 2. Since look is such a big part of equipment fit, it makes more sense to me to use a brand agnostic fitter (like TXG golf). Great video, thanks!

I played Pronghorn a couple months ago! Great course.
Tim Haigh we played the Nicklaus course. It was incredible. So awesome. Played Tetherow today and it was just as good but different. Way harder. So difficult that you just need to leave your expectations for a good score at the door and just enjoy the course. Loving golf in Oregon.

By far the best chip with a putter out of heavy rough I’ve ever seen for the “technical” two putt and the win! Great video fellas really enjoyed, hoping the new sticks bring better scores for you both!
Did that guy just memorize everything that Mike did? Awesome, and I like his knowledge that he presented! I cannot stray from Taylormade though, not at this point. Great video!

The thing i learned from this it that the tour only heads/shafts are significantly different that the off the shelf retail heads/shafts. Sixteen yards distance and near perfect flight characteristics over your current TM M2 or the 5 wood is absurd. Love the videos, both fittings were great and highlighted the importance of getting fit before you consider buying any clubs. I did the same this past year with ping and my game is so much more consistent with clubs fit for me and my game. Keep it up guys. #golfholics4life

I really like how the guy explained the attack angles of each club should be different to optimize the design of it. I didn't realize that. I will TRY different angles of impact next time I'm at the range.
Dude SAME! I was listening to him and just thinking about how great I can hit my wedges and short irons. But when I get to the driver, I'm lost half the time. I started taking lessons recently and my coach is telling me that i can't hit a driver because I'm making contact with my hands in front of the ball. Great for a short club, but if I do that with a driver, I'm going to block fade it (what I did on Sunday), or I'll flip and hook it, or if my timing is working I can have a decent day (saturday).

Honestly dream of getting a fitting like this. I’ve been playing just less than a year, starting aged 15 and play off 12 with 20 year old irons and the rest of my bag costing 200 quid new. I look at all that gear and drool

Had the day off so I played Rancho Park yesterday. Who knew there was a "speed slot" on the 11th hole? A long par 4? I never drove a ball that far. It was either my Volvik Vivid or the Golfholics hat I was wearing. Sadly I didn't David Toms nothing so my scored was god awful.

I just bought some used Apex Black Irons and the description is they are 2* flat adjusted by Callaway with the red forged CF16 logo on the hossle amd XP95 S300 shafts.. Where I live they do not have custom fitting available. I am a 18 handicap and usually have a slight fade to the right. Does 2* flat mean I will most likely get more to the right and more fade? The clubs will take 2 weeks to get to me but I was wondering if that is most likely what might happen to me with these clubs. I am still working on getting my inside out swing down bc I do have a slight tendency to come over the top a little. So is the 2* flat going to give me more problems?

I was also fitted at the taylormade kingdom and felt like I had massive improvements from what I currently played but after seeing these two fittings from you guys I feel a little uneasy about how well the fitting was actually done. Would you recommend the callaway fitting over the taylormade fitting sponsors aside?

That explanation of attack angles at the start sounded like an advertisement for Single Length Irons if I've ever heard one. All irons on length means only 1 attack angle needed and the loft and weight of the club will dictate the ball flight. Much less to learn that way. I really like to watch fitting videos and appreciate the depth of conversat

This isn't by any mean a negative comment, but Mike would in my opinion benefit more from a swing lesson than fitting session. Your clubface starts so much closed in the beginning of the backswing, with a strong grip to add to the swing, no wonder you are hitting everything to the left

@@Aallinlimo I feel like everytime someone talks smack on the channel it backfires on em.
There is no way you are holding a green with a 3 wood that spins at 2800rpm. I'd definitely give up 10-15 yards with a 3 wood to know that I can land it on the green and stop it. It's like with game improvement irons. Having a 7 iron that goes 10-15 yards londer is great but if it is spinning at 4500-5000rpm and not 6000-7000rpm you aren't going to be able to stop it near the pin. When you get to a 10 handicap or better you should only be working on carry and not carry plus roll out with mid to short irons.
I guess a couple 4 putts are coming up.

Is it me or does Marcos Fitter seem better!! This guy to me talks to much and isn't really helping mike at all. He was trying to get fitted for a 3wood not a 5 wood!!!!
5 wood was giving him better numbers

@@gbaker7952 sorry I meant his Taylormade 3. Personally I would be concerned about the 16.5 as it spun really low and went almost as far as his driver.
