To what end should you go high when they go low, though? I just think we are cooked no matter what, both sides will never see eye to eye on anything that they believe to be true even if the facts are shoved down their throats. It’s literally two toddler siblings throwing a tantrum because they are annoying each other. And this mostly goes for the extreme of each side of the table because I have friends on either side that have no problems having an actual conversation instead of a back and forth shouting match. I just wished more people would learn and think for themselves so they could also have meaningful conversations like a functional human being.
