You and your husband must have the stamina of Russian athletes. So much walking. Everything looks so big. This video was so beautiful. The colours the buildings are painted. The museums, the history and your knowledge explaing to us. Even the Ester cafe was gorgeous. Funny story about the bus. My wife and I did the same in Tunisia. Free bus for locals going to the market. Only we had to jump over chickens and straw bales to get a seat. You have a lovely family. Agatha willl grow quickly and one day she will have her arm around you whilst you have a sleep in the taxi. 😀 Happy Belated Birthday from Scotland.
Oh Vika, your hubby is the cutest!! 🥰 I can’t thank you enough for all the insights into your life - I’m almost twice your age and live in Germany, and my stupid old brain’s first reaction to your videos is always like “Oh, look, they have modern trains now!” 🤦🏼♀️ You’re chipping away old crusty stereotypes with every video. You are very lucky to have such a loving husband to surprise you with a trip on your birthday! The pizza looked good! The woman at the museum was probably surprised to see young people who were interested in writers from the past. Like Karma Outlaw said, you and your husband are so mature. Many young people have no interest in literature. That said, your husband has LOTS of books, so you are both book lovers, a wonderful quality! What a fun way to spend your birthday! 🎂
The thing I like most is that you are authentic. Many youtubers put on a fake overly happy persona and it is not natural and I don't want to watch that. Pretending has no point. Being yourself and having this calm energy is so refresing. Thank you

Happy Birthday Vika!! Honestly you are one of the most beautiful people ive seen, and as a 15 year old who has such a great interest in Russia, you are one of the reasons that compelled me to learn Russian (I really hope I can go to Russia one day, it's really been one of my dreams ever since I was younger)! This is a wonderful sentiment you've expressed! There could not be a better role model for a young lady than our sweet Vika along with her endearing family! 👨👩👧 May you delight in your days also.
I live near Chicago Illinois in the states and you reminded me of my furniture. I've been married 43 years! My couch was given to us when we married and it was already very old. I've had it recovered twice. My big dining room table was given to me by my mother when my parents moved out of their larger home. It has benches and two 40-year-old wooden chairs. I have a beautiful bed that we bought new about 30 years ago most of the rest are an odd collections of chairs and desks, bookshelves and a children's bed we bought new. I really love old and second hand furniture but I wouldn't say I was a minimalist!

Belated happy birthday, wishing you many, many more! Congratulations on Tolya's thoughtful gift that the whole family could enjoy together. Business must be good. Thank you for sharing your travels with us. It's great to see peaceful tours of small towns from the average person perspective. My fave parts are the architecture (esp Orthodox church & white trim on green author house), fine art museum, Chinese outdoor murals, romantic dinner with gift cake and candle, and the bus story. The little stories of people being unexpectedly kind are very nice, as was the unexpected bank in a church building in the backyard. Actually, I am a fan of graffiti. It is a form of art, personal expression and communication. Though I much prefer the neutral or non-negative creations, usually on train cars and rail bridges. Looking forward to your next video. Lotsa love from Louisiana.
Happy birthday belated! I agree you ARE very mature. Your surprise trip was beautiful, your husband is so sweet, kind and an excellent father. You can see how much he loves you both. Loved the colors of this city...so bright and cheerful. Had a lighter feeling because of all the colors, I think. I kept thinking about you teaching Agatha English. I think your husband doesn't speak English, right? But if you teach Agatha, you can teach him too. An English children's picture dictionary would be useful (and an ABC book, with the English alphabet). Learn lots of single words, pictures help (Agatha loves books, right)? If you speak the word and then learn to see how the word is spelled (your husband could practice saying and writing the words). Then you could move to short children's books in English to read. Your husband and Agatha could both learn together! I think you are a natural teacher 😉. Are English kids books easy to find? Thanks for sharing your life. Your family is beautiful, as are you! ❤
I think people have forgotten how close Russia and Europe were historically and while on the one hand it's really interesting to see the similarities to European cities, it's also fascinating to see the differences - your architecture is very fine and I love that extra decorative style! When I was a child in Geneva, Switzerland, I loved the Russian Orthodox church there with its golden domes and the beautiful voices you would hear in passing; unfortunately I was never able to go inside but I loved that part of town and visiting the museums that are in that quarter, even then. It was also fun to hear you describe the city as small with 300'000 inhabitants, which is the size of our largest towns; my town only has 25'000 inhabitants but also a lot of interesting things to see :) That summer estate was wonderful, you could really imagine the literati of the time spending the hot months there, what a lovely day out you had, even adapted to suit a toddler. I also love to go places on quiet days when there are few people around, if I'm lucky...
The place where you are staying is very cozy......I like it. In the previous video I wished you a happy birthday and also mentioned how thoughtful and loving your husband is. Good idea to change into shorts. Beautiful city with quite a bit of history and culture. I would love to tour that city. Vika, hope you enjoyed your very special birthday. Prayers and blessings to you and your family.🥀

I want the light fixture so much. It’s beautiful. Love all of your videos, including the most recent. Everyone is in my prayers and I think most of us here (I’m in Seattle) know that leaders don’t always represent the people. I don’t know how to change that but you’re all in my prayers. Thanks for the fun content. The distraction is much needed. ❤️
A happy family. So refreshing to see. Interesting architecture. Nothing like it here, except some old structures in Alaska. Thank you for sharing your adventures. Your videos make me want to visit Russia but the language would be a problem.
Thanks for sharing your trip with us, Vikka. I really loved the landscape of this Russian countryside, it was very peaceful and beautiful. I also love how you guys travel as a family, from using public transports to all the places you see. I love how you expose Agatha to so many wonderful things outside video games and TV, like reading books, public transport, the space museum (that's my favorite blog!), town landmarks, outdoor parks and the countryside. This reminds me a lot of what my mum would do when we took small trips when I was young, so watching your travel vlogs make me feel nostalgic. I'm certain these will form invaluable memories for Agatha when she grows up.
Vika, you and your family are so cute, Aghata is 😍 and Tolya is so thoughtful and in love with you I love your videos 😄 and it's interesting for me to see some similarities between our two countries, when it comes to some traditions, food, religion, but also to learn about differences All the best to you and your family from Serbia🌻🥰

Another fun excursion - have watched lots of your other vlogs and when I started watching this one was trying to figure out your toddler - then realised it was Agatha and it was three years ago - an AHA moment! You share a birthday with my dad - but he was born on 31st July in 1930! What a fun trip, thanks for taking us along.
Thank you Vika and family for such a well presented and genuine video, showing us real Russia and family life. I send you love from South West England.
I didn't know Russia had such beautiful places. So beautiful. It looks like you had a lovely birthday. Happy Birthday 🎂🎁💐💕 You have a wonderful husband to do this for you. Agatha is really growing and so so cute.❤️🤗
Thank you for taking us along! Oryol looks like a cute little city, I'll have to put it on my list if I ever make it to Russia. And happy very belated birthday!
Thank you SO much Vika for taking us on your trip with you. I've watched you for so many months now and I always love your videos. I think it's very important for people from other countries to see what day-to-day life is like all around the world. Here in Europe, there's a lot of 'propaganda' about different countries - Russia included- so it's really nice to see how you live on a daily basis. Keep up the good work. Agatha is growing up beautifully and she is so lucky to have you and your husband (who is a treasure) as parents.
I really like the architecture and general atmosphere of the Russian cities that you show us in your vlogs. The buildings are quaint and colourful, and a nice mix of modern and traditional. The more I see of your husband, Tolya, the more I like him. He seems to be a really sweet man, very considerate and caring. I think you got yourself a keeper. You have a really lovely family. Also, Happy Birthday, once again 🥳 🎂🎉! By the way, your vlogging skills are really improving - your picture and sound editing are looking very professional. Do you have a new camera? The images in this vlog look so crisp with gorgeous colours! In any case, whatever you are doing, keep it up. 👍🏽👍🏽🙏🏽
Happy birthday! Thank you for another fabulous video. It looks like you had a lovely time away. Such a sweet thing for your husband to do! Also - that dress is just gorgeous on you! 😊
You made a very interesting travel video that also shows so well the charming personalities of yourself, your child, and your husband. I felt I was very welcome to come along with you.
Thank you for taking us along, Vika! It makes me want to travel around Russia myself. Agatha is sooo sweet, I love watching her in your videos. Greetings from Austria 🇦🇹
What a sweet husband you have. Thank you for taking us along on your birthday trip. You have such a nice little family and I so enjoy all of the things you share! Thank you! Happy birthday!!
Happy Birthday! I absolutely love the videos especially the VLOG's about travelling you have been doing recently. I really like your family and wish you and your husband and Agatha continued prosperity and happiness. You bring a light in peoples world. God bless.
It looks like many cities in Russia do not keep up their roads or cut the grass in the parks, but watching Agatha makes everything better.🙌🏼 I could watch Agatha all day long.🌸💝
How wonderful for all of you, a magnificent birthday trip for momma. What a sweet husband you have. I adore old cities full of history. Noticed those paintings displayed on the sidewalk, would have loved to have rummaged through those. You have such a good baby and she is so smart. What magnificent buildings. Nice wooded area such beautiful buildings out there. Calm and peaceful. Excellent day for tourist.😉 Thank you for taking us with you. Oh, you had the bus all to ourselves. 😊
Gosh Vika, you’re so lucky! It’s so beautiful and historic, esp with your beautiful Great Patriotic War Memorials, everywhere you look. 👍👏👏 And the famous fruit orchards too. That architecture is great 👍 too. OMG, Happy 23rd Birthday 🥳! How fun you got to take a trip together, YAY for hubby 👏👏👏 Thanks for taking us along!
Happy Birthday Vika! Thank you for taking us along to celebrate your birthday with you. I love your blue dress (I think it must be new, I haven't seen you wear it before). The buildings at the museum were so pretty, I'm glad you were able to spend the day there.
Happy birthday Vika! Thank you for taking us along to all these beautiful places, with gorgeous buildings and idyllic forests and fields! And thank you for sharing so many lovely family moments, I "aaaahw'ed" out loud when you shared the nectarines with Agata, and when Tolya came in with the tiramisu. Great to see that you had such a nice trip together! Greetings from the Netherlands!
Vika, thank-you for such an interesting film. You have a very good eye for filming and selecting photo scenes. "Travelling" with your delightful family is very special. The warmth and goodness of your family comes through the lens so clearly...as if the viewer is walking with you on your tour. Congratulations, Viki, and Happy Birthday.

Thank you so much for this very interesting video. Happy belated birthday for July 31st. What a wonderful husband. The apartment is indeed super cute. (Light Fitting). I love the city! Agatha was very busy. I love the doors in Europe and now Russia. You had a lovely time - nice cake Many lovely places. Your videos show me that we are all very much alike; I am so glad you decided to create your channel.
Happy birthday! I spent a month at Pietrozavodsk university in summer 2004 and I have some very nice memories. The public transport was very packed, so we kept walking everywhere. Kilometers and kilometers every day, I was glad I had my new trainers with me. When a russian told me it was niedaleko (nor far away), I knew I would have to walk for 30 minutes at least 😂😂. Love your channel, you are a very nice family. Love from Czechia ♥️
Happy birthday! What a lovely present your husband gave you, so thoughtful for him to plan out a trip for the three of you. The flowers he gave you are so pretty. And the apartment he rented is just gorgeous. Agatha is a doll. I love your videos and getting to see places I will never go to in person. Thank you so much for sharing!
Happy Birthday Vika! Another great video, always great to spend time with you and your beautiful family. Remembering Oryol from the life of Arseniev, where some depictions of the houses and gardens in the publishing office have a Persian touch. Also nice to see the beautiful countryside and the variety of trees that must have been portrayed in записки охотника. His house looks very classy and comfy too, and those thiccck Voltaires lol.
Love ... love ... LOVE these vids that showcase life in Russia! It's the small details you include that sell it. To illustrate, for me the most powerful image from this vid is the elderly woman carrying a cake at about the 1:10 mark. It's so similar but yet so different from where I live in the U.S.. The same because lots of people walk down a street with a bakery item, but different because you usually seem them in a bag and not tied with string like in this vid. So interesting.
@@Natashanjka Thank you, Natalya! I appreciate you letting me know that. I figured that was the case, but it was something about the woman, the street, even the cake itself, that seemed to make it very "Russian" to me. That's probably my biased romanticism about lands that I've never been to though. :-)
I loved this little image so much, to be honest. It just seemed so Russian and a little bit nostalgic to me. This woman was actually going to the Treasure department (I don’t know if you have anything like that in the US but it’s the place where they deal with government finances as I know) so it makes me think that either she works there and they have a little birthday party there or someone helped her to deal with some stuff or solve some problems there and she goes to thank them with a cake😅 These little details just amaze me a little bit. Also, this cake packaging is pretty typical here - in a plastic box with plastic strings to carry easier☺️
I just discovered your channel, you are one wise 23 year old!! In Canada we would say you have your head screwed on straight 😊I love to see some of Russia through your videos and I hope to see it myself one day. Until then, Thank you so much for sharing your country, and of course your beautiful family! ❤

Vika, you and your family are so cute, Aghata is 😍 and Tolya is so thoughtful and in love with you
I love your videos 😄 and it's interesting for me to see some similarities between our two countries, when it comes to some traditions, food, religion, but also to learn about differences
All the best to you and your family from Serbia🌻🥰
Отличная поездка! Спасибо Вика. Приятно видеть Россию, скучаю по этой стране!
Уже жду следующее видео :)
This is my favorite video!!!! Awesome footage. Your country is beautiful. Makes me want to visit it. 😊
люблю этот город, спасибо за видео)
The white gingerbread trim on the brightly painted older buildings is so pretty; thank you for sharing it with us.

Happy Birthday Vika! You have such a sweet family and they sure love you!Agatha is such a doll baby and sure loves her mama and that was so cute that your husband brought you pizza and a lot piece of Taramisu!Safe travels and may God continue to bless you and your family! From Ohio, USA.
That looks like a beautiful trail to walk in the woods. Such a nice excursion!
Thank you Vika and family for such a well presented and genuine video, showing us real Russia and family life. I send you love from South West England.
You have such poise about yourself and I absolutely love seeing Russia thru your eyes. Wish I could visit Russia.
I didn't know Russia had such beautiful places. So beautiful. It looks like you had a lovely birthday. Happy Birthday 🎂🎁💐💕 You have a wonderful husband to do this for you. Agatha is really growing and so so cute.❤️🤗
Our landscapes and architecture are different around the country.
Thank you a lot! I got a new phone for filming but it was several months ago☺️
Russia never stops to amaze me. Thanks to you!!
Wow. And what does amaze you in our country?
@@Natashanjka Nature, architecture, the geography, the history.
@@ruizarvinc.1545 thank you so much. What about our language? Did you try to learn it?
You and your family is very nice! Russia looks interesting in here. Greetings from Hungary,Eger 🤗
Happy Birthday! and I hope you have many, many more!
Your trains look fantastic - much better than what we have in the UK.
It's a new modern train for short distances and it looks really nice☺️ But we have many that are in MUCH worse conditions😅
Wow... the bus story is so heart-warming.
Happy Birthday! I absolutely love the videos especially the VLOG's about travelling you have been doing recently. I really like your family and wish you and your husband and Agatha continued prosperity and happiness. You bring a light in peoples world. God bless.
Her editing skills are amazing, yes.
It looks like many cities in Russia do not keep up their roads or cut the grass in the parks, but watching Agatha makes everything better.🙌🏼 I could watch Agatha all day long.🌸💝
We have a proverb that in Russia, there are two troubles: fools and roads.
How fun you got to take a trip together, YAY for hubby 👏👏👏
Thanks for taking us along!
Happy Birthday Vika! Thank you for taking us along to celebrate your birthday with you. I love your blue dress (I think it must be new, I haven't seen you wear it before). The buildings at the museum were so pretty, I'm glad you were able to spend the day there.
What a great video, thank you so much :-). It was nearly like being on the trip with you, guys. Loved everything
Agatha is an actual angel!! Her giggling as the bus went over the bumps was SO cute! 💚💚
You two are adorable! I love how sweet you are to each other and your sweet baby.

🕯️ To a wonderful family - thanks for sharing your birthday with us. It's always interesting to see the places a typical tourist probably would miss. (The bus story was funny, yes 😄).
Happy Birthday!!! From Germany to you.
I love watching your videos during my work breaks. Thank you for sharing and happy late birthday! From Tulsa, Oklahoma. USA.
I love to watch your vlog. You are a lovely family. Your life is so peaceful, slow and worthy of life of human being. Wish you all the best from Finland.
I need to express how urgently I want to visit Russia after watching your videos! I had never had an interest before but this has opened me up to
How pretty it is and how much there is to experience (: keep it up! 🥰
Tolya was so sweet to plan the trip and he was delighted to bring you the special dessert. ❤️
You are fabulous mom and wife for Agatha and Tolya , once again happy birthdays Hugs from Canada
Thank you for sharing😅 My husband does the same - always says that it’s “niedaleko” and we walk for 30-40min😂
How much was the rent?
Happy Birthday Vika! Another great video, always great to spend time with you and your beautiful family. Remembering Oryol from the life of Arseniev, where some depictions of the houses and gardens in the publishing office have a Persian touch. Also nice to see the beautiful countryside and the variety of trees that must have been portrayed in записки охотника. His house looks very classy and comfy too, and those thiccck Voltaires lol.
Your birthday is on the same date as Harry Potter. SOOOO COOL!
I was thinking that as well!
No one cares nerd
I've just starting drinking hot tea because of you, green tea, no sugar. I thought I would try it, the benefits are suppose to be healthy.
Happy 🎂. Love all the small cities
Your family is really the most adorable I've ever seen 😍 Happy birthday from Norway!
This video is shot so beautifully ! Love the vibe and you're family is so cute and wholesome!
I enjoy your Video very much. ITS a very nice City. Thanks for showing parts of your country.
Очень любил этот город. 🙏
Мне очень понравились динамические видеосъемки и звежйи монтаж. 👌👌👌
Happy Birthday! I just finished reading Fathers & Sons thanks to your recommendation. Love the arch with Turgenev and Viardot.
Oh I'm so glad!
Happy belated birthday... your husband is so sweet! Beautiful young family you have
Love ...
Here you can also see cakes in plastic bags. It depends on a store.
Wow!!!...the big bang theory!!!...i love that sitcom so much....I so love you more already Vika...Happy Happy Birthday!!!...and Tolya is a very loving and romantic husband always. .cute Agatha is always so lovable....sending hugs from Philippines...❤️...
