As far as I'm aware, they had a rocky and toxic relationship at the beginning of the quarantine, because Moses wasn't as invested and Trisha over stepped boundaries and got possessive. In a frienemes episode after things got really bad they almost broke up, so Trisha went to see a counselor to try and be a better partner for Moses and Moses decided he was all in because she was getting help. That's when they really started to look like a typical loving couple.

As far as I'm aware, they had a rocky and toxic relationship at the beginning of the quarantine, because Moses wasn't as invested and Trisha over stepped boundaries and got possessive. In a frienemes episode after things got really bad they almost broke up, so Trisha went to see a counselor to try and be a better partner for Moses and Moses decided he was all in because she was getting help. That's when they really started to look like a typical loving couple.
He seems very compassionate and wants to help her self confidence, by talking about feelings and reflecting on it.
Trisha please don’t waste a year trying to convince this man to marry you, like you did before. You deserve someone who wants you as much as you want them!
She’s trying to do it faster then that... problem is, he’s not Jason... he’s not going to fall for it....
