Who is the "I" letting things come into existence? Who is manifesting? I thought there is only an illusion of control and the doer, so who is manifesting?. There's just a witness to what is happening. I'm not awakened yet but stuff like this is contradictory to "seeing through self" and is strenghtening frustration regarding non duality :( am I creating reality with my emotions and thoughts or are they just a smoke that is irrelevant to what is happening?

Actually, the power of this teaching is more about "When you see that your commentary doesn't serve your heart, it's very easy to let go of it. @@KungWu I don't think I understand. So he's saying there's nothing that's objectively bad? War? Destroying the planet? We don't need anger and the judgment that something is wrong as "inspiration" to do something about it? To me, if I feel something is neither good not bad, it makes me completely indifferent to it. Thanks for any suggestions because I also feel completely hopeless about the state of the planet and of the human race at the moment.
