It would be great if there was a feature that lets you adjust the width of the flames. In other words if you can make the spread of the flames all the way across the full screen or change it so the flames are more in the center of the screen so you can play with the placement of the logs and crystals would give it an even more realistic feel
So does the fireplace cut off at the preset temp that you set it on, and then just stay off? why wouldn't it kick back on when the temp in the room drops again?
The heat function turns off at the preset temperature and then back on when the room temperature drops. The fireplace is reading the temperature right at the front of the fireplace.

What’s the Bluetooth name for the fireplaces? Mine works with everything but I cannot get it to Bluetooth to my phone anymore

You can control the color and brightness of the flame, but not make it taller. the back of the unit is a matte finish.
Can you have the flames on without the heat?
Yes, all of the models will work without the heat feature.
