Welcome to Mr technic channel !!!

Really good techniques, especially that round post on mitered corner! First class!
Build one of these beautiful joints is easy and an excelent starting point. Hard is build something that uses a dozen of them, all aligned, in right place and with right dimensions. That is a real chalenge for metal working artists.
You have to make a precise jig!!
Muito perfeito, parabéns
The last bend cut development is a genius work. Compliments.
Este logic tot ce face el, translate this! 🤦
Cu ce este geniu? 🤦
Clean!!!!!! Superb bend cut
Nice neat work mate.
Very clean look, definitely something to work towards skill wise 👌
Or just tac the square tubes on 45° then use hole saw.. you'll save a shit load of time and it'll be more accurate
His tubing to pipe fitup was marvellous work. I myself could not have done better.
amazing work. imagine the time you would save with a plasma cutter! great ideas.
I do the same thing cut out card board or paper templates before cutting on my metal. The way he made the round notch is the same way I did it to make a pedastool stand for my drill press.
Thanks for sharing your video I learn something new 👍🏽
Very cool!
@@MrTechnic hey what was the material you were demonstrating on galvanized or aluminum?
What are the two grinding/cutting disc u used in cutting and smoothing the cuts? Thanks...
The first one is called a "cut off wheel" or "cut off disk" the second is just a regular "grinding wheel"
👍👍
Muito interessante seu trabalho meu amigo, parabéns...
Belo trabalho
Realmente bueno. He aprendido mucho con su técnica. Gracias por compartirla. Ya tiene otro seguidor más.
Un saludo desde Asturias (España)
Great work!
Its always amazing to those of us learning. But second nature to the master craftsman.
Muito bom!
Parrabéns
Last trick... from the mind of a genius... Brilliant !!! 👍
Excellent job. Thank you very much God bless you. ❤❤❤🌹🌹🌹
Thank you too
Splendid work. Thank you very much for sharing these ingenious ways to bend metal. A cordial greeting from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Thanks in advance if you would share which brand cut off disk's you are using so we can safely try these joints you have expertly demonstrated? There are some real cheap cut off wheels on the market that would be dangerous to use in these operations where they spilt and fly off causing potential harm. Also newbies should make note the steel used here I believe is galvanized and before welding should be stripped of the zinc with muriatic acid or completely ground off where the super heated fumes are deadly when inhaled.
Just buy decent cut off wheels
His works and his hands speaks a lot. Salute Sir!
Muy buena técnica. Lo felicito.
Thank you..
incrível! que aula!
Beautiful! An artist who paints with steel.
That’s aluminum not steel
@@pstone7240 what makes you think it's aluminum
@@joshhuskins5363 you’ve obviously never worked with steel
@@pstone7240 oh God you're hilarious let me help you that's not aluminum it's galvanized steel I've been welding for 30 years you on the other hand please hobbyist don't carry this argument any further you'll regret it i promise you
@@joshhuskins5363 the round stock is galvanized the square stock is aluminum. If you’ve been welding that long you’d know the difference between aluminum vs steel. But that’s none of my business.
Perfect for someone like me just looking for basics as I have only used a little wire welder for some little tac welds so this helps with how to on the very basics not as many ,most assume viewer's are already welding to a degree! Not here!😆
for the love of god watch an actual welding tutorial, especially how to prep metal before welding, watching this garbage is a waste of time
So nice to finally see one of these video with actual useful information. Normally, they are tips and tricks for one specific project that does a specific thing for a specific part, and meeting those requirements it's pretty helpful. The videos on this channel have broad applications. Great job, thanks, and have an thumbs up.
Mmn. Nnnnllm. NmPnl
As a mechanic (not a welder, but I do weld occasionally) I subbed! Good $hit bro! I enjoyed!
That Harbor Freight pipe notcher looks pretty nice especially when you have multiple pipes to cope!
That first one a metal hole saw ( commonly called annular cutter now ) of same size as the pipe would do the same if used before cutting the square tube. The same for any t joint.
Excelente
Geometria applicata sul campo di lavoro!
Bravo in tutto!
What kind of cut-off discs are you using?
A really good idea of doing metal works that is very new to me great one.
Crak gracias por el aporte
Outstanding craftsmanship, simply amazing. Show off😜
I love watching videos on people who know what they're doing.
Absolute true 👌 that's great work. That guy probably worked a lot in his life, to have ideas like that. have a look how his right hand inside looks 😉💪
Somebody buy this guy a plasma cutter.
Aaaamazing!
Nummer 3 😍😍😍
There is w home made hole saw jig that will make all of this simpler..
Yeah work smarter, not harder ehhh he wasted so much time & effort 😂
I don't think he has ever come across with hole saw. And let's be honest this is not practical if your source of income is Fabrication.
this video is helpful to those lack of tools to use.
First 2 no brainers, but the third one... Wow... that's really clever and looks neat when finished 👍🏼👍🏼
Muy Bienn...!!....Gracias por Compartir...Saludosss...Amigooo....
So easy and neat
Thanks

Great. I'm good . Lovely man. Thank's so much.

Fitup is half the task. I think working your curves with a file is obsessive, unless building something critical, that will carry Specific loads. Still, excellent Kraftwerk.
Wow, thank you 👍
Ninja do aço, que trabalho bacana
Top💯% 🇧🇷🇧🇷
Sir ..the last trick wraping around the pipe was seriously a genious solution.... waiting for more of such videos.....
Great job 👏
Grinding and cutting disc?...
Of course
These are all brilliant idea's
Excellent
Holly hell man that last joint was amazing. You had a good teacher.
Glad you liked it!
When you put in the effort , the finished product is your visual reward . That last one took some mucking around , but shithot end result .
Eccezionale 😉👍
Learned me something today 👌
Great job,congratulations.
Thank you!
Incredible technique 👍
Awesome idea.. thank you sir

That last cut was impressive, sir! Well done
Wah keren sekali bos benar benar kreatif bos
Om, great skillset. Inspiring work.
I have got to build some of these things.
Thanks for sharing!
Very less peoples perform work like your way, nicely brief technical tricks, well done 👏
You are a genius 👏👌
Notice that literally everything he uses is galvanised, no effort to remove it at all and no mention that welding the stuff is quite toxic. Other than that, cool geometry lesson.
That is great work I'm gonna try and remember those things
Super class 👍🇹🇷
Fantástico
👍Great video , I really liked the wrap on the pipe. Now I just want to try it.

Great idea my friend, done watching, sending support. Dtay safe n connected
Very smart and well done. The last one seemed to take some practise to make as good as you did.
No talking. Judgement and common sense left to the viewer! Excellent video no time wasted!
Nice work, some very useful tips there. Thank you for sharing.
Amazing idea the last bend of tubular
Cool, very nice.
Number 3 was just Sweet too.
