Hardware is real Amiga 1200 (Commodore) with Apollo1230/68ECo3o/fpu882/42MHz.
Information about capture devices:
LG RH277H DVD Recorder is used as a HDMI-upscaler. Demo recorded with Elgato HD 60 from LG RH277H DVD Recorder HDMI input.

It's a shame Motorola stopped developing tbe 68000 architecture. There was nothing inherently superior about x86, and Motorola was more efficient

MC68000 was a really nice ISA. In todays measures it would certainly count as RISC. However, it is still produced and used. We recently learnt that from the Newag train hack in Poland.

The resolution varies throughout the demo. The image at 2:50 looks to be 640×512 whereas the image at 1:18 looks to be 320x256. Both of these are PAL resolutions, so I'm guessing the demo is in PAL.
