Rather, medical knowledge is associated with power social factors such as class, religion, gender differences and interests and activities of commercial and political interest groups. This helps us to understand why so much money has been channelled into the development of drugs like Viagra, while across the world millions of children die every year from diarrhoea. How do we develop a genuine conscience? We have to decide what should be done and what we can do, the decision of conscience are part also about our personal possibilities and potentialities.

Personally it gives me another important piece of the puzzle to consider if vaccinations may do more harm as good. I like critical persons as I consider myself critical too. It helps my to give me a stance as a physiotherapist in a world where people critisize my point of view to so called scientific proven facts. Keep doing this, don't get bought!
