  • I made another trip out to a different salvage yard in an attempt to find some more things, mainly seats for the YJ.

    You can judge a u-pull by the level of cart they provide. no cart, 1 star. cart for rent 2-3 star. free wheelbarrow, 4 star. free cart is a 5 star yard!

    Another awesome vid! I have been keeping an out out for some comfortable, interestingly patterned seats for my daily XJ. The fabric used on cars in the early 90's is hilarious. If you want to stay with Jeep seats, nothing beats early ZJ seats for comfort. I had not thought of branching out and looking at other brands for some seats. I can't wait to see what you finally settle on

    I put JK seats in my TJ and it was the best mod I've done. I love them for a bigger/taller guy. Found the pair on craigslist for $100.
    Got a video on my channel of it for reference.

    Honda prelude seats ,wok well , and any seats regardless of soggy or moldy clean up really well if hit with a presume washer and let dry for a couple days

    Cool to see how things are done abroad! I’ll have to find out if there’s anything similar to a salvage yard here in Estonia 🇪🇪 (or the Baltic states; haven’t heard about any so far tho), could use some parts for my YJ. Anyway, good luck finding the right seats next time from the @jeepspired girl from Instagram :)

    I've owned 3 Broncos and I wouldn't go back to a full size. Too big for tight wooded jeep trails, unless you are willing to beat up the sides. Plus the TTB front end... with a lot of work it could be a good rock crawler. But I love my yj and the early broncos are the way to go.

    What year WJ did you get your steering knuckles from

    • @jtmoffroad
      @jtmoffroad  5 років тому

      Not sure but I don’t believe the year matters on the knuckle. People are more concerned about year for the style caliper it comes with. The style caliper I got was the one that wasn’t good so I’ll eventually do a core replacement and get the better one
