Only thing they miss is armour for the tail bone. Knox has a pair of leggings with that armour, but they are just A rated.
I love mine and wear them all the time in any weather, including 102 deg. Summers.
Great to hear!
How bulky are they to fit under some pants? And do they get hot when you're off the bike (let's say at a cafe or walking around in a store)?
@@nulla9601 not bulky at all. They literally feel like yoga pants or a base layer or something like that. I’ve never had any issue with feeling hot or stuffy in them, and I ride primarily in 80+ degree weather.
@@arudd60how does it feel in 100 degree weather? Where I live we have 4 months of 96+ degree days
@@MrMikeDao I’ve never had any issues with it. Riding around in Las Vagas and Northern Utah is common to be mid to high 90s. Plus, throw a light pair of pants over top and you’re good to go.
I'm deciding between these and the other leggings from Pando Moto (Skin UH 03) and could use some advice.
How do they compare in terms of bulkiness and heat?
I would like something cool (cold) for in the summer so they need to be able to ventilate well and can't be too hot when walking around/sitting throughout the day (I'm still in school so let's say 6-7 hour days). And they can't be too bulky so I can fit them underneath some pants.
If the only difference is the higher rating on the AAA, it's a no-brainer for me but if the draw-backs for comfort are too big, I would rather get the UH 03.
I’ve loved mine, and I’d get them again in a heartbeat. If there isn’t too much difference in cost, I guess I’d just go with the latest (assuming improvements are generally made) but I don’t think you can go wrong with these.
They are awesome and comfy, like regular leggings, I have thick tights and small waist and any moto trousers didn't fit me so. It was not comfortable and safe. I found those and it's game changer.
I brought whole complet, its awesome you can wear civil clothes in summer..
Thank you so much for sharing! - Iza
My gf has a similar body shape and the John Doe Ruby have been perfect for her, because they are really elastic and flexible and look like a normal pair of black jeans.
PM leggings + Alpinestars Faster 3 rideknit shoes + Alps 8 V2 shorts = my fav combo for (short) summer rides
Perhaps I need one more PM item, PM Commando on top, over UA Tshirt, what do u say?
No use for humid countries, but useful for dry heat.
Looks great! I'm hoping the have a top as well soon
I like the SAS tech level 2 armour. I have it in a pair of Rokker jeans at the moment.
I have the older Skin, but put the SAS level 2 in them and as you say very good.
I love the look of these, but theyve been out of stock for ages 😢
They are back in stock! I just got the email.
Wouldn't the zipper be uncomfortable when your shoes are on? Being pushed into your ankle?
It's not something we experienced! :)
Tim, where is the beard?
Real man cuts the beard when he wants, not when she wants
Just ordered the Pandomoto Commando Shirt. How breathable are these leggings compared to the Commando shirt?
Great gear, fair price. Congrats to Pando Moto
Agreed!
I agree. Got mine not to long ago and the fit and feel of it is superb
How does sizing work for these plz help cant find
Hi! How would you say these compare the the KNOX leggings? I currently have my eye on both of them, and am trying to decide on a pair. I do understand that the KNOX is only A rated, but are there any other notable differences? What about thickness or maneuverability differences?
Hi, they are very similar garments but both brands use different material etc. It's all down to a personal preference. - Iza
I have no idea what size to get by the guide lol 34 x 36. If I get a medium I might roast my ankles off 😔
I have L32xW36. The ‘Large’ variant of these fits me perfectly.
How do these compare to the
Bowtex Elite CE Level AAA
They are both great options! The Pando Moto might have a better fit for some! - Iza
Can you wash these in the washing machine instead of hand wash?
Hi Eve, we would recommend a hand wash. - Iza
Does it have a zipper to emergency pee break ?
Hi! It does not have a zipper. - Iza
