I’m just over a year into my drumming journey and hope to tackle this song in the near future.
You play this song better on your 4 piece kit and 3 cymbals than most of the drummers on UA-cam with more drums and a lot more symbols!

But over time, I have found that more notes do not necessarily generate more groove or energy. Often the opposite is the case. But I'm still working on this path. Toll! Sehr anspruchsvolle Trommelarbeit in dem Stück, mit reichlich überraschenden Wendungen, die man beim "normalen" Hören einfach übersieht/hört, so zum Beispiel die Figur auf der Hi-Hat während des Refrains, wo "normalerweise" der Umstieg aufs Ride zu kommen hat, oder der Solo-Schlagzeug-Break mitten im Stück, wo man - wenn schon - einen dramatischen Wiedereinstieg in den Groove erwartet, und es hört einfach erst einmal auf!
Am schönsten finde ich jedoch, dass Du leicht in das größte Plus von "Crazy" kommst, nämlich das Schweben.

Nice feel but...(Just my opinion) You should try and fall in love with NOT doing fills. I was a pro drummer for years and producer and drums fills ruin a song more often that they support it. When you think a fill is needed, shock the listener by not doing one.
