As a kid i saw the Four Tops, Four Seasons , Four Freshmen and the Ink Spots ...all in one show and I played drums since age seven. Taught by Les Sharp and Gene Knight- who learned from Krupa. I'd just about give it all back to sit and sit across this ladd for two days head on just skinnin it back. Genius. Just plain genius. He makes the Cheap Trick drummer make ya nod out. Showman deluxe.

I respectfully disagree. the lounge act persona is all part of the gimmic. Thier showmanship is so polished it's uncanny.
@@182markt I totally agree. Very polished and amazing showmanship. Especially when they act like they are trying to calm Steve down, then Steve goes nuts when the singer turns back away from him! Lol and when the singer joins Steve on the drums, neither of them misses a beat!

Like some of the other people have pointed out in the previous comments ... it’s inconceivable that Steve Moore is playing with this average ( at best ) Wedding/festival/Saturday in the park band !!! Lol ... they are not horrible but they do nothing to stand out from the other 50 thousand bands that are comprised of 4 friends that decided to get together and do some gigging as fun hobby playing weddings and Bat/Bar mitzvahs. The most impressive thing about Steve Moore is that despite all of his theatrics, he remains extremely tight and in time never falling out of time at all. I’ve seen many of his videos including the one that put him on the map called “ This Drummer is as the Wrong Gig “ !!! I seen that video when it only had about 30 thousand views and it has since then went extremely viral. I give Steve the utmost respect because for one , he plays with this mediocre group and two because he is a phenomenal drummer. It’s absolutely funny that no matter how alive the crowd is he still does his thing because it’s who he is. Lmfao ... Keep doin your thing Steve !!!

Thank God he’s left them. They were doing up to two shows a night at community colleges and car sales showrooms. Guy needs to hire a manager though. Visibility’s still too low.

The video is very entertaining the performance by all is top notch now being a 46 year old Canadian I remembered seeing my favorite drum battle as a child on The Muppet Show and it was the drummer animal against Phil Collins one of my idols and it was a great drum battle it was an epic drum battle but that mad drummer in the back I love that guy I didn't make the puppeteers and Phil Collins look like children he's an amazing performer an amazing drummer and a perfect character to bring crowds in to his gimmick from big wrestling fan so understand this and this guy has the best skills I've ever seen best timing I've ever seen the best control of his instrument I've ever seen but his gimmick work with his talent on the drums is even better what a performer the entire group great performers but if you're selling me on a video about a mad drummer I bought in take my money please it was amazing and I'll continue finding them great experience your band rocks

I can't wait to see these guys soon! Immediately as soon as I not only heard them perform hitting every beat ,The visual show forced me to hunt where are they now and how can I be in that crowd. Scored the fact we can in a couple weeks. From Jersey to PA only a couple hours away. Instantly Booked a trip to see them on stage July 25th. A dream to life closest I will ever be to Will Ferrel and Joe Pesci ! 😂 Lol
my english is not ok realy ,but must say its great drummer ,so many things and still is good. play with left or right hand,singer dril him ddd,but stil got rhythm like riffs and with oder hand keep the rhythms and be backbone of the song.Because its so hard when somebody do joke,and you playing drumms,guitar or some instrument live and have rhythm like real profesional..and plus anime public,so its 3 in 1....Super,super tip...Bravo..

He was having fun mainly. He got to be himself. Probably got paid decently too. He could show off and show his skills. It got him noticed too. By a fan taking a video from one of these shows and uploading it he got noticed and found some fame he might not have otherwise. His Sharp Dressed Man video has 57 million views. That's nothing to sneeze at. The original one had 27 million last time I saw it. For a drummer in a show band at an amusement park, that's beyond huge. That's why he's here.
Steve MAKES the band. The rest are half-assed, low talent performers/players.
Maybe he's just loyal? There's a WEIRD dynamic to being in a band and if he's been with them from the start, he'd maybe feel he'd horribly betray them by leaving for fame etc, - and because I can't think of a SINGLE other reason why he stays with them.
I've wondered the same thing. I mean absolutely no disrespect either, but this band is average, and the singer is low tier. Steve does make the band, I have to think there's much better people he could play with and still do his thing.

Thankfully, Steve Moore has since moved on after 25 years with this mediocre lounge band. In all honesty though, he needs a manager and someone to handle his UA-cam website.

The lead singer is by and far the weakest link in this line up. If it wasn't for Steve Moore drumming this would be unwatchable.
