- One of the most feared apex predators of all time, pictured through an adventure through the isle legacy. Enjoy the video.
Isle legacy (and Trex for that matter) isn't something we're very used to, but something we've always wanted to try. This is actually our third attempt at recording Isle legacy footage (dear god there's so much footage), and because of legacy's slower nature, it took a bit longer to record. Either way, the video was a lot of fun to work on, and we'll be back to evrima shortly. Happy summer.

The rexes at 10:00 were friendly calling you haha, even gave you the chase down with a 4 call, a lot of Rex players do it knowing they’re so buff, still a good idea to run away though

U guys really believe that lmao, I was a sub rex with my brother who was the same and this adult rex chased us for like 15 minutes just walking behind us while friendly calling the whole time, and let's just say it was pretty obvious he was anything but friendly. Some rex players will do anything to not lose their progress even prideless shameless tricking and cannibalism
@@fatboiyt4556 They were friendly if they weren’t these 2 would have been dead already, one of the Rex’s actually got on top of these 2 and 2 called instead of biting them. They were only messing with them and not actually hunting them.

I remembered I grew a galli with three other dudes in a semi realism server stayed until I fell of a cliff and just called it there basically 6 hours worth of walking then died to a cliff lol

When I first played evrima I was so confused that it wasn’t called utahraptor lmao
Over 5 years of playing legacy isle and not once did I think about how much of a glass cannon rex is, although what's even funnier is that if you look at anky's stats it's even more of a glass cannon! (Which is why it's so bad)
anky is bad bc it has such a large weakness ( the head ). and out of all the apexs rex is the least of a glass canon IMO
Statwise the only apex you can argue is more of a glass cannon is anky, rex has less health and more damage than all of the other apexes: giga, trike, spino, shant. The only attacks that can even outdamage rex are special heavy attacks like stomps. Rex just objectively has the highest damage in comparison to health aside from maybe anky.
Because Rexes arent glass cannons lol. The dude is new to the game so he is wrong on a lot of things he said and did.

Such an amazing edit, people don't reaslise just how much effort it takes to clip, crop, add in music, transitions / animations, everything. Loved the camera shake during the intro. Small tip! If your playing Legacy more, try New Beginnings Isle Server.
It's a more realistic server with good rules and no large groups of mix packers. Pack limits, body down rule to avoid mass killing etc.

Yeah, Evrima is honestly way better than Legacy, even if nostalgia says otherwise
Nah legacy is better. Evrima will never have the immersion it gave and all the playables move way too quickly to feel like you’re actually playing as a huge dinosaur. This additionally makes the pacing faster than legacy, and the slow pacing was what made legacy feel like actual nature, with animals hunting and then resting for long periods of time and migrating. Also, they removed global chat for literally no reason. No, it doesn’t increase immersion, it just makes everything less convenient as people turn to things like discord to chat anyways. If they actually wanted to make it more immersive, they would add the things I said earlier.

Aawwwwh the Rex 2 & 4 calling 💙 thank you for the hit of nostalgia, I have like 800 hours on legacy alone and it’s so good to see you play it! There’s a certain “feel” to it, especially at night when you hear the big footsteps of a large apex stalking you; I always played the small fast guys, Utah, dryo, etc.
Legacy is so much scarier to me than evrima I haven’t jumped watching an isle video since I used to watch all the legacy videos back in the day

Legacy is so much more of a horror game during the night than EVRIMA is, although Evrima is still pretty scary.
Almost 2000 hours in 2 years on that map... So many good hunts... So many good memories. Damn I loved this version before they Fucked it up before releasing evrima...

This video reminded me of how much better legacy is. Actually fearing for your life as you hear giant footsteps thumping next to you. Evrima lacks that experience.

Great video but you really need to do better at helping Trosh. There was a few moments where if you were helping trosh he would of lived like at 27:42. You guys knew there was a bunch of them so there was 0 reason for you guys to separate. Trosh was way to chill during all of this he should of said "Why are you not here?" or "why are you 60 yards away" Video felt like it was just you running away the entire time leaving trosh to defend himself lmao. 7/10 Video. 0/10 teammate.

I miss the isle legacy, can't play it anymore due to being unable to log into any servers. Loved this video and gave me some serious nostalgia. (Can't really play Evirma either cause of the horrible lag and very rare ai spawn.) ;-;

You keep saying glass cannon, but I don't think you understand what that means. Rex's drawbacks doesn't make it a glass cannon. A glass cannon is usually something that can dish out the pain, but can't take it in return. Rex seems both able to dish out a lot of damage per bite and tank several bites in return.

In this episode we follow two Rex chicks we will follow them through out their life until they become a tyrant king, we have seen these two chicks overcome hardships, being hunted by a acro, and a carno but these tyrant kings have proven what it takes to make it into adulthood hood….(end of the video) it’s a battle between two apexes (Trosh dies) a mighty king has fallen to another king his partner was too late it’s up to his ally to see victory, (end of video) revenge was too little too late though he did force the murders of his fallen ally off his corps, this king would later meet his end to those same apexes (now imagine this read over the video by either the guy who narrated of walking with dinosaurs or sir David Attenborough) and boom documentary series ( quick side note, love the videos keep up the great work :D)

so i have yet to play this version of the isle other than maybe once by accident, which dino and what kind of servers should i play on to get a good first experience, something easy to follow the rules on bc ive heard of 3 bite limits and body camping untill it despawns which i truely do not get, but i do like claiming a body and being left alone after a fight bc its my understanding regen is even worse here than its been on envirma as of late when i quit it
I’d suggest noobz servers (even if the governing of it is corrupt), but the quickest grow is Galli and dryo. I’d say if you want something balanced between speed and attack, I’d suggest Maia. Cute lil ducky can 1-2 shot utahs. Has the most functional hit box per size too. I love to make maxed out Maia herds, it’s so cool to see what you’d imagine seeing irl.
