Ingredients:
1 French baguette
1/2 lb shrimp
4 sticks of imitation crab
1/2 small yellow onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Japanese mayo
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon brown sugar
