Do not ever change, Brian. You are one of the least self-centered people and it is utterly refreshing. Your videos are a regular dose of sunshine and knowledge. It is what we do when no one else is watching that truly matters. That is character. Annihilate the old self each and every day like a snake sheds its skin. Love this. Thank you. 😊 and I am so very sorry for your loss. It is never easy.

I just got a 10% raise with no promotion. boss says it's attitude. I watch Brian before I go in to get pumped. my job is service, so the mindset directly carries over. yesterday, I was chatting with the older fellas at my gym (one dude is like 60 and ripped!) and another guy said I was inspirational because I keep getting bigger and stronger, and I'm no kid (over 40). I took yet another page from Brian's playbook and told him it depends on who I'm standing next to. the respect of these big, strong old-timers really hit me. Brian's a great role model in many areas. dude knows a few things for sure.

"Circumstances and feelings about something should not dictate your actions or intentions" Yes. Thank you. I think this is also why people give up a lot. Feelings also need to be watered and cared for, nothing in life is worth anything if you dont have to fight for it. Just because something seems unable to overcome doesnt make it undefeatable. It wont be easy but it will be worth it. My condolences Brian. My thoughts with all of those grieving for your uncle. I'll remember the doorknob.

I love, love, love that the most impressive part about you Brian isn't your body or strength or knowledge. All those are impressive but that big, bad attitude of yours is the truly unique thing that separates you from the pack. Attitude is more important than genetics, than intelligence, than education, than anything. Attitude is the thing. Man! thanks for another good one, Brian.

      You're welcome.
      A trainer told me:
"Always be the best version of you."
That sticks for training and life, but especially for life.
It took me a while to get that.
So I really appreciate you as a role model for many people (and they're getting more and more each week) being the way you're.
      No cheese, just saying.

You are right. How our life moves is totally up to us. We are responsible for it even if we sometimes prefer to convince ourselves that it's not so.
We don't obtain what we desire, but we receive in proportion of who we are. If you want a better life you gotta be a better person. Never stop improving and evolving, always try to be the best you can, and great things will happen to you.
Keep it up friend, you are great.
