So we totally forgot about their ‘FRANKENSTEIN’ version of the album… so now we’re thinking the story can be something about Frankenstein too? Cause he is green just like how Felix’s eyes turned green and also the oddinary logo. Which also now makes sense with the “rebirth” thing that we talked about because Frankenstein was an artificial being that was created. But that’s our theory about that for now but let us know if you guys know something about this theory! 🥰

I feel like Hyunjin is the mastermind. Like he's the one who turned the rest of SKZ. He definitely didn't hesitate pushing Felix and he was also whispering to him like a devil on the shoulder. It also ties in with the deathnote reference. His eyes also had a different coldness to them compared to everyone.
ALSO IT REMINDED..me of side effects..where everyone seemed happy except for Hyunjin... he was the only who seemed upset/felt distant with the rest....also remember how he tried to convince Felix about smth..at that one scene..but Felix didnt listen to him..he just turned away from him! GAHHH..I feel like I'm over analyzing everything...

I feel like hyunjin is like the snake on the tree that lures Adam and Eve to take the apple and in the MAMA venom preformance I’m pretty sure hyunjin is representing the spider conrolling everyone and the only one trying to resist is Felix in the background chanting got me plus at the end of the preformance they all capture felix

Han’s message says from now on it’s time to dive into emotions for 5 minutes that’s why he used the eye drop (to seem like crying), seungmin and changbin are tryna lure felix into joining them by using seungmin’s baby photo cuz felix loves it and once used it as his phone wallpaper, and by using changbin’s free hug offer which we all know felix loves his hyung’s hug.. and the lock maybe is a metaphor for the security and safety of felix and now that he has agreed to be oddinary it broke cuz he’s no longer secure or safe.. and for the apple, it symbolizes the apple adam&eve were tempted to have a bite of by the evil snake/serpent when they were in eden heaven and thus were exiled from it, and so here hyunjin does the same, he’s tryna tempt felix into being oddinary by clearly asking him if he wants to then pushing him out of the building and causing him to be exiled out of being ordinary (again the broken lock).. and a lot pointed out that hyunjin’s shadow before he first appeared in the trailer looked like a snake getting closer to felix, again, the reference is the evil snake/ serpent
The baby picture on the cake is actually from felix own Lock Screen. He had seungmins pic for a while on his phone. And the free hug because felix is so cuddly with the members. So my theory is they trying to lure felix into their world. And han with eye drops to hide the eye color change from felix.

This is kinda long, I apologize and I could be totally off but this is just what I personally took from it.
With the first teaser I thought Felix was searching for the members because they are all over missing posters. But now it’s clear in this world he doesn’t know them.
It opens up to an overview or the city, it’s dull and busy representing being suck on a loop of a boring life.
You see him carrying this lock and I think that’s the invitation to come, they sent them the lock to let him know they have left the door open for him. Or it represents his ordinary self and life. You see him flicking in open and closed like yes at the moment he is locked into this ordinary life but he is curious to break free. So later when you see him being pushed out the window by Hyunjin, it shatters to show that he has been released from this ordinary life and has unlocked his “oddinary” side.
Felix enters the building which says “ORDINARY” above the entrance but as soon as the door shuts behind him it changes to read “ODDINARY”. To show the space he has now entered is different to the standard world. He comes face to face with Chan who seems to be the receptionist to the building. After looking at Felix with contemplation in his eyes, he looks down to his tablet then back up and seems satisfied so he lets Felix pass.
Was very confused with the Han scene, I didn’t take much from it. He goes down and Seungmin offers him a black heart shaped cake with his baby pic on it so I’m assuming he’s congratulating him on letting go of his innocence.
I.N is under his missing persons article, the picture in which he has glasses and a tie on looking very professional. Felix goes to pick it up and I.N seems annoyed by this. He leans down and gives a startled Felix a look as if to say “why are you here if you are not willing to give in and let it go?” Then he goes back to his position except this time it’s Felix on the newspaper article as a missing person. It also says “starting point” under his pic as if going missing is the beginning of what is about to unfold and below is written “the documents I thought were left behind.” Not too sure what that second part is referring to.
Felix keeps continuing downwards, going deeper and deeper into this strange place. He locks eyes with Hyunjin who looked completely intrigued, so much so he abandoned his apple. Not too sure what Lee Know hitting cans at a wall is about. Or Changbin with his “free hug” sign, maybe that represents he is desperate for love and affection but people close the door on him because he is different, which is represented by Felix looking freaked out, walking away and shutting the door infront of Changbin who looks sad and disappointed.
Felix spent the entire video descending with into this strange world. Now he is on an elevator going back up to the ordinary world and it’s time for him to make his decision. Hyunjin appears and asks him “do you want to be oddinary?” After a moment of hesitation Felix opens the lock and mouths “yes”. So Hyunjin pushes him out the elevator and Felix falls back down to this oddinary world. Hyunjin jumps to join him. As they’re falling you see Felix’s lock but I noticed the bottom of it where you would usually have a key hole, there isn’t one. So there wasn’t a key or a special answer to his ordinary life. The only way to escape was to break the lock and Felix sees it shatter as he falls, showing its now finally been done, he is free.
He joins the team with this green glint in one eye showing he is different now. I think the entire video it’s meant to represent them embracing their weirdness and not just conforming to the society that they live in.

The part about the lock not having a key hole meaning that there is no "key or a special answer to his ordinary life" just sparked my thought of that one line in the English version of Levanter again "The key was inside of me all along", I just end up thinking back to this line when looking at Oddinary and the lock and stuff.

In past eras Felix was the glitch in the system, the moral compass, he was locked in as the most ordinary out of all of them which is why Hyunjin was so interested in freeing him but Felix being afraid to go against the current means he was reborn in ways but has different eye colors because he's still fighting against the flow "I can feel the evel coming but Felix never bad" That's definitely how I felt too!

The dots that we saw in perentheses are actually morse code for "NO" when you read it by flipping it 180°.
But since it was flipped, it means felix answered "Yes" to become Oddinary

GUYS, i point some of things that you miss.
- Felix is definitely A MISSING PERSON too. We could see it on I.N newspaper when he woke up, he just grab another paper and that's felix. What if... the moment Felix went to that place, he is missing?
- The lock has 'M' logo on there when it just shattered. Reffered to the "Main" Trailer, could it be the title of the track? Remember when NOISY trailer title is just Thunderous Trailer, the pattern got theree uw
- The ellevator where Felix came in went clear, but when Hyunjin got there the wall looks like a cr!me scene

A theory for Han is that after he became oddinary for some reason he probably became emotionless because once he read the thing on his watch saying it’s time to dive deep into your emotions he put eye drops in his eyes and I’m pretty sure the bottle name was “fake tears”. 🤷🏽♀️👀
I saw the trailer 30 minutes after it was released. Really wanted to know what Han's watch said. Could've googled it but was like "nah, gonna wait for Andy and Jas to translate and explain it to me" 🤣
FYI: When Felix was falling down and Hyunjin following him afterward is a scene from The Joker and Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad. Go checkout the comparable video. It's all over UA-cam and Tiktok.
I think when hyunjin jumped after felix is to show that he is with him every step of the way in finding his way to his true unique self

I like how in the first trailer, everything was really aggressive, in this longer version, the creepy can was squished by Lee Know and Changbin just wanted a hug :) still creepy, but moving into “odd” oh and the skz look so beautiful each one in the last picture 💕💕 forgot to say Chan was joked as angry red bird with his red hair in back door, Hyunjin just says hey let me show you sexy anime character, oh Felix at the end was also full of swag in new persona
in han’s part he gets a message saying “it’s time to immerse yourself in emotions for 5 minutes” so i think he’s using the eye drop to make him look like he’s emotional !!

"Main" in korean is 기본 (gibon), following skz's play on words, it can also sound like 기분 (gibun) which can translate to mood, feelings, or *drumrolls*🥁🥁 EMOTIONS!!!
Also you can see that before jisung got the message the members were unbothered by felix.
after jisung got the message they started to show emotions and approach him (lee know with his anger, changbin with his free hug to lure felix OR WELCOME HIM and hyunjin with his aggression)

"Its good to be odd and unique and different." Omg that reminded me of SKZ's I Am Not intro song Not: "They say people are born different but why does it feel like we're all the same? Us brainwashed into the same system, how can we be different?" Ooo I've just got chills. It's like SKZ has finally been able to successfully make that transition to being different that they've been striving for since I Am Not. To step outside that system is to become oddinary. Skz has also referenced keys in the past but in the prequel highlight reel, chan said that the key was a trap. And what do we have in this trailer? Not keys because SKZ already knows that that is a trap. But we do have a lock which are associated with keys. But this lock doesn't have a key hole (and someone else has pointed out that the lock doesn't work properly because felix can open and close it at will without any key). But even this lock gets broken by the end of the trailer. I just find it so amazing how SKZ are always making small references back to their previous works!

I was listening to the bgm without watching the film. It was insanely good, fits the scenes and transitions so well. It is way better than a lot of movie bgms to be honest. I wonder if Chan did it. If so, he had to be working with the editors in the cutting room to compose and arrange it.
Actually there's another detail about Han's five minutes of emotions notification. If you look at the eye drop bottle, it says "5 minutes of tear" on the bottle.

I wanna give my two cents on this. From how I see this, it's like a twisted version of Alice in Wonderland and if anyone remembers the story, society tried to get Alice to be like them which makes them ORDINARY. But when Alice fell down the rabbit hole, she realized being odd is way better and made her stronger. The lock Felix is playing with is a symbolism of him being odd but still tries to be normal because he's scared to be himself. The part with the eye drops could mean a different view or like 3rd eye being opened. The cake could be the rebirth of becoming your true self. The free hugs that Changbin is showing on the sign tells me there are people who care and will support you because they embrace their oddness. The part where Hyunjin pushes Felix out the window kinda resembles the Harley Quin and Joker scene from Suicide Squad where she welcomed her new found crazy self. Lee Know could be the representation of pent up anger of not being able to be themselves. I.N gives me the feeling that he knows of the oddness in Felix but is disappointed that he's still "normal" and since there are different versions of the albums, it could likely mean that normal people think we're freaks or defective for being odd and not normal like them. These are just my two cents and theories. I could be wrong, but this entire song feels like a rebirth anthem for all the Oddlings in the world and that being normal is overrated now.
i don’t know if this change anything but that photo of Seungmin when he was a baby was a photo that felix had as lockscreen in his cellphone and used to brag about, saying that his friend was way too cute and also changbin’s part with the free hugs is something Felix loves doing maybe they were trying to persuade him to embrace the ODD in him or something i don’t know

(Sorry in advance for the long comment) So a few STAYs have been seeing this as kind of a twisted Alice in Wonderland concept, which I love, and after a few times watching the trailer (and googling the synopsis of the original book) with that idea in mind it’s been starting to make sense!
Felix=Alice: this one is pretty obvious
Chan=Caterpillar: one of the first people Alice/Felix meet and looks at him as if to say “who are you?”
Han=Mad Hatter: The cuckoo noise and the hat. Also the way he is sitting just gives off the correct vibes.
Seungmin=March Hare: Glasses and the light pink almost white suit. He gives Felix an “unbirthday” cake.
I.N= the Dormouse: still in the same area as Seungmin which is the mad tea party. Is sleeping when we find him and goes back to sleep (the dormouse in the original book keeps falling asleep at the party)
Lee Know=Cheshire Cat: The smile shots from the teaser trailer, mischievous nature and the fact that the cat is there at the golf game between Alice and the Queen.
Changbin=the “suits” of Amour: the loosest connection but the framing of the metal detector and the red lights seem to indicate it.
Hyunjin=Queen of Hearts: again, pretty obvious.
See when I saw this theory it also made sense to me but i saw Changbin as teh Walrus. Which would be perfect because of their running joke. The free hugs sign also goes in line with the Walrus character from teh story because he is a cunning walrus that uses trickery to lure oysters into tehir death. What better way to lure Felix than with free hugs!

I think that Felix's eye turn green because he's turning into a werewolf. hear me out: first of all, in "easy" we see the wolves for the first time and also a big greenish eye, and then after that also in kingdom during their intro, they're all werewolves and their eyes turn green thanks to some lights.i don't know but it might be that. And that's what jisung is trying to hide

I think they're going with the 5 senses, in God's Menu was the Mala Taste, Noeasy was the Sound Monster, and this one is the Odd vision. Like Felix at first was part of the ordinary people, and I think the ordinary people are afraid but at the same time are really intrigued for the Odd ones. The ordinary thinks they are dangerous and intimidating but they are just minding their own business. That's why Hyunjin asked Felix if he wanted to be Oddinary like them after seeing with his own eyes they're not bad persons (Free hug sign at the end lol) and Felix just said Yes. About the lock, it can be opened and locked easy cuz Felix already is the owner of Clè (Levanter reference), I feel like is the representation of their self restrictions, at the end when Felix accepted being part of the Oddinaries he wont need the lock anymore, representing his freedom and acceptance of his inner Oddself. That's my theory lol
Works for me :) Changbin is always chasing people for hugs. The first trailer I found really aggressive creepy, the second with context showed that they were relatively harmless, just odd doing their own thing.💕

I also saw someone posted on tiktok during the scene where Hyunjin pushes Felix out of the elevator, it’s like the scene from Suicide Squad. Harley Quinn and Joker. Where Joker asked Harley Quinn if she will live for him and Harley took a second to answer and when she did she says “Yes” then Joker pushes her (the chemical thingy) then afterwards Joker jumped out too.

Oh my goodness another thing just clicked for me! Seungmin hands him what looks to be a birthday cake. In Alice and Wonderland, the mad hatter and Hare sing that song its a very merry unbirthday to you!!! It's kinda like it's his rebirth into being ODDINARY!!! Yooo the Alice and wonderland vibes are insane in this trailer!!!!

I am just still thinking about how in ‘Christmas Evel’ that Felix says “I can feel the EVIL coming but Felix never bad” and I might doing an over stretch but I couldn’t stop thinking about that with both of the trailers, and how he is the only want left ‘Ordinary’

Wow I really like your theories. At the beginning I though the cake and the hug are traps for Felix but now they could mean they’re trying to be nice to him but because he’s ordinary he are getting them the wrong way, he’s afraid of oddinary people.

First, Jisung reminds me of mad hatter. In I.N. part, in the end, the newspaper changed with the felix photo, which mean that is no turning back. He is now one of the missing people (like the others stray kids members). I like how Felix eyes mimic the art design of the title. His ordinary eyes are greyish (like the ordinary part in title), but then the odd break in with the green. How in title still remains part of the ordinary, felix is not complitly odd and have the other eye normal.

anyway, my favorite theory about the baby seungmin cake and changbin free hug is from a stay on twitter, i forgot who i'm sorry. they basically said that they were "seducing" felix by using the things he love; that baby seungmin picture was felix's wallpaper before, and we know that felix love giving hugs esp from changbin. just thought that was really cool.

okay so to support the shinigami theory! when felix is walking down the stairs, just before he sees hyunjin, there is a shadow on the wall behind him of a hand with long fingers reaching out to felix!!
and to consider the part about them each being the odd ones, and that it's a good thing, and hyunjin freeing felix from being ordinary- each of them could be representing a piece of themselves that will be present in the album. kind of like showing a new side of themselves in the music that's coming. this could connect to the eyedrops- falling into your emotions, maybe falling deeper into who you are, discovering how you actually feel about different things in your life.
a few examples:
CHAN- he is depicted almost as elderly. he has the glasses with the chain, he is kind of stooped over, and is reminiscent of an old-time receptionist. the side he shows in the music could be about the burden of being the eldest, or perhaps how he feels about getting older.
CHANGBIN- we first see him as stone faced and almost intimidating or eerie. then, quite suddenly, he has a very sad and almost lost expression on his face, and is wearing a "free hugs" sign. maybe his music is about the disconnect or struggle he feels from expressing/giving/receiving affection, or maybe it's about his dual nature as a performer and a human.
FELIX- him being the last member to become "oddinary" could be about him finding his confidence. i don't think he's made it a secret that he feels self-conscious about his singing, and perhaps a little shy about acting intimidating. perhaps the music will reflect him finding his most confident self and stepping out as that confident self with the rest of the members at his side.
these are just a few thoughts inspired by your own theories!! this is my first comeback, and i'm so excited for it! I hope they come to L.A. while on tour this year so I can see them live!
I have yet to see someone notice that the missing person photo changes between the scenes! There's so many cool little bits throughout the trailer.

what you missed was when felix got pushed by hyunjin the lock broke, and on the lock there was the letter "m".
hyunjin pushing felix also similar to joker and harley scenes when she jump to the acid pool and joker also jump. turned her from ordinary to "oddinary" harley tho. GENIUS

one thing I noticed is that they released the tracks durations and the second track it's a 3:02 minute song, which is the time that appears on Han's clock... He's also the second to appear inside the building, so maybe what says in his clock is about the second track?
I think when it showed the newspaper again when I.N was going back to sleep it showed Felix as missing people as well. Probably foreshadowing his turn to the dark side or becoming like the rest of the members

I think every member represents a track from the album..
And Felix represents Stays (or anyone who will listen to the album in general)..
The building represents the Oddinary album.. the album has 7 tracks.. the members except Felix represents these tracks in order ..
Chan represents the first track.. (the intro) we can see him in the reception and we can hear a beat that is probably related to this track!
Han represents the Main track (which is about Time!? ) .. we can see the clocks every where.. and Chan gave us so many hints about Time before.. and we can see in Hans Apple watch some lyrics from the song .. and how long it is 3.02

Seungmin represents the 3rd track.. and I think it's about Memories!? or something related because of the camera and the polaroids!! 🤔

I'm really late so idk if you guys will see this but changbin's "free hug" sign reminds me of this horror game called 'Poppy Playtime', which is about the player taking the role of a former employee and visits the abandoned toy factory 10 years after it's staff disappearance. The main "villain" in the game is a stuffed toy named 'huggie wuggie' and he kills his victims by hugging them to death, so there are many times where he has a sign reading "free hugs" around his neck like changbin. It stuck out to me because all of the members except felix are missing like the staff, and felix is like the "former employee" coming to check things out or like find the missing people/what happened to them. I don't know if this helps any though or if anyone will even see this.

There's a lot of theories.. some said it relates to Alice in wonderland since the korean title for alice in odd land (im not so sure tho) and with the cake, the hat han wears, hyunjin as queen of hearts. Also, some also said the title is Main because from prev comebacck [ NOEASY "Thunderous" Trailer ].. Honestly, no one know what is right or wrong and we'll have to wait for the day

maybe it starts in hellevator because in the end of hellevator you can see a city upside down, and in levanter they go thru a door and you can see a split screen where there are two moons its red and blue and they merge. maybe that has to do with the members in oddinary maybe the blue is good and red is a copy of the members and the lock that felix has can represent a clock that he is running out of time because in almost all skz mv's you can see felix is the compass of the group maybe he is trying to find the true members but in trying to find them he get a copy of himself too. and when the lock breaks maybe he ran out of time, and thats why it broke. and maybe all the oddinary members have locked up the true skz members but who knows.
at the start felix finds chan and the ambiance is red so it maybe means hes a copy of the real bang chan
and when felix finds han you can see the ambiance is red meaning han is a copy of the real han jisung but i dont really know why han's watch says "it's time to get into your emotions for 5 minutes" (I think thats what it means. plz correct me if im wrong im still studying).
and when felix finds seungmin you can also see red lights at the side of seungmins face meaning that he is oddinary not real member. and the cake that seungmin gives with felix baby face on it. i think felix said it was a weakness felix has and also the photo seungmin gives to him is also a weakness and the same picture that he PURPOSELY DROPS felix pick's it up and now is in another room or on the other side of the room.
I.N on the other hand is real member because now the lighting changed to blue but remember felix is also not oddinary YET
the newspaper with I.N missing there are only 4 missing people right now and thats= han, lee know, I.N, and seungmin
hyunjin is oddinary you can see it by the way his hair color
lee know is fake member because of the light, it hits his face red.
but changbin is not you can see it by the lighting again above his head and the sign that says free hugs felix said that was another weakness he has, so you can see they are trying to persuade felix into being oddinary.
and the elevator is maybe HELLAVATOR because chan said it on one of his vlive while reacting to the trailer. so maybe that has something to do with the tralier.
and finally hyunjin tries to persuade again felix into being oddinary and asks him "don you want to be ODDINARY" and felix says in korean 아니 (a-ni) which means no, and pushes him off the elevator making it hellevator. and in doing so felix becomes oddinary himself. and again when the lock breaks maybe he ran out of time, and that's why it broke.
but the lock has the letter m and maybe this is their main turning point for them because through all of skz verse you can see how they are trying to find themselves so maybe this is a turning point for all skz, and in trying to find them selves they become oddinary.

but there is something about jeongin because in the i am not trailer he sees his clone so he is aware of the parallel world, but in need of information he said nothing to the other members. in yellow wood cle 2 he sees a yellow tree and i think he feels like he has been there. and in miroh he is very aware of the parallel world and he talks to someone and some stays believe he is talking to chan in the astronaut MV and telling him to go save the members.
and at the end of astronaut all the members EXCEPT I.N go through a door to another parallel world, and jeongin was left so i think he will remain real,
hyunjin saw the clones of his members while following the voice of chan and the clone of jeongin suddenly moves
chan saved the members but they took the fake jeongin the one in brown clothes
cause the real one is wearing blue sweater.
the other members are enjoying the moment but jeongin is kind of like a robot.... no emotion.
in levanter you can see jeongin doesn't want to go but has to.
in top mv you can see the members running but they cant see I.N and jeongin is crying.
Some stays say that noeasy has the real I.N and he says he wants to go home to the real world.
in chan's room ep 57 he explains that I.N is an oracle that knows what is happening behind all of the scenes and the sad part is that he can tell them what's going on because they cant see jeongin
now in scars they are survivors of the apocalypse and went back home
they suffered side effects during their journey in yellow wood, gathered all of their strength to fight the system in miroh, finally letting go of something that was holding them back in levanter, since then they were able to find their true selves and color as a group with no secret ingredients in gods menu, and invited those who wanted to be apart of their kingdom in back door, then became confident with their principles and identity in thunderous, their whole journey started in hellevator and as the years go by and as time ticks they got scars little by little on their journey
so they went back home in scars to find the ruins of their past, and we saw they were wandering in the city to find traces of what was once a vibrant place.

and in this oddinary trailer i think the members realised that jeongin is fake jeongin and the other fake members broke loose in astronaut mv and the fake members are trying to kill the real members, but felix doesn't know who is who, chen he sees chan and then felix starts to realize that the members are odd... but some stays also think jeongin is now in the oddinary world.
this is what some stays think but there is really no wrong answer because...... IT'S SKZVERSE AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN.
