I really can’t wait to see the origin of Mufasa and Scar!!! After the release of the original animated film, there were comics that showed the origin of Scar at the time. His original name was Taka and he received his scar from a cape buffalo. However in The Lion Guard, they changed his original name to Askari and changed his origin as well in which case he gets it from being bitten by a cobra while being tricked by an evil lion. I wonder if the idea of the white lion, Kiros, and his pride fighting Mufasa and Scar might’ve been inspired on the controversy of Kimba The White Lion vs The Lion King. 🦁😆🖤💛🧡❤️
He look so cool! After i saw him in trailer i started to like him already. I think i have now two favorite villains in lion king movies. Kiros from mufasa: lion king. and taka/scar from mufasa: lion king and lion king 2019.
You have to read the old classic lion king books they've made alot of them and you can see the whole origin but it never showed that mufasa wassn orphan both him and taka came from the same litter and have the same parents Father name is Ahadi and mother's name is Uru
@@Canontre3 Disney has done alot of change for years I'm a die hard lion king fan back in the original they made all kinds of books and they never really introduced the world to Simba's real son kopa in the original LK at the end that was a baby boy he was in plenty of the original books and once the second film came along I remember the fans were expecting to see kopa but they gave Simba a daughter instead the fans were so confused and than we have the lion guard and once again Disney and their new ideas they gave Simba a new kid kion and still no kopa who showed up in the original
Ahh, hate to hear that they’ve already retcon’d stuff about it, I just hope they can at least make a decent story out of it without trying to do or change too much.

Making Mufasa and Scar not brothers and just adoptive siblings is a massive retcon cause it was stated that they were born of the same litter.
