I consistently got high 60's on mine with the 16 tooth sprocket. I am heavier at 270 and I live in the southwest with lots of hills and wind. If I had a long flat road with no wind, I believe it would have done 70.
I've been trying to adjust idle speed, but reached a point where if I try to increase it any more, the bike just instantly dies. I'm showing 2,000 rpm on the tach, but it's inconsistent.

Adjust the idle speed to around 1,500 to 1,600 rpm, to reduce stalling.
