Haha Bill! Dwarven Forge for interiors, MBA for exteriors. Though the latest DF KS is really taking aim at the exterior situation with their new variety of city buildings to go along with their existing line. But if I'm doing an outdoor encounter without TOO much need to go inside, it's MBA for me. The fact I can drop a wonderfully painted building down in a second is such a time savings over having to build that building on the table first.
@@RickKoeppen Thanks Rick. I figured there would be pros and cons to both. I think the MBA stuff is wonderful, especially as you mentioned for the convenience of plopping it down on the table. On the other hand, if you're taking your terrain somewhere and have to pack it up in a suitcase or bin, then the DF is probably a better choice. In the end, both of them look great, and you've definitely got me looking at the MBA options. Thanks for another really great video (and in 4k too!)
They do! I definitely recommend following them on Facebook to get notified when they do their next sale. Their sales are typically pretty great, most of the time a % off everything site-wide.
I don’t use any terrain but I love watching your reviews.
Thank you! Are you mostly theater of the mind?
Rick, as an expert who owns both Dwarven Forge and Miniature Building Authority....which is best?

You are most welcome, and absolutely correct, the benefit of travel is firmly on the side of DF!
That is awesome
Do they ever do sales?
Yes I don’t have time for painting
