I've been doing this exercise for 2 weeks. 1st week (3X A DAY) day 1: no changes day 2: no changes day 3: it feels like my arms are burning day 4: my forearms feels heavy day 5: i can see the visibility of my veins but not intensive day 6: there's forming another vein but not also showing intense day 7: i feel like i gain strength on my arms 2nd week (ONLY AT NIGHT) day 8: i can see the veins now day 9: when i finished doing the exercise thats when its start to show day 10: woaaah when my hands are low it shows the vein intensely day 11: I try the way to show the veins and IT SHOWS INTENSE!!! day 12: the forming of the new veins starts to show day 13: still the same as day 12 day 14: i was walking pass by the mirror this morming and i was shocked because i see the veins without even trying to put pressure on my hands and i did not do exercise this morning!!! this is my day 15 guys! I highly recommend this exercise. He(Dylan) is right, you dont need weights to show or have veins, just have patience and consistency.

These workouts are really good and do work, I don’t have very veiny hands yet I’ve only been doing this for around 3 days but after these workouts you can see my veins starting to pop👍
i’m gonna edit everyday and tell u my progress (once-twice daily i’m doing it) day 1: i could already tell that my veins and muscles were becoming more defined but nothing happened day 2: nothing happened but i can see the tendon in my FDP (i believe) a bit more day 3: i can see my wrist veins a bit more i can actually just feel my hands getting stronger in general day 4: can see my tendons a bit more :D day 5: i can see my veins!!!! quite subtle and not popping out but i can see them :D day 6: can see them and also feel them lol day 7: they seem more visible in hot weather btw (was 27°c today) day 8: my forearms hurt but they feel more powerful lol day 9: my muscles feel less pain and more strength as i do the exercises day 10: the tendons are showing more day 11,12,13,14,15,16ish: i’ve been doing some of his other hand workout videos so i can switch between them and it’s making my hands stronger and feeling less dysphoric update like a month later: it’s really helping :)! although my veins aren’t popping out as much as dylans, in general they’re a bit more veinier

Amma edit my progress everyday Day 1: It felt like nothing happened keep in mind I dont have veins at all so I was skeptical but we move Day 2: I started to see some progress better than day 1 Day 3: 1 vein popped out of my right and 2 on the left amazing progress! Day 4: its 10x better than day 1 and I see several vains in the dark and a bit in sunlight Day 5: nvm its been a month and I have not only veins on the hands but my arms show alot more than they used to 🤝
at the first week i barely saw any veins, but on the second week my veins start to pop out without even putting pressure on it and it looks awesome now
this is my experience with this exercise i will hopefully do this for like 2 weeks (3-4X a day) 1: i did this exercise four times today and there was a tiny little vein showing on my hand 2: it is showing a lot more that day 1 and more veins are starting to appear 3: i had swimming BEFORE i even did the exercise and my veins were POPPING out a little bit 4 my veins are STARTING to pop but no new veins.
First day doing the workout (3x in a row) and results are already showing a bit and I'm pretty excited how my hands will look in the next few days as I continue to do these workouts.:)
Also a tip, do a dynamic stretching before you start so you can warm up your muscles and Static streching After you finish the workout(Static stretching makes muscles weaker so it's not recommended to do at the start, instead do it at the end).
im goin' to update it daily day 1 (2x = 20m) : no changes day 2 (2x = 50m) : veins bit more clear and slightly popped out day 3 (skipped) : but during the day i can see my arm veins a lot clearer day 4 (3x = 30m) : more bony hands and slightly more popped out veins

I already have a lot of veins. I'm pretty veiny, because my dad is totally veiny on arms, consequently I'm too. But even me, that always had a lot of veins on my arms, dude...It works like hell! If I already was, now damn...So much vascularity! Recommend it!
