Some of my favorite videos of yours are the how tos on the basics! I’ve learned so much from you! Just made eggs and they were amazing....turns out my eggs were always too overdone from all the flipping and high heat
Ok kids - I'm 60 years old and CANNOT believe I am cruising youtube on how to make an omelet. Never made one before. Crazy! Dani, yours is the best video I've come across in the way you describe the techniques, and the camera angles really get into the heart of what we need to do. Very clear, efficient communication and I learned quite a bit in. You packed a lot in those 5 minutes! My wife and I are new subscribers now. Late starters in life, but at our age we have more years behind us than ahead of us, so looking forward to a more healthier and clean way of eating.
Subscribed today Dani. I love how you clearly go ito detail. Including size of pan etc. That is a great help to us newbies.all the befrom Queensland Australia.
Happy Tuesday!! This is my go-to technique for making a really good omelette. It's great to have in your back pocket when you need a meal that is super easy, delicious and nutritious. Let me know if you want me to make a video sharing some of my favorite flavor combos. xo - Dani
Clean & Delicious Hello Dani! Thank you so much for sharing your easy ways to prepare food. I prepared some eggs after watching your video for really good scrambled eggs and OMG, delicious! It was like a different food. I use coconut oil for hair & skin regularly but now the eggs have it by a long shot! Thanks again Dani! I greatly appreciate it!
Yum! Nothing better than a perfect omelette, lucky me my fiance is a chef and he has definitely nailed this. I liked the tip about not using aerosol spray oils on non-stick pans too, I never knew that!
This is totally different than any omelette I've ever made. I always add little milk & seasoning to my eggs before cooking it, then add cheese completely over the omelette & never move it while cooking it. This method I am definitely going to try today. Thanks for the tutorial.
One great way to get your eggs fluffy and to not brown, is add some flaxmilk to the eggs when you're beating them before you pour it into the skillet. The flaxmilk adds more body, also. Works for me every time.
I use the same technique as you Dani. I can relate about using aerosols on my non stick pans, I have ruined so many. You learn from your mistakes though. Great video as usual!!!!
Just have to crack 1 egg , mix in a bowl and put it on a pan with oil . Don't even have to touch it at all XD let it cool itself and I get perfect omelette
Hi!I discovered your channel and I´m so happy! Watching from Stockholm, Sweden! I´ve already tried some of your recipies:) I did my first meal prep this sunday! Just so asome! My husband loves Everything! I´ll keep looking;)BR Bárbara
What's your suggestion for a nonstick pans? The higher the quality the better? I only have stainless and cast iron. My eggs never turnout! I think I cook them too fast - thinking maybe the pans I use give them a weird taste. Too... humm might have check out a non stick pan. Thank you:-)
I just came across this article. Not sure what to think, but I wanted to share this with you for your opinion. www.naturalnews.com/021059_noads_non-stick_cookware.html
DianeDi green ceramic or a glass skillet are the least toxic to cook with.... stainless steel will Leach nickel so therefore glass cookware is the least toxic of all.
Good Afternoon Thank you for the tutorial on a perfect fluffy omelette👍👍.. I so love omelettes with fresh peppers, basil.. My Incredible Edible omelette Thank you Sincerely Tanja
Recently diagnosed as type 2 diabetic. Can't find a good source of info and some sources contradict each other. Very frustrated. Can you recommend foods good for me. I am not an experienced cook and feel so overwhelmed. Thank you! Malina
Hi Malina, I strongly suggest you check out this podcast: ua-cam.com/video/dQsRJTnwgkE/v-deo.html Look into Dr. Mark Hyman. You will find amazing clarity after listening. Every episode is powerful. Last year I worked with my father after his Doctor told him he was pre-diabetic and we were able to reverse course and he's doing great now. A lot of what I implemented are in line with what you'll listen too in the podcast. You can do this! Food can fuel your improvement in health! Good luck, and let me know if I can help. -Aran from Noah's Table
ha ha! I watched her make it with 2 eggs. I made scrambled eggs yesterday (just for myself) and I used 6 eggs. Oink, oink! I didn't know an omelette was so easy to make. I'll try it next time. Let's see, she used an 8-inch skillet; I'll probably have to use a horse trough.
I watched this yesterday and made my first omelette today! It was a delicious breakfast!

What type of non-stick pan do you use? I've learned that any type of Teflon coating the chemicals are toxic.
I like swiss diamond and green pan. I linked to both in the description box.
Thanks, much appreciated ! Great looking omelette btw !
Cheers and keep up the great work, love your videos.

I’m wondering about the spray oil tip- what is it that causes the damage? Does it matter if you use the propellant free kind of spray?
It's the aerosol that creates the problem, so propellant free would be fine!
Dani, thank you for this video. Loved it!! Please do more simple cooking.
You got it!! thanks for watching.

What is the purpose of adding coconut oil, taste or to avoid stuck ?
نحن العهد ولاااك my guess would be for heat distribution
Super
Yeah consistency

I do not believe her name is Queen, although I'm not sure.

Help! How to avoid making scrambled eggs? I think I’m doing something wrong here. You made it look so easy! 🤣
What came 1st, the egg or the omelette?
mushroom omelette!
I used carbon steel pan instead of nonstick, to avoid Teflon
Like that thanks
Im not good with cooking eggs perfectly. So ill try this method
I can't get my kids to eat eggs very often- any tips to get them started?! They are 8 & 12.
Maybe try some simple fillings like cheese and then serve with ketchup so they can dip. My kids love dipping!
Great recipe. First one to comment. Nice
Thanks so much! I hope you get to try it.
my husband's favorite breakfast is an omlette, maybe this will help me not screw it up lol
please do a western omelette
She reminds me of the actress from A Christmas Prince
