Some of my favorite videos of yours are the how tos on the basics! I’ve learned so much from you! Just made eggs and they were amazing....turns out my eggs were always too overdone from all the flipping and high heat

Ok kids - I'm 60 years old and CANNOT believe I am cruising youtube on how to make an omelet. Never made one before. Crazy!
Dani, yours is the best video I've come across in the way you describe the techniques, and the camera angles really get into the heart of what we need to do. Very clear, efficient communication and I learned quite a bit in. You packed a lot in those 5 minutes! My wife and I are new subscribers now. Late starters in life, but at our age we have more years behind us than ahead of us, so looking forward to a more healthier and clean way of eating.

Clean & Delicious Hello Dani! Thank you so much for sharing your easy ways to prepare food. I prepared some eggs after watching your video for really good scrambled eggs and OMG, delicious! It was like a different food. I use coconut oil for hair & skin regularly but now the eggs have it by a long shot! Thanks again Dani! I greatly appreciate it!

This is totally different than any omelette I've ever made. I always add little milk & seasoning to my eggs before cooking it, then add cheese completely over the omelette & never move it while cooking it. This method I am definitely going to try today. Thanks for the tutorial.

One great way to get your eggs fluffy and to not brown, is add some flaxmilk to the eggs when you're beating them before you pour it into the skillet. The flaxmilk adds more body, also. Works for me every time.

DianeDi green ceramic or a glass skillet are the least toxic to cook with.... stainless steel will Leach nickel so therefore glass cookware is the least toxic of all.

    • @CleanandDeliciousDani

Every episode is powerful. Last year I worked with my father after his Doctor told him he was pre-diabetic and we were able to reverse course and he's doing great now. A lot of what I implemented are in line with what you'll listen too in the podcast. You can do this! Food can fuel your improvement in health!
