You guys are so good at what you do. Honestly I see others with 100k+ subs who do not put out the content you guys do. Please keep up the great work. Thumbs up if you agree! 🙂
We just spent the last 9 days at Universal with our kids. This was our first trip back since my youngest daughters Make A Wish trip and they treated her just as amazing as they did then. I love the people who make Universal everything it is!
The team members really are the ones that make it such a great experience! Universal’s customer service is top notch. We’re so glad you all had a wonderful trip!!
@@ThePughTwo we stayed at Cabana Bay based on ur video that you did on that place awhile back and we all said this was our all time favorite place to stay ever. Thanks for the recommendations-you guys know ur stuff! We can’t wait to return! BTW my daughter said she was keeping an eye out for you two the entire time we were there LOL
My wife and I owe so much to you guys for the best Universal experiences. Wishing that the 100K sub goal comes quickly. Keep up the amazing work you two!
Oh jeez, you guys…I just watched your “about us” video and now I’m bawling my eyes out at 9am. I was feeling all upset and angry because my 8 year old’s “friends” won’t play with her anymore and I don’t feel like she deserves that sort of behavior directed towards her. She’s very shy and has been through a lot this year, and no one wants to see someone they love so much, so upset and crying (especially on their last day of 3rd grade). Your video helped to ground me again, to see that you never know what life is going to throw at you and that you should celebrate and see the beauty in just living. I really hope to see you guys in the parks one day soon! Thank you ❤
You’re so sweet, Thea, thank you! We can only imagine how upsetting and frustrating it would be to see your child being hurt and not really be able to fix it. We hope things get better for her, and you! Thank you for watching and supporting us, we really appreciate it! 🫶🏻
As someone who loves the rain, I actually like it when I’m in a theme park. Everyone runs and hides(cue the Beatles here) and I can stroll around with no crowds 😊
Get a $2 poncho from Wal Mart and keep it in your backpack. As Tyler said "it rains a lot" I used the "rain maneuver" at Animal Kingdom and got on all the Pandora rides and Dinosaur ride with my nephews! It was super easy. Barely an inconvenience.
Yeah we just haven’t bought any in a while, but the ponchos turn into a little steamer for the camera lol. Our situation is different than most people, though!
Thanks for literally walking the talk. 🙂In some ways, I think this is one of your most helpful videos. We all have to adjust on the fly sometimes (almost always on vacation) and it was great to see how y'all rolled with the changes and to hear your advice. I appreciate what y'all do, I love who you are, and I'm grateful beyond words to see Anna happy and healthy. Answered prayer for sure!
Thank you, Michael! You’re so sweet!! We’ve definitely learned to roll with the punches making videos. It’s crazy how many times things don’t go as planned 😂🤣
I love how it rains then stops. We learned to just walk through most of the rain unless it’s a downpour, but they really do only last a short time. Great that you pointed that out. 💜💜💜
yeah early admission is great and we avoided Hagrid's ride first thing. But first thing early opening is actually great to do the wand experience first thing because its less people as well. Loved the early time to just chill and relax to enjoy things like you said. Need to do the night time though. LOL thanks
Love your shirt…huge Pink Floyd fan here! 🫶🏻 Really enjoying your videos, I’ve been binge watching them over the last few days. PA resident here and really missing visiting the Orlando theme parks these days. Thank you for the great content…you guys are so fun to watch! ❤️
Thank you for all your content. My wife and I just got back from Universal celebrating our 14 year anniversary. We tried the Buffalo tots from Green Eggs and Ham based on one of your videos and they were amazing! Thanks for the great content! We probably watched 15 of your videos leading up to our trip and it was so helpful!
You’re so sweet, thank you! We’re so glad our videos were helpful and that you enjoyed the tots! They’re our favorite snack, too!! We appreciate you watching!
My family and I are going to Florida for the first time on the first week of October, not only for Universal and Islands, but also Magic Kingdom and Epcot! I've been using your videos as a guide for the Universal side of the trip, so I'd like to take this moment to say thanks! I've been enjoying watching your tip videos, as well as the challenges, they're a lot of fun!
That’s so exciting! We hope you and your family have a wonderful time on your upcoming trip! We’re so happy our videos were helpful, too. Thank you for watching!!
I wake up for work at 05:30 every day. Even when on vacation, I still wake up at 05:30-06:00 naturally. So I get up and get going! Assuming you're not racing to Hagrid's, I love how empty the parks are early in the morning. Riding the coasters at night is amazing, but experience the ambience in the morning is best.
Another great video! Can I just say how much I love you guys ending the video with talking about the Meetup and in Islands with the awesomest music in the background! Only thing I don't like about the winter meetups is I don't get to hear that great music then.😁
I love theme parks at night. Outdoor roller coasters in the dark are the absolute best. My mom and I have ponchos we bought years ago from Disney; they are thicker, have snaps down the side, and pack down well. As long as you air them out well, bringing a quality poncho is the way to go. Wear clothes and footwear that dry quickly. We like sandals, but not cheap flip flops. If you're going to go to the parks annually, quality gear is worth it.
@@ThePughTwo Oh, I never knew, I usually see both of them show a wait time even when all other rides are delayed for weather, but I guess it makes sense that they close it if the weather is terrible or gets worse.
Coming to Universal for the first time very soon! Been watching alot of your videos. Wanted to thank yall for sharing your tips and tricks. Feel my vacation will be better now thanks to yall❤
We love the morning starts! I don’t need to really give you 3 paragraphs, but here is the reason why- we get up at 4am every weekday to go to work and when you’ve done that for years, it’s hard to sleep past 6am. The afternoon nap gives me the second wind to go back at night. Maybe that makes sense? Thank you guys for sharing with all of us! Love from Kentucky!
That definitely makes sense! Now that we’re doing this full time and make our own schedules, we’re both nighttime people and don’t lay down until midnight at the earliest. That makes getting up for EPA so hard! Lol thank you for watching, Kim!!
@@ThePughTwo I think so! And I heard they’re vegan too. I had no idea the first time I tried it ‘cause it was that good! I went back for 2 more that day.

8:12 Totally agree with you both👍🏼I was there this past weekend; the combination of the parks closing earlier in addition to the late rain made it a slightly unappealing visit for me😕
Watching Anna all revived up is so fun. Tyler I also like to watch people you never know what crazy things they will do.We do morning because I am old and my eyes open at 5:30 am. Sorry Tyler short and direct 😂. Great video as always.
People watching at the parks is the BEST! Lol we love finding a seat somewhere in the AC and just observing. We wish we had a little of that 5:30 am eye opening 😂 neither of us are morning people, for sure!
When my grandson and I go to the parks, we’re there early in the morning to open them and we stay all day until they kick us out. Lol being from Massachusetts we have to maximize our time so we stay as long as we can. I’m a early riser so I don’t mind going to the parks in the morning. Maybe if I lived there maybe go a little later in the day. Thanks for the video.
It was great getting to meet and talk to y’all. We didn’t expect to see you standing behind us while waiting to get in the park. The experience added to our day at the park.
Thanks for saying hi to us yesterday! It was so cool to actually meet you two! Would love to hear your advice on best things to do in the park while it’s raining, especially if you only have 1 day in the parks. Thanks again!
Absolutely! It was so nice meeting you, too! That really depends if it’s raining or storming. If it’s storming, definitely go to studios. The indoor rides don’t typically close even when there’s lightening so there’s a lot more to do over there! If it’s just rain, you really just have to embrace it and keep going!
We're arriving on Saturday (Memorial weekend 🤦♀️) from England, first timers with two young boys. We can't wait, we've watched loads of your videos for advice and inspiration. Thanks so much guys, great job x
A few years ago, we just stayed in discovery zone when it rains. It is what it is. Florida always has rain! Also, we've just accepted our date, and walked through it, lol. I have to point out, ama rhymed a lot in this video! I loved it!
We absolutely loved it in the parks at night. We just sat and enjoyed a frozen Butterbeer in a virtually empty HP park. Then walked down to Velocicoaster and waited for our son to finish riding the last run of the night. It was well after the park had officially closed and it was amazing!
Funny video. One things for sure in Florida, you have to be flexible with your schedule. We are definitely not early park visitors. We have a two hour ride to Universal. An early day for us arriving is 11am. Usually it's between noon and 1pm.
Haha yes! You just never know what you’re gonna get with the weather. We live just down the road from Universal and we struggle to get there before 10 lol so we feel your pain!
We are night time people. We get in line for Hargids or Velocicoaster (before express started) at park closing and we get to walk out of the parks with no one there. It is so pretty and peaceful. Plus…major tip….the walk out to the bus lines are gone then too! Win! Win!
Haha can’t wait to be there again in June!! It’s gonna hot and there’s probably gonna be rain but we’re gonna make the best of it😂. The worst type of weather is after it rains and the sun comes out and everything just feels mucky and humid😭🥲. The last time we were there was in April and it rained TWICE but we got lucky both times since we were inside waiting in Kong line and second time waiting in HP Journey🙌🏽. SO EXCITED TO GO BACK🥳watching your videos is so much fun!!
I remember riding the hulk as a kid at night was always awesome. I like night. I do like going on the water rides first thing when I get to parks, so by nighttime I'm dried off.
Love that you guys showcase and try other lesser known food items, like your last video, like the scones at Hogsmeade never knew they sold them. Every other vlogger goes to the standby snacks everyone knows about. And I do the same thing as Tyler, when you see the chaos about to begin when a popular ride is getting ready to reopen just grab a drink and watch.
Haha we love people watching at the parks! It’s the best. We had no idea the scones existed, but they were so good! We love trying all the food there is to find delicious treats lol so glad you enjoyed this one!
Your videos are brilliant - thank you for sharing ❤ I’ve just started planning our first trip to Orlando for next May. I hope your assumption on Hagrids is correct - my current thoughts on strategy is to join the queue midday/early afternoon 🙏
We were there Saturday too. Got to Studios at opening, but as the day went on, it got extremely hot. We left around 2 and went home. Stay hydrated and take breaks!
Wonderful video! Thank you! I love parks at night -- Universal, Disney, our "local" theme park, even the state fair. Something about the lights, the music, just the general feel. That being said, we also still try to get to the parks as early as we can and take a break after lunch!
Thanks for the video! I’ve never had the opportunity for EPA but I’ve rope dropped diagon alley and it’s so much fun! An empty alley to take all the pictures you want, hop on gringotts, or grab breakfast at the leaky cauldron, wouldn’t have it any other way!
Hi guys !!! that's awesome !! love the enthusiasm and the love you put in your videos..... well I hope see you there in August I will be there with my lovely family.. last week of Aug. All The Best !!!
I just want to say I enjoy watching your videos, they always put a smile on my face! 😊 Thank you both for all this tips, tricks, and general knowledge you share in your videos! My son and I just came home from our UO trip as first time passholders. You really helped to make our trip amazing! We tried the tots at your recommendations and they were the best theme park foods we have ever had (buffalo chicken is the #1 for us) and the frozen butterbeer OMG what a delicious treat on a hot day! Thank you for sharing your experiences with the UA-cam community, your videos really helped to make our UO vacation as wonderful as possible ❤You guys rock!!! ✌🏻
You’re so sweet, thank you!! We’re so glad you had such a great time on your trip, and had some delicious food! Those buffalo chicken tots are ridiculously good for a theme park 😂 thank you for watching, we really appreciate all the support!
I don't like the rides so much but the Bourn Stunt show was really good, I saw it twice. The only rain I had the whole week in Oct. was about an hour at Magic Kingdom. One reason I like Oct.
The clock at 12:42, there is an owl coming out of the tower above, we never realized that till this Sunday when my daughter spotted it.... the same day you filmed this video , I actually hoped to meet you and say Hi :)
My sister is out from Scotland working in Epcot at the Rose and Crown restaurant, if you guys are there you should vlog it and I’ll watch out for her lol :) great video
On our last trip, we left our hotel (Portofino) around 7 AM, arrived at the Islands gates at 7:20ish, entered the park around 7:50, and were off of Hagrid’s by 8:20! Granted, we went in February… and you end up waiting a lot regardless, because we were waiting for the park to open. If you’re not first in, though, I completely agree with Tyler - Hagrid’s isn’t worth it during EPA!
Haha exactly! People always think they’ve won something if they’re first in line for EPA and get right on Hagrid’s, but you’re still waiting. Just in a different location 😂 so glad you enjoyed it, though!
I actually love both times for different reasons but there is something to be said about a mid day shower, a drink or butterbeer and enjoying the forbidden journey queue while it rains.
The Pugh Two is my jam 😁😅 If you're going to go to Hagrid's during EPA you need to be one of the first ppl in line (that's what my wife & I always do). Otherwise it might not make sense. Anna, you need a Grinch apple 🍎 😂. I definitely understand the umbrella argument. My wife & I pack short sleeve golf rain jackets in our drawstring bag if there is any chance of rain. That way we don't have to buy an umbrella or poncho. I prefer the parks in the morning and night lol (go all day! 😁).
Oh 100%! If you’re not there by like an hour before epa starts, it’s not worth it lol. We’re the worst about not carrying rain gear even though we know how often it rains in FL 😂🤦🏼♀️ the amount of umbrellas in my car is crazy!
I love EPA. I am a morning person though so it just works. We do usually take mid day breaks and go back at night as well but if I had to choose I’m picking EPA!!
We did EPA , rode Velocicoaster, and then went to Hagrids. We waited about 2 hours and then the ride went down. So I still haven't ridden it yet. Looking forward to the Meetup in Nov to finally ride it !
Islands closed early for a shareholder’s meeting! Saw the sign in front of Confisco’s while we were trying to escape the rain and an hour before it closed!
It would be awesome if you guys could do a Florean Fortescues ice cream video. There are so many unique flavors I want to try, but not sure if they are good or not.
We always do EPA. The energy and excitement, especially our first day in the parks, but we use the time to get breakfast, coffee and do some people watching. Later in line for Hagrids, it said 80min but only took 40. We rest in early afternoon at hotel and then go back for a second round. We were lucky last week, 3 days and no rain. Love you guys! ❤️
I like evenings better, but my internal alarm clock wakes me up at 5:30 am every morning, requiring me to be an early morning park entry person. 😢 Next week I will be going to the Orlando Informer Meetup. I really hope I don’t fall asleep in the middle of it. 😂 You two are great. Thanks for all of the fun video’s.
Oh my gosh that’s crazy. I have to set like 12 alarms if I wanna get up before 9:00 am lol I also struggle at the late night events, too. You just gotta hop on a coaster when that sleepy feeling hits! 😂 we hope y’all have an amazing time at the meetup, and thanks for watching!!

Velocicoaster first row 🙂, love it
It’s so good! Especially at night!
@@ThePughTwo I hope we get some tickets in 2025 for the nighttime event it`s a little difficult from Germany 🙂
I don't know if you noticed but your music on top of the IOA windchimes went really well together... I loved that!
Haha Tyler does such a great job on the music! I’m gonna have to ask him if that was on purpose!
This week was my first time ever going to universal and we had to go at 3:00 every day but me and my family was looking for you
We’re sorry we missed you, but we hope you had an amazing time on your trip!! And thanks for watching, we really appreciate it!
I'm so glad I found you two!! Watching you guys is just making me so much more excited for my trip to Universal!!
You’re so sweet, thank you! We hope you have the best time on your trip!!
We're arriving on Saturday (Memorial weekend 🤦♀️) from England, first timers with two young boys. We can't wait, we've watched loads of your videos for advice and inspiration. Thanks so much guys, great job x
I guess I'll see you there! Stretching a work conference with some Universal on Saturday!
We hope y’all have an amazing time on your trip! We’re so glad our videos have been helpful, too. Thanks for watching!!
A few years ago, we just stayed in discovery zone when it rains. It is what it is. Florida always has rain! Also, we've just accepted our date, and walked through it, lol. I have to point out, ama rhymed a lot in this video! I loved it!
😂😂 only some of them were intentional! And yes! Just gotta ride it out lol
Hey I met you guys on Sunday. I planned our trip based on your information and it was spot on thanks again
That’s amazing! We’re so glad it was helpful, and we hope you had a wonderful time in the parks. Thanks for watching!!
We absolutely loved it in the parks at night. We just sat and enjoyed a frozen Butterbeer in a virtually empty HP park. Then walked down to Velocicoaster and waited for our son to finish riding the last run of the night. It was well after the park had officially closed and it was amazing!
That’s the best!! We love that they don’t kick you out instantly too!
I have had a school trip to universal and these videos really helped me out
We love that! We hope you had a great time on your school trip!!
Win! Win!
Haha we love doing that, too! It feels like you’re stealing time in the parks 😂
That’s the only way to go about it! Lol and yes!! It literally turns into a sauna. It’s the worst. We hope you have a wonderful time on your trip!!
i am one of the weird creatures that LOVES universal in the rain and thunder 😂 its just so cold and refreshing like a nice icee
😂😂 we get it! It’s so much better than the heat!
Yay, new video time!! Hope you both are well!
We are, thank you! We hope you’re doing well, too!
I remember riding the hulk as a kid at night was always awesome. I like night. I do like going on the water rides first thing when I get to parks, so by nighttime I'm dried off.
We love riding stuff at night, too!!
First time seeing a Hulk and VCoaster shot like that - very cool!
I was gonna say thank you, but that’s 100% Tyler 😂 I’ll tell him you liked it! Lol
Hey guys thanks for taking a picture with me on Saturday you guys are great ❤️ - girl decked out in the Gryffindor gear
Absolutely! It was so nice to meet you!! We hope you had a wonderful day!
Just subscribed to you guys. Y'all are awesome and so informative 😎
Thank you!! We’re happy to have you here!
Definitely a night time park lover. I don’t do morning unless I have to
I can’t wait to see your vlogs in July, because we may have to go in July since it’s the only month my niece is free.
It’s hot, and you definitely need to take breaks, but it’s not bad!!
You guys are so awesome. Have you ever thought of doing live streams at IOA and/or US? I would definitely look forward to it!!
We’ve done a few at the parks, but we don’t have any plans to currently! We live stream from home about once a month, though!
@@ThePughTwo yup love those videos too! You guys are so awesome. Your energy is contagious!
Your videos are brilliant - thank you for sharing ❤
I’ve just started planning our first trip to Orlando for next May. I hope your assumption on Hagrids is correct - my current thoughts on strategy is to join the queue midday/early afternoon 🙏
Thank you!! We hope you have a great time on your trip!
We were there Saturday too. Got to Studios at opening, but as the day went on, it got extremely hot. We left around 2 and went home. Stay hydrated and take breaks!
Hydration is key!! Lol that’s why we love the refill cups, all the water and Powerade zero you could want.
Wonderful video! Thank you!
I love parks at night -- Universal, Disney, our "local" theme park, even the state fair. Something about the lights, the music, just the general feel.
That being said, we also still try to get to the parks as early as we can and take a break after lunch!
Thank you!! We appreciate you watching! And yes, that’s the best way to do it. Especially in the summer heat!!
Thanks for the video! I’ve never had the opportunity for EPA but I’ve rope dropped diagon alley and it’s so much fun! An empty alley to take all the pictures you want, hop on gringotts, or grab breakfast at the leaky cauldron, wouldn’t have it any other way!
Yes! It’s the best!! I got lucky enough to be the first person into DA one day, and it was worth getting up that early!
I put my sleep disorder to good use.... EPA at Universal and rope drop at WDW... You guys rock (as always).
😂😂 it’s like a theme park super power! So glad you enjoyed this one, Larry!
Hi guys !!! that's awesome !! love the enthusiasm and the love you put in your videos..... well I hope see you there in August I will be there with my lovely family.. last week of Aug. All The Best !!!
You’re so sweet, thank you Al! We’ll be around in august, so hopefully we’ll run into you!! We’d love that!
October is a lot better for rain! We love the Bourne stuntacular show, too. That technology is so impressive! We’re so glad you had a great trip!
Im going the last week of august. Staying on site. Cant wait!
That’s so exciting! We hope you have a wonderful time!!
It was fun bumping into you two yesterday 😁
It was so nice meeting you, too! We hope you had a great day!!
As someone who is regularly at EPA, I love to sleep in as the parks look gorgeous lit up. No comparison in my book.
The nighttime lights are the best!! We love being in islands during sunset, too. It’s our happy place!
The clock at 12:42, there is an owl coming out of the tower above, we never realized that till this Sunday when my daughter spotted it.... the same day you filmed this video , I actually hoped to meet you and say Hi :)
Yup..everyone made their way to haggrids..it was over 100 minutes in like 45 minutes..lol
Haha we don’t blame them. It’s the best!
My sister is out from Scotland working in Epcot at the Rose and Crown restaurant, if you guys are there you should vlog it and I’ll watch out for her lol :) great video
Haha that’s awesome! We hope she’s enjoying her time here!!
I got to the very top of Volcano Bay, second in line for the main drop slide, exhausted 😥 and lightning closed the park.
That’s so upsetting!! I got to the very top and chickened out, so I know the pain of walking back down the stairs 😂
My bf and I are moving to Florida next year and we’ve already decided to get season passes to Universal!
That’s amazing! You’re gonna love it!!
There are some cool wedsite with graphs of during the date wait times....with like fancy graphs...its intense
Oh wow! We need to look at those! I feel like first thing in the morning has to be one of the worst for Hagrid’s!
Night 100% ❤
Us too!!
When I was there I did early mornings, but coming from the UK, a 6am start was more like 11am, so helped with the jetlag on the way back too!
Haha that’s perfect! We love it!
We do that also we always stay onsite. we go in the morning then at 11 or so go to hotel and eat lunch and rest then go back about 5
That’s the perfect way to do it! Especially in the summer. The FL heat is just too much!
Going to Orlando again this September 15th-22nd. Hopefully I miss the hurricane again lol.
I went home like the day before one, last year.
That’s so exciting! We’ll keep our fingers crossed for good weather, too! Lol it sounds like you’ve had good timing in the past!
I actually love both times for different reasons but there is something to be said about a mid day shower, a drink or butterbeer and enjoying the forbidden journey queue while it rains.
That sounds like a perfect afternoon to us, too! Especially if the parks clear out afterwards. It’s the best!
Jurassic Park River Adventure at night is my number one, that ride is very underrated at night time.
We’ve only done it at night once, but it was amazing!!
Lv this couple
You’re so sweet, thank you!! ❤️
Later in the day worked great for us. I used EPA for other things.
We love nighttime in the parks! We love epa too, but it’s torture getting up 😂
I love EPA. I am a morning person though so it just works. We do usually take mid day breaks and go back at night as well but if I had to choose I’m picking EPA!!
We love the energy at EPA! It’s just soooo hard to get up that early lol
We did EPA , rode Velocicoaster, and then went to Hagrids. We waited about 2 hours and then the ride went down. So I still haven't ridden it yet. Looking forward to the Meetup in Nov to finally ride it !
That’s so upsetting! I’m surprised they didn’t give you a ruby express pass to come back later!
Islands closed early for a shareholder’s meeting! Saw the sign in front of Confisco’s while we were trying to escape the rain and an hour before it closed!
That makes sense! We didn’t go back when we saw the park hours online lol
I like night by far. It's cooler and cooler.
Yes!! That’s a big plus for nighttime lol
It would be awesome if you guys could do a Florean Fortescues ice cream video. There are so many unique flavors I want to try, but not sure if they are good or not.
That’d be a fun one! Thanks for the suggestion!
That’s the perfect way to do it!! We love it! Love y’all, too!! ❤️❤️
I got there at 0715am on Friday and got on Hagrid's for the first time in a year. 45 minute wait time. Not bad.
That’s not bad at all! Especially first thing in the morning!
I like evenings better, but my internal alarm clock wakes me up at 5:30 am every morning, requiring me to be an early morning park entry person. 😢
Next week I will be going to the Orlando Informer Meetup. I really hope I don’t fall asleep in the middle of it. 😂
You two are great.
