Just for the future, you can use a regular axe with palm trees / coconut trees, just know it'll take more hits with a regular axe than heavy but it won't burn through your stamina as fast

Do you need to find the blueprints for the plank walls and stuff? Or ?
By technicality... Just pick up a tree trunk and or long sticks and get them.... if they don't spawn at the start...
everything to hit with the stone axe can also be damaged with a stone knife, they are not heavy axe exclusive.

I don’t know if tribes can attack treehouses. I looked it up, but couldn’t find an exact answer 🙃
