Yeah I feel it too. People like these actually need support and yet they dont ask for it. I like how people like these try to stand up to support their family.
Yeah 2020 is a lot of people worst year. People's family members or friends are either infected or dead. Plans were canceled such as traveling, festivals, movies, concerts, going to friends houses, going shopping etc, even though stores will open up in April-may but still. The numbers are only going higher & higher, it sucks.
I thought people were going to talk about cancer or close family members dying. My 2016 was bad. Got fired (blindsided) a week before my birthday and then my husband died.
My 2018 -Father uses drugs -I was almost murdered by my mother -My bestfriend betrayed me -Father has illegal drugs and weapons -I was raped by my father -I was kidnapped but I'm still here -I now have a huge scar on my back -I'm gaining more and more mental disabilities and I can't afford to get help -Financial problems -Bullying -School problems(I might get kicked out soon because I don't have a perfect grade, it isn't a normal school) -My first ever pet was diagnosed with a death threatening sickness and he got it from his mother ..this is only my 2018. Yeah the people in the vid.. They didn't really have much problems
Man my Grandma died, my dog died, my cat died, I lost my funding for college, lost my job, I lost nearly all of my friends, was diagnosed with some mental disorders, I’m in debt due to my college thing AND THEN my mother died. BUT that doesn’t mean my year was inherently bad. I’m engaged to the love of my life. I am now making money doing what I love. My time off school allowed me to better prepare for what I really want to pursue. My firing made me push myself harder to be self employed. My mother’s death pushed me to savor life more and to find joy in even the darkest moments. I hope you all come to find the bright moments in life because there are always going to be rough patches. No one can have a ‘perfect’ year. But it doesn’t have to be terrible either. ❤️
And she was so surprised :D 4.5? ..well, i would give her three, cause its her fault not being responsible. They do not just give away those tickets because its fun .. :D
She did have to get a restraining order on her boyfriend and break her lease and move out, then her new apartment caught on fire, and she ended up in public housing, and then in debt because she couldn’t afford to update her drivers liscense
yeah. It helps people grow so its not all bad. Learning to see red flags , learning to be there for yourself etc. Rough patches can make people better. The rash and irresponsible decisions of my early adulthood taught me how to do better.so far my 30s have a lot less mayhem. It doesnt mean you're a bad person if you dont make the greatest decisions but i think as life goes on and we get older we start to see what role we play in our own shit.
I understand what you’re saying and agree to an extent, but I do think it’s good sometimes to gain some perspective, count your blessings, and realize that a lot of people have it a lot worse than you. This isn’t to minimize your problems, but to gain perspective and compassion for those who are going through even harder things than you. I have found that realizing how many things are going right in your life and helping those who are struggling more than you does a lot to help you through your own problems and stay humble.
@@konichiwaUT you worded it very well, yes you have a point there. I guess it‘s a good thing to see the greater picture and put your own struggles into perspective. But I just hope that nobody who sees this video feels like they are not allowed to feel like there struggling just because someone else has it worse.
@@Ray-ew4yy she's got issues... You don't just get 72 parking tickets by being unlucky... and you don't get someone to file a restraining order against you without doing something really messed up. Edit: Never mind the restraining order part... I misheard it. She actually filed the order **againt** her ex. My mistake... sorry.
@@edwink1467 I never said that seh doesn't have issues or crappy year but she had the most control over her year. She probably got that restraining order because od bad decisions she made 'cause you don't get a restraining order for no f*cking reason. The moment she said she was kicked out with a child in her care, I was about to get all teary. Then she said she went to the workplace and told she wasn’t hired. Fucked up, man. More blessings to her and her daughter 💖
Things like this, you have to realize everyone got their own problems and handles them differently. Everyones’ struggles and problems are valid, no need to compare who has it worse.
No no no lol. Some of these ppl's problems were bullshit. Trader Joe's discontinuing something you liked or posting a selfie for your work instagram. Come on. Others I do understand but some of these ppl were either trying to be funny or just don't know what going through some major shit is.

@@lucy_76 This is true i honestly feel like we don't have the whole story. 1) Your parents should not bear the responsibility of supporting you as an adult 2) WHY did they throw her out? That sort of thing doesn't just happen randomly.
I like this because I thought I had a really shitty year and this gives you perspective. Not everybody is going to be happy with every video on the Internet. If they do a who had the better year people are going to feel like shit about their shitty year.
comparing peoples pain isn't the way to go. Imagine having the worst year, and people rating your problems low. Without them knowing the struggle. People though did choose to participate in the beginning.
Ya its like comparing people with chemically induced depression and people with like situational depression. Does the chemically induced depression count less because more it is happening in your head then in reality? No our struggles effect us all differently and to varying degrees of strife
It's also important to note that pain isn't just determined by single things that happened to us, a lot of small things also affect how much we go through and some people just get hit harder by certain things than others. Regardless, everyone's pain is valid and shouldn't be ignored because other people have it worse.
Bruh.... you wanna hear my 2018?? -My twin brother died. -My parents filed for divorce -My mom nearly succeeded in a suicide attempt and I found her and had to preform cpr on her -my car has broken down and left me stranded 3 different times and it will cost total about 3200 to fix -I failed a class in my nursing semester and there fore am now a year behind -I have no money for my upcoming school payments -I have health problems including tumours on my ovaries I’m thinking that’s it. TacoBella it just pisses people off when people refer to financial struggles as the biggest problem out there. @@Cotif11 maybe not financially but emotionally. There are many many rich people who killed themselves, even blew their heads off because money isnt everything afterall. You learn that at some point or another.
yeah right lmao if this is a competition I could beat practically all of em but I guess it was still pretty interesting?? I came for the tea but oh well
Suffering is subjective and I hate this culture where it's a competition to see who had it worse. Something that may seem trivial to one person may be the worse thing imaginable to another. For example, a person could have a really tough time due to a mental illness, outwardly there may be nothing wrong as no big event caused it, but to the person suffering it could be really hard. Also why are we celebrating shitty situations? Why are we always trying to up one another? Why is it cool, in places like social media (mainly twitter), to have a hard life? Why is this something to boast about. I mean, it was an interesting video, I just don't like how this is a competition
i dont think it's a competition. in fact, i think people are more concerned about having others to sympathize/empathize with the sentiments and the experiences which we all bear. i believe we don't want to think of our burdens as being "lesser" than other people's because, given our frame of mind at a specific point in our lives, we are inclined to believe that our experiences are quite possibly the worst predicaments a person can internalize. therefore, i think provided the stipulations for what someone might consider an affair as the "worst," they might ultimately be the "best" comparatively to other situations that are objectively far worse. also, the arrangement of this video obscures the subjective nature of "bad" and "good" experiences to make the concept itself seem as a competition- probably a feature to garner views, but this is just speculation
@HelenBendell I absolutely agree, suffering is subjective. For example, i knew this girl and she was an amazing person with a bright future but ever since her father died shes been on a downhill spiral. One of her best friends moved to Seattle, the other died, and her mother is dating some dude whos a real step-douche. Now shes depressed and lashes out at everyone without regard for authority but everyone labels her as the, 'rebel whos just going through a 'phase'. But they dont know.
Unfortunately people like to compete and compare sufferings and troubles as a coping mechanism. Basically it is saying "YOU HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO EVEN COMPARE YOUR STRUGGLES TO MINE. GIVE ME ALLL YOUR PITY." And they do it to feel a sort of accomplishment
This video makes me feel kinda conflicted I understand it’s for entertainment but after reading some comments it seems like all this has turned grief into a competition. Everyone has a boundary and a limit of pain each person can handle so technically your 4 could be someone’s 10 just because of the way they are. It makes me sad when people are being told oh your year wasn’t as bad as this persons or oh it’s only a 2.4 because you’re a strong person when in reality they could be going home crying because they think they’re not strong enough. Everyone everywhere is battling pain and it’s not up to us to tell them if it’s valid or not. I know these people volunteered for this I’m just not sure the content was so great. Treat everyone with love and respect and have a good year everyone ❤️
Yes!!! This video was entertaining and all that, but at the end of the day it's just that: entertainment and (hopefully) nothing really serious. Suffering isn't meant to be a competition.
to be fair none of these stories are worse than losing a sibling or mother & father. i thought i would watch this and feel so much better about what ive been thru but i was so wrong. ive already been thru all their personal shit they have control over. losing a boyfriend will never equate to losing a parent or sister. bitch bye.
That's what I was thinking. All there years sucked but they are honestly throwing themselves a bunch of pity parties. The world don't need to know their problems.
nothankyo u you really shouldn’t compare your struggles to others. i’m sorry that’s happened to you but at the same time you should understand that other people are still going through hard things. just because it’s not as bad as it could be doesn’t mean it isn’t really hard.
@@joshb8183 yeah comparing her struggle to that guy's wasn't cool. like ok his idea of a tough time isn't super tough but when someone's telling you their problems, the LAST thing you should do is say "oh i went through the same thing before" super insensitive and self-centered
The moment I saw the title, I thought, “this is gonna go wrong.” you know why? because people’s problems can’t be ranked. Everyone experiences shit and is affected by it in different ways.
agroxoo literally. I thought this was just gonna be all about illnesses and actual problems (some of them like restraining orders and being homeless with a child were terrible), but the majority sounds like normal life stuff to me
tonygoggles but that’s the thing, everyone knows that. So i don’t really get why people think these problems are so huge when they’re obviously only temporary (besides some)
all depends on the person tbh summer 2019 was my best summer yet but the winter+autumn of it were horrible, extremely lonely and had so many panic attacks.
I've had the worst year, I had to wait the entire year for foot surgery and couldn't walk at all until I had it. My dog died from poisoning, she was only 2 years old. My mother's cancer reached stage 4, and I can't take care of her because I can't walk. I got fired from my job because I couldn't walk. I was diagnosed with multiple auto-immune diseases, which I have suffered from my entire life. Oh and I haven't got any friends for the fourth year in a row.. I can only pray that 2019 will get better
Yes but it's like making a mistake, you don't know it's gonna happen. It may have been an easily avoided situation but they might not have known the effects so it's not really thier fault
Ms Creativity yeah yeah people make mistakes. and mistakes and failure are part of life and are essential to learning life skills, but if someone makes a mistake, you can’t really say it’s not their fault. Like the parking ticket thing, maybe yeah it was a mistake, but she should have been more careful as to where she parked. The minute you take your mistakes and blame them on other people or things, is when your life will go even more down the drain because you won’t be learning from your mistakes.
For me, 2018 was a pretty good year! At Thanksgiving, I was a year clean of self-harm! Going for two years! Edit: Honestly, this is one of my happiest moments seeing how many people care about others even when they don’t know them. You guys keep on going! Hope your years remain great! Update from 2020: I ended up relapsing a few months ago late 2019 and then again mid 2020. I’m going to keep on going though as I know that my being alive is keeping others alive as well. 2020 has been a rough year for all. I hope you all continue to live your lives to the fullest!
2020 was the worst year of my life and It wasn't even because of Covid. At the beginning of 2020 my step mother died of terminal brain cancer, then later on in the year our cat got killed by a coyote and our dog (Bash the bulldog) got bad arthritis in his right foot.😥😭 And then on top of that, my mom was struggling to pay the bills and so was my dad at his house. Hopefully 2021 will be a better year, it has been so far. Bash has pain meds for the arthritis now and it has actually improved a bit. Our house payment was delayed so now my mom is getting more money to pay the bills. And although my losses are permanent and I will think about them all the time, time heals.
My month old neice died of SIDS, i began living in my car, and my car was backed in to twice and hydroplaned twice on the highway. I had unexplained extremely painful pericarditis twice and was suspected to have breast cancer by my doctor. Oh and before i began living in my car i had a large snake in my house
I feel like they avoided that as ranking people who lost people, people that died and such could go too far as people might get super offended/upset. Wish they'd done it but I can kind of understand why.
ughh I hate when people try to compete for who has the worst life, year, etc. even if some people have bigger problems than others, everyone’s problems are valid- unless they are abt not getting the car u wanted😂😂
My 2020: - Abusive father - School canceling credit for AP classes and any hope for my college -self harm -3 failed suicide attempts -Coronavirus killing my Grandma I mean come on they could’ve found better ppl for this
Otay can I have your ig then so I can talk to you, if that’s Otay with you of course, if not then I just pray that the Lord directs you towards whatever path he’s designated you to 🖤
Yeah actually....no. Parking fucking sucks and the meter people are ruthless and job locations suck. There are countless reasons why this happens and it literally is garbage.
I hope everyone in this video has had a good 2019, crappy relationships really hurt but the mom who was kicked out by her stepdad, that’s on a whole other level man
i love Ilah like i dont get why people are saying shes annoying for rating them low asf. like ITS A SHOW WHERE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED RATE, you wanna blame someone blame the show (dont misunderstand i love cut). Ilah was just being real and not invalidating anyone, to be honest and shes super nice too! Hugging and encouraging them wishing they had a better year ahead. That said have a good 2019 everyone :))
My 2019: (yeah.. i'll just do 2019 haha) - Depression got worse - Suicidal thoughts are daily thoughts since months - I started harming myself - I found out my dad was suicidal - My mom said there was a chance my dad might complete suicide and blame me - My dad his mental abuse to me and my sisters got worse - I found out my sister has depression, starving herself, suicidal thoughts - i found out my friends, who were the reason i wanted to stay alive, didn't really care much about me - my grandma got cancer - my grandma died - i was burned out - i couldn't do any homework anymore and got a different schedule then my classmates cuz i was so burned out - i saw my mom burning out - my boyfriend tried to complete suicide - my friend wants to kill herself - my mom, my sisters and i ran away from home - i am now hiding somewhere in the country, not being able to go to school for my abusive dad. i really hope next year will be a bit better. but i don't have much hope.
Hey there stranger on the internet, I hope you find some hope somewhere. I'm sure you will end up OK even though right the world looks hopeless sometimes... Nobody deserves to go through that kind of pain.
I was helping my mom cook , half way into it she passed out and fell (my back was facing her when she fell was rinsing out some rice) my brothers and I rushed her to the hospital and found out she was anemic , we were happy because it wasn’t something serious . I thank the doctors , nurses, specialist everyone there because I still had her . I stayed with her for four days on the last one we were packing to go home when a group of specialists came in and told us to sit down . Turns out she had more white blood cells then red by 3 times and that’s what made her pass out at the house . Long story short they got a piece of her bone marrow , came back the next day and said she had leukemia.... my mom died on October 21 2018 not even a month after her birthday. Around October 18 she was in a Vegetable state , couldn’t move , talk NOTHING ! I felt hopeless even though I became her caretaker in the hospice program they had us in , within our own house for those who don’t know ... she was hooked on life support and I asked the program to pull the plug because it was TOOOOOOOO PAINFUL 😣. The pain is still lingering, I saw her die and it was horrible. Worst year I’ve ever had . She was a STRONG WOMAN but she told me herself that when something like this ever happened to let her go . She didn’t want to be stuck like that . One of many things she said before she became a vegetable (paralyzed) Just sharing my experience, if someone is going through this now or in that year. It’s gunna be okay that’s how life is . Enjoy what you have before it’s gone . Thanks
Chandra - thank you so much and I’m sorry for your loss as well... i don’t know who these people are on this video, but man they are ungrateful, complaining about petty things.
I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my mum last year too, unexpectedly. It's coming up to a year since she passed. I also had to watch her pass, I used to live with her now I live alone. The fear subsides, hang in there. 💜
I lost my dad and aunt to cancer this year within 2 weeks of each other. They were so strong and I was so sad to see them go. I am only twelve and i think that is too young of an age to lose either of your parents. My mom is very strong and I am so glad she is still here. I was very nervous to give my dad one last hug because he was in a coma. Now I regret my decision so much and I should have taken the chance. I didn’t want to go to the hospital to see my aunt either because I hate to see people in comas. I really hope everyone has a much better year than 2018.

I'm with Illah on this one, thought someone was gonna have cancer or have their parents pass away. After my Dad died in 2016 I find nothing that bad anymore. Especially having to be the one to decide when to pull the plug. 2018 has been one of my better years.
Its like my years are following yours, my dad committed suicide this August, so I get exactly what you mean by not seeing anything as bad anymore. I hope 2019 will be better. I'm also sorry for that choice you had to make, it sounds terrible.

My 8 year old sister drowned in May, my 17 year old cousin who has been raised with me like a brother got into a really bad wreck and lost both of his legs two weeks after my sister died, my aunt who is like a sister to me passed away a few days before thanksgiving and left behind my two cousins who see me as a big sister (they are 10 and 14), a guy I used to talk to got ran over and died two days before Christmas, and my dad stopped working due to the emotional stress.

The Book Of Eli he wasn’t telling any kind of sob story or anything. Everyone would be pissed about your car’s engine dying and then getting crashed into. These are his problems, he never said they were worse than anyone else’s.
Bridger the point of him explaining his year was to be ranked on having the worst 2018 , I’m pretty sure he could fathom that someone else had more trials than him
The Book Of Eli so what I said? He’s not trying to get sympathy. The whole point of the segment is just explaining the bad things that happened in your year. Just because he has nice shoes doesn’t mean it’s not shitty for that stuff to happen, and he didn’t try to make the problems seem bigger than they were. He knows other people have worse problems, he’s just explaining the stuff that wasn’t good in his year.
My 2018 written in 2020 - physically and mentally abused by parents - suicide attempt - boyfriend cheated on me - got kicked out 3 times and had to stay overnight at the police station once -had to work and pay rent to my own parents while I was 17 and the job I had finished at midnight and I had to walk like 2kms and catch the train back -my parents earned good money just didn’t know how to parent- they didn’t give me privacy, they took my door off the wall, they threw my clothes out and I was left with my school uniform and one outfit - got pregnant -permanently kicked out -disowned by parents -year 12 exams while throwing up in the bathroom -sleeping on the couch at my boyfriends house share - dad cheated on mom -mom and dad divorce
The last 2 years of my life have been a shit show, I broke up with my child's dad, only for him to get into another relationship days later. He hasn't helped with our child since. I also lost my apartment... I only got 3 days to move out, my car got towed at some point and I was too broke to get it out. My whole life was in the trunk of the car. I've been homeless with my son the whole time. I don't have any support, I finally got a job and worked nearly the whole year but have had to use most of my funds for us to live in hotels. Oh and at 18 months old my baby was diagnosed with autism. So thats a huge part of the reason I've been without work and homeless. I love my son so much and do what I have to do for him. I lost my job in October being that my son has many appointments and getting sick. I send loads of love to everyone because we all have different life troubles and though some seem small doesn't mean it wasn't any less bad
Anyways, I don't think that was the case, it's just that when someone labels your pain off to be something less than you feel it is, that can be hurtful.

The numbers are only going higher & higher, it sucks.

My 2016 was bad. Got fired (blindsided) a week before my birthday and then my husband died.

Sorry about you husband
My 2018
-Father uses drugs
-I was almost murdered by my mother
-My bestfriend betrayed me
-Father has illegal drugs and weapons
-I was raped by my father
-I was kidnapped but I'm still here
-I now have a huge scar on my back
-I'm gaining more and more mental disabilities and I can't afford to get help
-Financial problems
-Bullying
-School problems(I might get kicked out soon because I don't have a perfect grade, it isn't a normal school)
-My first ever pet was diagnosed with a death threatening sickness and he got it from his mother
..this is only my 2018.
Yeah the people in the vid.. They didn't really have much problems
Glad to see you’re still around after such tragedy.

❤️
bless you! this is such a beautiful message! hopefully 2019 is gonna be an amazing year for you! ❤️

You're so strong! Keep going and i'm sure this year will be so much better for you❤
Love how postive you are. Keep going, may 2019 be your best year!
sis got herself 72 parking tickets and then cried that her year wasn’t deemed bad enough
And she was so surprised :D 4.5? ..well, i would give her three, cause its her fault not being responsible. They do not just give away those tickets because its fun .. :D
Yeah. She just sounded irresponsible all away around but probably just young.
Restraining order and apartment catching fire... add that too? But yeah those tickets are her fault
They should do this for 2020 everyone’s gonna be 10 or probably higher
I am literally a 10 no doubt.
I want to be on that episode.
I want to be on a 2020 version so bad cause I have something bad that happened to me for each and every month
Facts
Yup.
I feel like we shouldn’t compare how worse someone’s year was. Just because someone has it worse doesn’t mean you’re problems don’t count.
Yeah... :(
yea i agree so much!!!!
But I just hope that nobody who sees this video feels like they are not allowed to feel like there struggling just because someone else has it worse.
okay but the people here volunteered to do this
I agree with the 4.5, getting 72 tickets is kinda her fault.

Just like the restraining order
@@Ray-ew4yy she's got issues...
You don't just get 72 parking tickets by being unlucky... and you don't get someone to file a restraining order against you without doing something really messed up. She needs to work on herself and maybe seek help..........
The other people who got fired, kicked out, etc actually had a bad year that was beyond their control.
Edit: Never mind the restraining order part... I misheard it. She actually filed the order **againt** her ex. My mistake... sorry.
And i would assume the restraining order could possibly be her fault too
@@edwink1467 I never said that seh doesn't have issues or crappy year but she had the most control over her year. She probably got that restraining order because od bad decisions she made 'cause you don't get a restraining order for no f*cking reason. So it could be that she has issues but she could have avoided all the crap that happened in her year by making better decisions.

I like this because I thought I had a really shitty year and this gives you perspective. Not everybody is going to be happy with every video on the Internet. If they do a who had the better year people are going to feel like shit about their shitty year.
I think there’s people out there who also had a bad year and this will make them feel like they’re not alone in that
comparing peoples pain isn't the way to go.
Imagine having the worst year, and people
rating your problems low. Without them
knowing the struggle. People though
did choose to participate in the beginning.
Ya its like comparing people with chemically induced depression and people with like situational depression. Does the chemically induced depression count less because more it is happening in your head then in reality? No our struggles effect us all differently and to varying degrees of strife
You definitely shouldn't watch the videos where a group has to decide who earns $1000. Literally a pity party
It's also important to note that pain isn't just determined by single things that happened to us, a lot of small things also affect how much we go through and some people just get hit harder by certain things than others. Regardless, everyone's pain is valid and shouldn't be ignored because other people have it worse.

Helen Bendell me either ?? A competition about who had the WORST YEAR?? Are you SRS
i dont think it's a competition. in fact, i think people are more concerned about having others to sympathize/empathize with the sentiments and the experiences which we all bear. i believe we don't want to think of our burdens as being "lesser" than other people's because, given our frame of mind at a specific point in our lives, we are inclined to believe that our experiences are quite possibly the worst predicaments a person can internalize. therefore, i think provided the stipulations for what someone might consider an affair as the "worst," they might ultimately be the "best" comparatively to other situations that are objectively far worse. also, the arrangement of this video obscures the subjective nature of "bad" and "good" experiences to make the concept itself seem as a competition- probably a feature to garner views, but this is just speculation
I totally agree with you. I do have my low points in life but whenever my friends tell their problems I feel like I don't deserve to feel down at all
@HelenBendell I absolutely agree, suffering is subjective.
Suffering isn't meant to be a competition.
to be fair none of these stories are worse than losing a sibling or mother & father. i thought i would watch this and feel so much better about what ive been thru but i was so wrong. ive already been thru all their personal shit they have control over. losing a boyfriend will never equate to losing a parent or sister. bitch bye.
Well some people just need to rant sometimes. It’s healthy to let go of some of this stuff.

2020 was the worst year of my life and It wasn't even because of Covid.
At the beginning of 2020 my step mother died of terminal brain cancer, then later on in the year our cat got killed by a coyote and our dog (Bash the bulldog) got bad arthritis in his right foot.😥😭
And then on top of that, my mom was struggling to pay the bills and so was my dad at his house.
Hopefully 2021 will be a better year, it has been so far. Bash has pain meds for the arthritis now and it has actually improved a bit.
Our house payment was delayed so now my mom is getting more money to pay the bills.
And although my losses are permanent and I will think about them all the time, time heals.
These ppl are so petty i was expecting ppl who went homeless and a bunch of people passed aways and they got hella surgeries done
I broke my arm badly ruining summer, my young dog died unexpectedly and a family friend almost died.

Scrolled down the comment´s section... And there are a lot of people competing about "Who's Had the Worst Year? "....
That proves your point!!!
Yeah, but I hate it more than you.
Idk some bitches complain about the smallest things
My 2020:
- Abusive father
- School canceling credit for AP classes and any hope for my college
-self harm
-3 failed suicide attempts
-Coronavirus killing my Grandma
I mean come on they could’ve found better ppl for this
3 failed suicide attempts is a good thing. Stay alive and hustle.
Bertram from Jesse random question do you believe in God
Tabitha Oyenuga I do, but it’s been hard recently

I agree... it was dumb.
VirtuousTrueMicah haha
Yeah actually....no. Parking fucking sucks and the meter people are ruthless and job locations suck. There are countless reasons why this happens and it literally is garbage.
Is there gonna be a “best year” version?
NO SHUT UP I HATE HAPPY PEOPLE
Praise Kek disagree, it would be inspiring
Please
There should be but with inspiring people!!
Joselyn Hernandez hell yeah 😂
i thought they were going to be so much worse...these all sounded so whiney and avoidable
Exactly what I was thinking
Seriously..
I'm sure they avoided putting people who lost family or had illnesses such as cancer because its unfair to rank people in those situations
Alex Bissoon its not unfair. literally the whole point of this episode is to rank their year...if they got cancer then it would be a 10
Mackenzie they wouldn’t have wanted to force people to rank like actual problems though bc that would be so unfair
I hope everyone in this video has had a good 2019, crappy relationships really hurt but the mom who was kicked out by her stepdad, that’s on a whole other level man
lmao most of this is like ‘i broke up with my boyfriend :(((‘ or ‘i got a parking ticket’ and i was expecting like dead mums and suicide attempts
Same I was prepping myself mentally.
83 parking tickets
Easily Eli 72
why would you expect that upon anyone :p
i love Ilah like i dont get why people are saying shes annoying for rating them low asf. like ITS A SHOW WHERE PEOPLE ARE SUPPOSED RATE, you wanna blame someone blame the show (dont misunderstand i love cut). Ilah was just being real and not invalidating anyone, to be honest and shes super nice too! Hugging and encouraging them wishing they had a better year ahead. That said have a good 2019 everyone :))
whoosh Same! Loved her!
Also as she said she wass saving that 8 or 9 for someone who had a truly bad year getting diagnosed with cancer or something along those lines.
The moment you watch this video and realize you could easily participate...

I genuinly hope youre okay
Keep on going.
One of many things she said before she became a vegetable (paralyzed)
Just sharing my experience, if someone is going through this now or in that year. It’s gunna be okay that’s how life is . Enjoy what you have before it’s gone . Thanks
My mom died this year too and very unexpectedly. Keep your hear up
Chandra - thank you so much and I’m sorry for your loss as well... i don’t know who these people are on this video, but man they are ungrateful, complaining about petty things.
my birthday is October 21. your mom is in a better place now.
The guy in the striped shirt was so nice! It felt like he was really empathetic and understanding and made people feel listened to. Please have him in more videos 😊
I stubbed my toe...
THE YEAR IS RUINED
grace hanlon 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
My best friend of 30-some-years passed away in 2021, and I could not even say goodbye to her because of the pandemic. I miss Chris every single day, but she is with me in my heart. Love!!!!!
I'm with Illah on this one, thought someone was gonna have cancer or have their parents pass away.
After my Dad died in 2016 I find nothing that bad anymore. Especially having to be the one to decide when to pull the plug.
2018 has been one of my better years.
Cool
Its like my years are following yours, my dad committed suicide this August, so I get exactly what you mean by not seeing anything as bad anymore. I hope 2019 will be better. I'm also sorry for that choice you had to make, it sounds terrible.
I wish you the best and great people around you, who will always support you during good and bad times.
May God has mercy on the soul of your dad. Ameen.
Lost my dad 2016 too, can certainly agree that nothings as hard. Keep on going strong
@@jammynn7906 thank you, I'm sorry for your loss too. Upside is that after you've hit that real rock bottom and survive it. You know you can push through anything after that. Grief counseling also helps, where I live there are places to get free counselling. It helps just having people with similar situations to talk to.
"trader joes discontinued some of my favorite things" i died 4:54
Mariah Magdaleno quasar candy bars got discontinued and it sucks

Them: I’ve had the worst year
People in 2020: ohhhh bish you’ve got no ideaaaaaa
My 8 year old sister drowned in May, my 17 year old cousin who has been raised with me like a brother got into a really bad wreck and lost both of his legs two weeks after my sister died, my aunt who is like a sister to me passed away a few days before thanksgiving and left behind my two cousins who see me as a big sister (they are 10 and 14), a guy I used to talk to got ran over and died two days before Christmas, and my dad stopped working due to the emotional stress.

Stay strong and know they are in better place
Don't go through 2019 alone and do your best live your best life for them
18 year old talking about how bad life is when he obtained his dream car and is wearing off-white sneakers......
Bridger lol k, stand by what you say , I’ll do the same
The Book Of Eli he has to portray what the problems are in order to get ranked somewhere on the list
"This is a hug!" had me cracking up 😂😂😂😂 ILAH is the BEST
My 2018 written in 2020

-disowned by parents
-year 12 exams while throwing up in the bathroom

Ilah is so cute and pure, I love her and she deserves the world
Is anyone else in love with Ilah’s outfit?!?

What's her insta!?!?
Josh Murphy @ilahdizon
Does anyone know where I can find her sweater?? Love it ❤️
Who's that
Dude planning whether to shake hands or hug while wiping the sweat away is me 100%
The last 2 years of my life have been a shit show, I broke up with my child's dad, only for him to get into another relationship days later. I send loads of love to everyone because we all have different life troubles and though some seem small doesn't mean it wasn't any less bad
bring in these same people for how was your 2019
Totally off topic but the striped sweater girl's outfit is cute🤣😁
I was thinking the very same thing!
Sydney Alvarez no joke
y'all that girl was offended that she didn't get a lower score. Proves how some ppl love to be victims lmao
*higher score, the higher score you get the worst your year was supposedly.
Anyways, I don't think that was the case, it's just that when someone labels your pain off to be something less than you feel it is, that can be hurtful.
Or, you know, they're still upset over the situation. Calm down.
Exactly my thoughts.
randomm I doubt that it’s because she wants to be seen as a victim, I think it’s just because she went through a lot of shit, and then it was dismissed as if what she went through was nothing.
