You mention percentage points a lot. Are you setting the tiers according to MTGO data or your own predicitons? Anyway, great video :) I'm surprised to see Mono-U Faeries in B-tier despite you being a moon-circuit hacker, but that really is the meta right now 😅
Data analytics are taken from the combined win percentages of both Paper Play Tournaments as well as MTGO Tournaments since the Metas are similar, but not directly reflective of each other as obviously certain things can affect deck selection on MTGO such as click rate for infinite combos (Ie: Altar Tron, Walls Combo). All data is taken directly from MTGdecks.net as it is the most accurate at gathering both MTGO and Paper Play results. I love Moon Circuit Hacker but unfortunately Mono Blue Faeries in the context of current meta placement is falling behind as this Meta is decisive based on hard removal rather than preventative removal such as counterspell and tempo removal such as Snap. It's a great deck just not in the current meta!
I appreciate that you ranked kuldotha and burn as different decks. So many people treat them like they're interchangeable but they play very differently.
Really like the names of the decks alongside the image, easier to read and avoids confusion. Good addition! I'm still playing Mono U Fairies. Not having as good of a performance in MTGO, but I'm still getting good numbers in my Local Game Store.
Thanks! I been wanting to update the times with the deck names. I didn't realize it would crop some of the name out when I uploaded it through my Tier maker so I may go back and adjust them further. Mono Blue Faeries is still a very viable deck it's just outclassed by Dimir Faeries right now due to the format relying on hard removal.
pauper is so dope bro, I played a 4 man tourney last night with red burn and it was so odd without swiftspear, so many new goblins I'm trying to get used too, I see those great furnaces are still amazing, I picked up the SL ones 🔥I cried when swifty got banned lol, anyway great video, btw you got any tips against MB ferries? I lost the championship match 2-1 cause I'm constantly asking how many cards and mana you got open, spellstutter sprite is a pure prick of card lol, that matchup did something diff to my brain last night, ive not thought that much since college and I'm 40 now lol.
Pauper's an excellent format that self balances out, thus the reason that there are hardly ever any bans. I like it because it's affordable to everyone and can easily be understood since most of the interactions are basic.
@@michaelcarlos9667 I don't play lava dart In this list its got 4 bolts 4 galvanic blast, 4 chain lightning, but that's a good idea leave a mana open to bolt or blast it, thanks
I'm maintain mono b sacrifice and always top-1 in my little lgs (~8ppl) vs s-tier decks, soon will move to big tournament with my pet and see how it goes. I think it's not that bad cause I have creature-based removal for glitters, faeries, gates, also deck can beat down for turn 4-5 and resilent to removals/swippers
Mono Black Sac is fun but I just think it's outclassed by Mono Black Control and definitely by Black Gardens. But a lot of Tier B-C decks can easily sweep a locals so play what you love!
Probably fair to lump all the Glitters Affinity decks together in one group. The deck can be beaten if you know when and how to interact with it. I took down a Jeskai Affinity deck in a local Pauper tournament simply by saving burn spells to target whatever creature is getting Glittered.
Yeah that's why I put U/W/x Glitters because there are multiple iterations. Although you are correct that saving interaction as a response the deck doesn't need to win solely by All That Glitters, I've piloted the deck twice in back to back weeks here these past two weekends to undefeated finishes against a plethora of challenging match ups. Plus after G1 and G2 there are some extremely strong sideboard options against the meta like Obsidian and Crimson Acolytes which hose most forms of removal in this format.
Just play what you like! Even D tier and C tier decks can beat high tier decks if you play enough games and make a good SB. No reason to play what everyone else is playing just “to win” . I just got into pauper and Ive been enjoying my own brews and beating cawgates, glitters, and terror with my janky fun builds and low tier rogue decks 💪🏻😎🙌🏻 I hate playing “high tier” meta decks
Shyyyyyyt son I play all sorts of janky decks that aren't good. That's part of the fun of playing Pauper! I do play competitive decks at tournaments though because I use that opportunity to gauge how top tier decks perform and a better understanding of the decks functionality so when I do deck reviews I have an idea!
@@GoldLotusPauperMTG nice! But dont ever count put original brews and rogues taking an event. Mtg used to be like that back in the day as the internet was still on the rise lol. Nowadays its even easier to build decks to beat what everyone is playing in the meta with secret tech

Of course man, they're definitely two different decks. Not even the same strategy lol

you can lava dart the spellstutter sprite before it activates its ability if youre using red 😊

@jtmoney606 when i was abusing rdw in pauper e.g. kuldotha and pinger burn thats what i do against faeries... but now i use em faeries 😅🤣
Wish pauper was in arena
You and I both brother
Hey, nice video! Do you have a deck list of the Mono White Rhystic Tron?
Thanks for the support mate! Follow my Moxfield Link in the video description for my Mono White Rhystic Tron Decklist as well all my others!

Augur of Bolas is always a good choice 🤙🏻
I like adding different cards to the thumbnails rather than the same ol' same ol'.
Loving the vid ❤❤
Thanks man I greatly appreciate it brother!

Jeskai Ephemerate feels so disgustingly good provided nobody is playing mono red XD
It's a very solid midrange control deck! Has been for a long time, just overshadowed by UW Caw Gates and Black Gardens
3 months, sad to see 🙏
Yeah so do we know if he is okay?
Ayeee
