One of my favourite videos as of late, congrats on the good work! A suggestion: it would be fun to look at a timeline for specific decks of the format; how Burn changed over the years, how Affinity adapted after the banning of Atog and the downshift of Glitters, how Faeries stopped playing Delver, how Terror became mostly mono U for a while, etc
I'm always open to new video content suggestions! I try to keep my content open and interesting, lots of MTGO content, not enough historical and educational pauper content!

uhhhh what about the delve ancectral recall? treasure cruise?
I must have overlooked that somehow, when you're researching over 30 years worth of commons you're bound to make a mistake
@@GoldLotusPauperMTG That’s fine. This video is really in depth and was an awesome summary of the history of magic and pauper.
I appreciate that, I put a lot of time and work into this video, I thought I had it all researched but somehow let this one past me. Sorry about that
that's very fair. also just to be clear all of your vids are very good and I'm not trying to disrespect you in any way.@@GoldLotusPauperMTG
@@ErelZagron Appreciate that brother!
Storm is literally Solitaire your hundred percent correct on that
Ain't that the truth!
Quirion Ranger???
I think it was an uncommon at first but yah you're right very good in certain decks!
Wasn’t Counterspell in Alpha?
Yeah, counterspell was first printed in alpha
As an uncommon, wasn't printed as common until Ice Age
news to me, thanks!

No problem, it's hard to tell what rarity those early cards are unless you look at some actual set lists with rarity guides.
Many years ago, the Ice Age Counterspell was nicknamed Denial in a Swimsuit.
