"Your people are still working multiple jobs and they talk say we lazy o"
That's him throwing a jab to a statement the president made sometime in 2015/16 referring to Nigerian youths as lazy. So, Falz is here reminding him that his people are working multiple jobs, yet these same people are called lazy. How ironical!
Steve, the entire song, from the lyrics to the video concept is Falz making a mockery of the entire Nigerian system, exposing the hypocrisy of the religious institutions, the corruption of the government.
A background check can on Falz you'll see his father, Chief Femi Falana, from the military era has been a steady human rights advocate, a crusader for good governance, and someone who doesn't fail to call out the government when they misbehave. Falz (also a lawyer) is following his father's footsteps, musically.

That part of transmission was actually a real-life event. Where a top officer could not read or give his so-called written speech properly. It stirred a lot of debates, memes and outcry ( on his academic background and training of officers).

The line about the Pastor pulling the demon out through the woman's breast is a reference to spiritual leaders like Pastors, Imams using their "God-given" religious positions to sexually exploit members of their congregation, particularly the female population. It's wrong morally and legally but a lot of these religious leaders go unpunished. So the main lines "This is Nigeria and we are all criminials." in the hook of th song is a summary of all the shady things going on in the country

So, first of all, Falz is a lawyer-turned-musician and son of a well-known senior advocate of Nigeria (SAN). In his "This is Nigeria" song/video, he tries to depict the current state of the nation where he depicts the culture of corruption, ethno-religious tensions in-country, ethnic fighting and extrajudicial killings, sex for grades scandals and how politicians use the underserved youths to do their bidding during elections, illegal drug use etc. All in all, it was a brilliant portrayal of real-time happenings and vices. #GSGang

The Hijab part denotes the Chibok girls kidnapped by Boko Haram, he spoke about snake swallowing millions of naira( money generated by jamb)but it was just a cover-up for money laundering, he mentioned Police brutality that is the SARS, pastors exploiting church members, poor electricity and other basic amenities... He said a whole that resonates with Nigerians and Africans. It's good someone like you is getting to know

Considering this song came out in 2018 (~3 years ago), yet there's a reference to police brutality (typically by the notorious SARS team), it goes to show why the #EndSARS protest last October was so important. Police brutality had been prevalent in Nigeria for quite some time. The October 2020 protests were not even the first.
The targeting of young Nigerians by the police was an extreme reaction by the authorities to the "Yahoo boys"/"Nigerian Prince" problem. Unfortunately police stations that "close at 6pm due to security reasons" don't have the bandwidth for proper investigation. A skeptical president that described his own citizens (60% of the population is under age 30) as lazy doesn't help either. The police simply defaulted to arresting anyone seen carrying a laptop on the street. Doesn't matter if it's for your office or school: if you have a laptop or you have dreadlocks or you're driving a car as a young man, they simply assume you're a "Yahoo boy", pick you up and ask you to "bail" yourself out. If you're lucky, it stops there. Some people end up being shot. As the police are poorly paid, they're more interested in the "bail" (bribe) than actually locking anyone up (guilty or not). It's exhausting to think about but basically, the #EndSARS protests were about fixing this. Young Nigerians across the world were basically asking for 5 things:
    1. Release of detained protesters
    2. Justice for victims of police brutality and their surviving families
    3. Investigation and prosecution of police misconduct by an independent body
    4. Psych evaluation for dismissed officers before they can be redeployed or reassigned to other departments
    5. Increased salaries and compensation for Nigerian police officers
Interestingly, Falz (and other popular Nigerians) was actively involved in the protests.

Summary: Nigeria can be a parody onto itself. Hence, someone that's jobless checking to see if his watch (Rolex) is original. (Misplaced priority). The girls dancing behind him represent the chibok girls kidnapped by a terrorist group. Civil servants stealing public funds and claiming snake ate the money. Fulani herdmen (northerners) are killing landowners to graze on their land and the government doesn't react (since Nigeria's inception there has been political tension with the North, South, East occupied by the 3 major tribes. The current administration is northern hence the suggestion of no accountability of misdeeds done by northerners. Your security is yours to buy, the police is underpaid, underequipped and undertrained. Hence they can't do anything against criminal elements but rather harassed the unarmed citizen hence SARS. Big Sister Naija is just a play on Big Brother brand, but he features it here to highlight the joblessness in the country and how reality TV is now used placate the masses and ironically is a way out for the participants who can then live off celebrity culture when the show is over. There is also more chatter around reality TV than around political participation. Politicians steal from the people but are praised by sycophants in the hopes to get the crumbs rather than hold the politicians accountable but they would assault a person that steals less than $1. Government has abandoned education and now churches who collect from the already poor and desperate build schools with church funds that a majority of their congregation can't attend. Despite all these, Nigerians are resilient and still able to find a way to shine. We find a way to rise above our circumstances.

Bro! Shit! My experience with SARS was no joke. Happened a day to my birthday in 2019. They robbed me of all my money both in my pocket and my bank account. They accused me of being an internet fraudster just so they could extort me. SARS (Special Anti-Robbery Squad) has no business with financial crimes anyway. That's the jurisdiction of the EFCC (Economic and Financial crimes commission). Anyway, they took all my money and let me go after threatening to shoot me and frame me up. I trekked from one town to the next just to get money to go back to my city.

3:30 - 3:55 that guy there is from the Fulani terrorist group, they come to your settlement innocent, and later, they start killing the original occupants of that place.
4:45 - 4:48 A sum of 38 Million got missing and the lady incharge of that office said it was a snake that swallowed the 38 million Naira from the office. That's the excuse for embezzlement.
7:16 The lazy youth stuff happened when our current president went for an international meeting, I think with the U.N or so, and he openly and publicly said Nigerian youths are lazy.
7:58 The guy surrounded by ladies with cash all over is a Yahoo guy. They are the famous Nigerian prince that floods your email.
10:40 that was the exact replica of the speech a top national police officer gave in the national television.

Falz is an EXCELLENT rapper, he however uses a lot of local Lingua (pidgin English) in his songs, so you might not be able to quickly connect with his lines unless you get a lot of explanations.
That being said, this song portrayed alot of things going on in the society. It was released in 2018 and absolutely everything he sang about is still relevant in Nigeria till date.
I might not be able to sequentially talk about the points, but I'll mention a few.
The young ladies in Hijab (head gear) dancing are a reference to the over 200 young high school girls that were kidnapped from their school in northern Nigeria by Islamic insurgents. Another set of hundreds of girls were kidnapped in another town in Dapchi. It shows the level of decadence in the Nigerian security architecture, especially in the Muslim dominated north, were Islamic extremism is rampant and the government only pays lip service to finding solutions.
Also in the North, Fulani herdsmen (terrorist group) randomly attack farmers and other innocent people and the government just sits and looks on. Probably because the president himself Is from the Fulani tribe.
Yea, there's also the increasingly widespread use of hard drugs by the Nigerian youth depicted by the two young men sipping on codein syrup. And the president once irresponsibly referred to the Nigerian youths as lazy.
Religion is a major factor in Nigeria, almost everyone believes in God. You have to, when you don't have a government or society that cares for you, you have to believe in a higher power to find succour. And I believe strongly that it's our believe and trust in God that has kept many from going into depression and/or crime.
However, you find some religious leaders taking advantage of the situation to exploit members. Fake miracles, financial extortion and the likes. There are many good pastors around nonetheless.
He mentioned the SARS situation also, police harassing young Nigerians with a view to exploit, just because they look or dress a certain way. Trust me Steve, with your looks, if you were a Nigerian, you would have been arrested multiple times.
A lady (Madam Philomena) once claimed millions of Naira (Nigerian currency) kept in her care was swallowed by a snake, what effrontery.
There was a man making a speech towards the end and speaking gibberish. That was a reference to the former Nigerian chief of police giving a speech and literally had a brain wave and was talking gibberish on national TV.
The voice over in the end was that of falz father, a prominent Nigerian civil rights lawyer that always takes on issues of human rights violation in government and civil society. Falz himself is a trained lawyer, but he chose to leave the legal profession for music.

13:13... Of course there's a huge separation of church and state. It's just that like the US where a lot of people put emphasis on morals, whether religious based or societal, Nigeria leans a lot more toward the religious thereby making a lot of people (officials included) very biased and very fanatic or critical whichever way they swing.

6:52... Reference to President Buhari's brain fart episode on the BBC saying that Nigerian youths are lazy who despite there being absolutely no jobs or help being provided by the government, work multiple jobs and are heavy creators. This maddened the entire country.
PS: At the time in question, his own son (above 24) had no job and no income but had just crashed a high end brand motorcycle. One of many! Where did he get the money from?

I might just do a breakdown reaction and send you the link.. so much to be explained on the track. everything Lyrically and visually was very intentional.
The lean you asked about.. was just a visual reference to youths using drugs..not necessarily one type. Also, the part you saw people on the garments praying, *Falz said, pastor puts his hand on the breast of a member, he is pulling the demon out.. implying that religion has been used as a tool to manipulate members into sexual abuse .
The transmission, transmission part.. At that time, there was a public figure who lost his words during a public speech and started talking gibberish.. saying transmission a couple of times
..The ladies on hijab dancing, representEd the kidnapped chibok girls.
The Sars reference, you would observe that a guy on agbada paid the men and took his son away from them.. showing the police are corrupt and the rich can bribe their way out of anything.
    there's more..

The FSars(federal special anti robbery squad) is where the police will arrest you just for being out at night and the rich man bails his son out and leaves the rest to be tagged criminals. The break in transmission part is the inspector General of police making an error while giving a speech, he couldn't say break in transmission correctly

The part where a man in a uniform of some sort saying transmission all over again. Well it means that in Nigeria the people in leadership (some) don’t have education and they get into the post by corruption. The man was supposed to read a letter but he could not🙂

My best line is the transmission part.. hahaha.. that was referencing a top police officer who couldn't read "transmission" from his speech.... Meaning he got to the position through curruption
