    Please dont discharge the asparugs remainders (the though ends and the skin). But instead, make a very tasty broth of them. I think that if you add spring onions, or a bit of tofu, or some wild garlic to it, it will be a nice side dish.

      Indeed, it was a waste to throw away the asparagus peels.
      In Japan, it is not common to make dashi from asparagus peels, but I too know that it makes a delicious broth.
      Next time I eat asparagus, I will make a delicious soup.
