- This is also one of my customers design that I have printed using Plastisol ink on Black T-shirt. It’s a 6 color job and I am simulated process printing for this artwork.

Hi Ricky , you are doing an amazing job. what type of metal is your mesh frame and what method do you use in attaching the mesh to the metal. (what adhesive do you use, if possible link us the product)
Hi there thank you so much for your appreciation. The frame is made of metal. And I use screen stretcher to attach the mesh to the metal. Any super glue will work to glue the mesh to the frame. May be I will surely include this part in the future videos. Thanks again and hope this clears up your doubts.
What’s that holder you are using that you put the T-shirt over and lock the screen into so it doesn’t move?
Hey hi !.. this is called line table screen printing method. It gives perfect registration and the t-shirt and the screen doesn't move.
what mesh count you use
I have used 150 and 200 mesh count
No need for a 4 station carousel ??
Well it depends on how u want your work flow to be. In a 4 color carousel u r limited to 4 colors which is not enough to print CMYK in black or colored t-shirts similarly if you want to print advance level prints and if you see my latest videos, 4 color carousel will be useless. U will atleast need a 6 color carousel machine. But with our machine u can print unlimited colors there is no restrictions.
