Your passion and eye for detail shows...Nice work!
I appreciate it a lot man!🙌🏽
I won’t be doing screen printing but it was nice to see this design come to life. Clean and nice. Thanks
Nice your details came out on point 💯🤘🔥👏
Wow, this came out incredible
Thank you🙏🏽
Great works
Very nice
Thank you!
Hi, first your work super cool and simple. Hoping that you can do a video that show step by step on how to design multicolor design and how to print it out from computer before screen printing. Will appreciate it, thank you in advance
😮great job you have done, congratulations kiddo, wish you the best.
Thank you a ton Rosa🙌🏽
You are very very good.
Bavvvvvvv'...The master, The maestro at the helm.💯🤘🤘✌✌👌
My man! I appreciate you always showing love🙏🏽 goes a long way!
what emulsion and mesh
is best for this process
what size pallets are you using?
What ink do you use on next level N6210?
Too good
Thank you
Awesome broski keep doing ya thizzle 🔥
Appreciate it bro!!
that is good bro but why ur paint does not dry fast on ur screen what the secret
love the videos and the at home set up. Me and my friend are starting up our process with screen printing. So your videos are very much helpful. Respect from DMV.
Glad you enjoy them! I appreciate you commenting it goes a long way. Shout out DMV!!⚡️
@@baavproductions yeah fr bro nothing but respect for you cause trust me screen printing isn’t easy. Is it cool to dm you on ig to ask some questions on screen printing?
Yeah no problem
@@baavproductions we just can’t seem to get past this first step of screen printing which is coating and then exposing the boards. It’s like the ink won’t come off or it’s always a problem with the ink. We been stuck on this for about 4 months now
I'd really love to see how the artwork is separated to prep for this. The printing is the easiest part.
GOALS!!!! Love this. Thank you for making these videos. Now to get the $$ to get all the stuff.. lol
I appreciate you a ton!! Thank you for showing love. You got this🙌🏽
@@baavproductions thanks man. I'm currently rocking a home-made wood single screen press. My emulsion application technique needs work, as well as my home made screen making. Those aluminum ones are nice (but $$). Thanks for all your content.
It all starts somewhere! Keep rocking 🤘🏽
I luv learning with you. Could you do a video explaining half tones in detail with whatever program you use? Is this where you also add registration marks?
Love to hear! I use accurip to generate the halftones and as far as separations I outsource that out
Nice work man keep up the good work, where did you happen to get that folding table you set your shirts on? Ive been looking for one that size all over. LoL
I appreciate it man. That folding table I found for a steal at Ross!
Love these videos! For chest pocket designs do you typically expose in the corner of the screen? Or expose in the middle of the screen and then place the screen off center on the screen printer?
I expose in the left corner of the screen!
Whats the name of the screen printing machine?
When do you set up the off contact? Is it while registering the screens to the transparencies?
Off contact is already set and stays in place before hand
keep killin it youngin. I love seeing you get it. Question, Are you going to outgrow your mamas basement anytime soon? you thinking about moving to a studio space? Or you cool for a while where you at?
I appreciate that man! Definitely out growing mamas basement. I want to get a studio space but it’s going to cost a good amount per month which is what’s slowing down the process but let’s see how everything turns out! Keeping my eyes peeled
What are those clear films called that you use to register you’re colors ? Where can I buy them ?
It’s clear transfer tape. I put a link in the description for ya!
Love the videos! Just curious, how do you set your screens to dry after you've exposed and washed out?
I appreciate that Nate! And literately let them air dry and put a regular fan on them! Don’t over think it, just face a fan on them and you will be fine!
@@baavproductions great! thanks for the tip
No doubt!
Do you have any videos of how you build your clientele, annual profits, and how much you spent on your equipment? I’m looking to start a tshirt business but I was thinking of starting out with heat press and build from there.
I don’t have a video specifically dedicated to that as of now. It would be a good idea to make one as your not the first one to ask🤔
@@baavproductions Yessss 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 lol
Heck yeah
Print came out 🔥
So I have a question, What kind of emulsion do you use for half tones?
I used the same emulsion I use for all my screens! I have a video up on my emulsion and the process check it out on my channel

Hi Baaz I was wondering if I sent you an image could you possibly print it out for me so that I can Silk screen it on a shirt
Unfortunately at this time with all on my plate I don’t do that but I recommend going to a local staples or so and getting your film printer there
excellent work friend, the octopus is a beauty, I would like to know what materials you use, such as the type of ink, emulsion and sensitizer, exposure time of the development and congratulations
Glad you enjoyed! Ink is plastisol ink, emulsion I have a video up on my channel specific to that
thanks friend!!!
No problem!
We're do I find you ? You are great!!!
Based out of Maryland
If I'm from South Africa will we be able work together?
do you know someone that can vectorize a drawing for me on adobe illustrator?
Yessir in the end of the video I mention who does my separations and he also does artwork recreation like vectors. Hit him up
Maybe you can try using a damped wash cloth instead of paper towel.. you can just rinse it out and use it over and over again? idk I know nothing about screen printing..
Good idea! Could work you never know! Appreciate the engagement
How and where to get your product
For my own clothing brand you can go to my website baavproductions.com but if it’s for custom apparel inquiries you can go to AestheticImprints.com all links are in the r description
Hi do you make Silk screen copies for others
Hi unfortunately at this time I do not
thank you very much for all your videos I will keep on watching and learning
Happy to hear they help! Thank you for the feedback🙏🏽
How long do you burn your normal design like time
Most of my videos I take you along the whole process including burning like my last few videos. A normal design for me usually is exposed at 18-20 seconds
@@baavproductions yea I'm trying to figure out my halftone time
Halftones usually a bit less then your usual burn time. For me regular mesh like 156 I do 20 seconds and for halftones usually bump it down to 17-18 seconds
@@baavproductions Ok I was using a 230 yellow mesh at 1min got a great tupac to come out but tried Kobe same everything a not a lot came out but imma keep trying
I would keep doing testing. Was your halftones smaller for the Kobe design?
I never knew making t-shirts was so tedious
Definitely a lot of steps involved
Think you about outgrew your space dude.
That’s what I’m thinking🤔
