      @@baavproductions we just can’t seem to get past this first step of screen printing which is coating and then exposing the boards. It’s like the ink won’t come off or it’s always a problem with the ink. We been stuck on this for about 4 months now

      @@baavproductions thanks man. I'm currently rocking a home-made wood single screen press. My emulsion application technique needs work, as well as my home made screen making. Those aluminum ones are nice (but $$). Thanks for all your content.

    I luv learning with you. Could you do a video explaining half tones in detail with whatever program you use? Is this where you also add registration marks?

      Love to hear! I use accurip to generate the halftones and as far as separations I outsource that out

    Love these videos! For chest pocket designs do you typically expose in the corner of the screen? Or expose in the middle of the screen and then place the screen off center on the screen printer?

    When do you set up the off contact? Is it while registering the screens to the transparencies?

      I appreciate that man! Definitely out growing mamas basement. I want to get a studio space but it’s going to cost a good amount per month which is what’s slowing down the process but let’s see how everything turns out! Keeping my eyes peeled

      I appreciate that Nate! And literately let them air dry and put a regular fan on them! Don’t over think it, just face a fan on them and you will be fine!

      Unfortunately at this time with all on my plate I don’t do that but I recommend going to a local staples or so and getting your film printer there

    Maybe you can try using a damped wash cloth instead of paper towel.. you can just rinse it out and use it over and over again? idk I know nothing about screen printing..

    How long do you burn your normal design like time

      Most of my videos I take you along the whole process including burning like my last few videos. A normal design for me usually is exposed at 18-20 seconds

      Halftones usually a bit less then your usual burn time. For me regular mesh like 156 I do 20 seconds and for halftones usually bump it down to 17-18 seconds

      @@baavproductions Ok I was using a 230 yellow mesh at 1min got a great tupac to come out but tried Kobe same everything a not a lot came out but imma keep trying

      @@baavproductions we do custom vinyl and sublimation out of a bedroom in our house. I feel that... wish i had a basement that big.
