    Love a montage! I am looking to purchase my 3rd property. I do my own self assessment but is it worth doing a limited company? Another thing is, how do you get around second property tax when purchasing new places? Do you have to build a network of tradesman etc?
    Where I live there is loads of cheap housing and families paying top dollar so it is something I really want to get into properly. Nice places you flipped mate.

    5:14 after remortgaging the property what did you do with it? Sell it? Rent it? Are these BTL properties aswell?

    Great video, how many lodgers can you have in a residential you live at? I'm actually going down the residential route and will be taking on 2 lodgers in a 3-bed house, BUT.. supposedly 3 + people unrelated would be considered an HMO? would be great to know where I stand before going forward with this! Thanks

      You need to look at the rules / regulations in your council as each council is different.

    Luigi, I can't find part 2, I'm interested why you almost didn't make a profit on that hmo?
    Also, me n the missus are using equity from our house to get into hmo's. Id pay for half hour of your time if you're interested? Send me an email or something 👍🏼

      Hi mate it was all to do with something called certificate of lawfullness which is a planning document that most lenders require when getting a HMO mortgage on a HMO in an article 4 area. But luckily we did get it 🙌and sure thing feel free to email me on:

    What is it your company 'LN Capital Ltd' does? Is it a property investment company which you use to buy properties through? Thanks

      Hi Mike John LN Capital is more just for branding most of my properties I have purchased through my personal name but I intend to start buying through LN Capital soon. I do work with private investors too.
