Do you mind sharing the average rent per room that you charge social housing tenants across your HMOs? It would also be helpful to share the average rent that private tenants pay. This way critics can assess whether you really are providing a service or just extracting rent from the public purse.

How would you go about offering your property to a social housing association? Would you recommend converting a property to the local council hmo requirments, and then offer the property to them? Or do you think it would be better to have a word with the local housing associations to meet thier requirments before converting the property?
