I disagree with Askin being overrated in strength. He himself says he doesnt like fights of strength and purposely avoids them even though hes shown to be exceptionally strong at them. If he activated vollstandig immediately against Yoruichi Kisuke wouldn't have had as much time to plan vs him and I think he would have won. Kisuke PROBABLY had it in the bag overall but I disagree with him being overrated in strength

I actually don't think gremmy is the strongest of the quincy but he is probably is low elite level considering he should scale above askin and askin even thought he was lucky to become an elite because of his deathdealing which makes him damn near immortal but if that is the case gremmy could have become an elite he would just be lower than pernida, gerard, and lille considering lille is yhwach greatest creation besides jugram obviously and gerard being the strongest with his multiple amps of power and we have pernida who can copy people's minds and powers as he was able to copy mayuri shedding ability and kenpachi strength.

In my opinion the only Sternritter who are stronger than the Espada are Yhwach, Jugram, Uryu, Lille, Gerard, Pernida, Askin, Royd, and Gremmy. The rest get bodied by Barragan. I have several reasons for why I say this: 1. Yammy is arguably not as strong as his rank implies. For several reasons. One, the Espada are ranked by Reiastu and it's stated in a data book that Yammy has infinite reiastu. Two, he was getting beat up by Hollow Mask Ichigo before the Hollow Mask stopped working. Three, if Byakuya was really stronger than all the Espada then he would have had a way easier time beating Zommari and would Byakuya really jump from Soul Society Ichigo level to surpassing the Espada in less than a year with normal training? No and he couldn't have already been that strong since Ichigo get bodied by base Grimmjow so he should be weaker than Grimmjow. Four, Aizen left him behind at Los Noches and told Ulquiorra to guard Los Noches and didn't even seem to speak to Yammy showing that Aizen didn't really care what Yammy did. 2. Barragan fought and tied Ikomikodome who is relative to a Young Yamamoto. 3. Stark was relative to Shikai Shunsui and is arguably stronger than Barragan 4. Ulquiorra was stated to be relative to Vasto Lorde Ichigo in a data book although the anime/manga doesn't really seem to match with this.
Good list i would only change between Lilith and Pernida and move the Shutztaffel to A+ tier Yhwach tbh be S+ tier But i mostly agree If Gremmy had battle intelligence and could've give his imaginations 2nd thoughts he would've been higher bc his ability is the most broken I agree on Loyd being A+ the guy kept up in speed with Yamamoto and his blut vene able to protect him from Zanka No Tachi 15 million degrees I'd say he's between Shikai and Bankai Yamamoto (closer to Shikai Yamamoto) who's still stronger then the TYBW captains (in Bankai he's the strongest Shinigami besides Ichigo and Ichibei although his feats don't support this he got a consistent theme from multiple statements saying he's the Strongest captain with even 1 arm and we saw with Kenpachi's kendo how big the difference between 2 arms and 1)

I figured Gremmy should've been higher considering almost every Sternritter there was shitting their pants when he had dropped a metoer to destroy the Sereitei. Not to mention Askin said that the only one who could truly reign him in was Yhwach himself.

In CFYOW Gremmy is considered the strongest Sternritter who can only be handled by Yhwach tho.
