His vlogs are definitely the best quality ones on UA-cam. You pay so much attention to detail it's amazing. Like in the restaurant when the water was pouring, it's the little things like that that make those so cool. Keep it up man.

he's not as bad as CTFxC -- can't remember the vlog, but I remember Louis pulling out his vlog camera at like VidCon to compare .. Charles' had a couple dings, Louis' had half the finish worn off

all that has happen with your camera is that when they went to put the screen down the Camera cable moved slightly which is why you are just getting a black screen and sometimes getting a connection from it. All that you need to do is get them to reopen the screen click the camera cable back :)

I don't know how Louis stays up that late! I'm 25 and I would never be able to stay up late like he does.
Louis showed the patience in which I personally wish to have as those phone guys prolonged getting the phone fixed however on the plus side another fulfilling vlog to watch tonight.

Wow if it were me, the second they said there's apparently 'water damage' to my phone, I would have said it's alright, thank you, I'll get it fixed elsewhere. I think they were messing around with you coming up with excuses and all tbh. I replaced the screen of my iPhone a month back and it took only 15 minutes. I was sitting right there and looking over the guy as he changed the screen. Although we didn't see much of your convo with the phone guys, I think the whole thing just shows how chill and easy-going you are in general. Not a lot of people are like that so cheers man. You seem like a great guy.
That's really annoying, lying to your customers is never going to get you more business. You'd have rather they just told you the truth from the start
