Nice kit. I'd add a small flashlight, even a little Harbor Freight LED, just something to give you more light while examining a patient for wounds. And a triangular bandage just because they are so versatile and cheap.
Picked up the new kore battle belt because it adjusts better than my cobra belt. I need that adjsutment to tighten and loosen at will. I have a nice trauma pak thats part of my kit as well.
I also bought a Kore Essentials battle belt. I’m using G-Code Scorpion soft shell mag pouches with the P3 and R3 clips; fits perfectly. I’m still in the process of piecing together everything. I’ll most likely be buying the USGI REFLEX IFAK and a custom centurion kydex holster from Tier1,Concealed.
I’m retired Army (22 yrs now) I’m NOLS wildness. Certified. Great video.
Thanks for the information. You are right about the medical training and having the equipment to use.

Such an informative video thank you
How is the retention? Im a bit skeptical of a med kit with no active retention, but it seems to hold up good
Great info. Thanks
Anyone ever tell you you look like Jim Beaver?
Lol, nope. First time
The only thing I won’t attempt is Tension pneumothorax. I feel like I’d end up making things much worse.
It's something I have never done, therefore it's one of a few things I am constantly reeducating myself on
It is recommended not to train with the actual tourniquet in your kit. Always have a secondary one to train with.
Love the video man, very detailed explanations❤🩹. You're the reason I'll be carrying this on my belt.
Training has taught me the woods will yank this right out. Not buying it again.
