thanks man i appreciate it. 🤙🏾 Its business, I get it, but compared to the competition, especially not having med supplies with it, $100 is steep for a lot of people
The best deal I’ve seen has been the HSG . 199$ has most of what you need plus a decompression needle (not an ideal one but better than nothing ) But the kit that I build cost 190$ in supplies then 30$ for a kit bag.
I have been running the Reflex for some time now, it is worth the price for my money. We all have a budget but the majority of quality IFAK systems are in the same range. When I bought mine and then filled it with the supplies I needed, it was cheaper than other "complete" kits out there that were no where near the same quality. Mine has been thrown around, dragged on the ground, bumped into barricades and out in the rain. And in black multi cam you will never notice if it gets dirty. It is a solid piece of gear for me so far.
This is the best front mount med kit pouch for an active shooter rescue task force kit. It’s also the only one that my TECC/TEMS instructor suggests using to maintain a low profile. I use it in on my plate carrier for the FD/EMS rescue task force with absolutely no issues.
Personally upon first inspection it fits everything fine. My med kit is exactly like what I had in my army ifak. No more no less. Have a med bag for scrapes and all that fun stuff in my 3 day bag.
dude I ordered a pouch and inner belt from them in JULY and everytime I called they said 2 to 3 more weeks, when it hit 11 weeks I canceled my order and had to order it from another site. maybe they knew it was you lol. good quality stuff but not letting us know about the lead times and them never meeting those said times is a huge negative for me.
definitely. I was about to cancel, im not sure if they knew it was me or not tbh, or maybe they did because im really surprised to see it in my mailbox after saying i wouldnt get it till November.
If you want to order HSG then I would suggest ordering it from a retailer..(please don't ask me how I know this) those get made the quickest and sent out the quickest then those that seem to be ordered from the website..also before all the crazy, crazy, crazy inflation they were very backed up (again please don't ask me how I know this) and that is why it took so long..now with the economy every company is suffering and you maybe able to get it on the website now faster..but still I would order it from a retailer. having said all of this i find the products to be very well made and useful..some more then others but I like the overall product.
I use the B.F.G micro trauma kit. I have yet to find one as good for me and my preference. Great work subbed . Thanks you answered all the questions I had for this ifak.
Issue I have with Micro Trauma Kit is that it is too small for most chest seals and when fully stocked with MARC (-H) supplies it is basically a round burrito and no longer flat.
People like to slam dunk on airsofters but in other countries that's how military members train and generally its a great way to introduce yourself with the tactical world. What other way woul a civilian be able to replicate battle without military training?
@@GunsandTactics If it had just the bare essentials and you had a PC or outer carrier on would it help with wearing it in a vehicle? Deciding if it's worth it on my patrol belt so it can be moved to my SRT pants/underbelt instead of needing two separate kits on my PC and carrier.
It’s seems pretty convoluted to have an outter shell with a pull out taco style pouch. I’d rather opt for a Molle attached Velcro backing pad with a tear off pouch that I could access with either hand if injured. This kit would be a nightmare if bloody , injured and worse , alone.
The issue is he overloaded the hell out of that, if its not the way he set it up then the idea im seeing and liking, is you grab the handles that are supposed to be exposed on the left or right and simply pull it right out, lay it before you and grab what you need. I like the lack of zippers and anything like that because IMO zippers can be real weak points when you include blood, sand dirt and stress.
great review, have you shopped on gunspot or heard about them i think ive seen a few of those on the site but they have some great deals going on and I feel they are better then gun broker.
the LTC is a bit more compact but because of its size it is limited in what you could carry. depending on what youd want in your kit if u are going minimalist, the ltc is great, if you want to be able to have a bit more, this may be a good option, just dont jam pack it like i did lol.
Dude, that is a terrible place for those scissors... You fall on your back just right and the handles will drive that point either into your spine, or an ass cheek at the very least. Those need to be in a pouch horizontally. Handles sticking out for quick access is a good idea tho'. :)
Good point. Even tho its not a pointed tip, Will reconsider shear placement. I had a friend in the army who thought it would be cool to have thigh holster for this huge knife, fell one day and drove it right into his calf...
Honest question. What's the pro of the larger chest seals? Is there really a hole that's larger than the smaller seal that's still functional for a chest seal?
1:50 I’ve learned that by just asking “how much longer and should I cancel my order and go through someone else. Thanks in advance for your time.” And then magically I get a email saying it will be sent out within xyz amount of time. Two days maybe three days later and I got my holster that I’ve been waiting for over 2 months. I did the same thing where I emailed customer service asking about my packages and they tend to send out the packages faster. Idk if by just asking it makes them want to deliver it to us quicker cause we’re “impatient” or needed the products for a specific reason (I had a class to attend that required me to have a holster) so they ship it out to the people who are in need of it the most?

Thanks for doing a deep review and setup helped me a lot
Good info. You could use more light to make the item more visible.
Needed a good smile today. Looks like I came to the right place.
I look forward to the tactical unicorn but I understand it can’t come out every video so I’ll have to keep watching
Thank you! Thanks for recommending the Coyote Tactical STOMP
Damn been looking into an empty ifak, I have my own supplies but damn all these company want too much for the empty pouch!
yeah, check out the other one ive mentioned, coyotes burrito pouch is only $40.

Thinking of adding this to my duty belt
Take a look around there's tons out there for a little less $. I'm really pleased with my BFG whisper

What about comfort? Sitting in a car with it? That’s important. That’s the problem with the blue force gear version.
oh, this is gonna be a yuuuuge problem sitting in a car, esp if its this fat.

It's not that big of a problem. It actually provides lumbar support when sitting with a heavy plate carrier if packed properly. Aids with comfort
Great video - where do you purchase the refill kits?
live the creed, urban medical gear, medical gear outfitters sell individual and packs to fill your needs
Great video!! Just put me one of these together myself!
thanks glad you enjoyed!!
Subbed for that background music and the shirt
How do you sit comfortably with the pouch? I have the pouch and sit in a patrol vehicle daily but it gets uncomfortable.
The real question is where did you get the Hawaiian shirt from!?
Retro Rifle 😜 link should be in description
wearing this shirt right now in a different colorway 👌

I would like to carry just a TQ, FFD and EMT shears, can you recommend a small pouch to carry just those?
OneTigris makes a good admin pouch.
Is that a dump pouch? Next to IFAK?

I know you carry the Live the Creed Ifak. Would you recommend that one over the others you mentioned?

Hey man would you go BFG or LTC micro ifak for a belt mount? This one looks chunky for a belt.
its pretty chunky yes. either bfg or ltc are gtg, they are pretty similar in size and function. just which is in stock

You can quickly run out of seals with multiple gunshot entry and exit holes. You might get away covering two holes with one larger seal.
What kind of dump pouch are you using on both belts?
What molle clips are you using for attaching to belt
Ordered mine in early Oct, was just thinking I need to see about a refund, then I saw it had shipped
$7 of nylon with no actual kit inside for $100+.
i think i said that minus the $7 part. maybe $7.50
