This is a great spot Joe. This is the type of stuff us car enthusiasts are really interested in. Things like ceramic coatings, wraps, the differences etc.
So nice a process! Must be especially great for you, Joe, to have your special car so clean...and then to hear her running again...wow. Can't wait to see the next video on that. Congrats!
Great news to see the car up and running. I am very jealous at how clean your engine bay is, I thought mine looked good and clean but yours is next level. Look forward to your first drive with the new built engine
Really interesting video. I’ve been following dry ice cleaning for a little while. I think it’s going to be a game changer for enthusiasts home detailers in the next few years future if it becomes a bit more accessible to the end user. I can’t wait to see the M2 back on the Road / Track soon. 👍
Joe, you should really consider getting aset of the CS wheels in gold for your M3 touring. They’re fully forged versus the wheels you have now and just to be honest the OEM wheels in my opinion look better than those aftermarket wheels you currently have.. love the dry ice cleaning
Can’t believe a car so new needs dry ice treatment!! Sorry but something is wrong if cars that old & that expensive require this extensive treatment, makes me realise how fabulous my 17 year old Cooper S is 👍🏻

Never heard of this technology. Pretty fantastic for an elite market, not for your average Joe (pun intended). Very cool.

Fantastic Joe. How about Cerakote clear to finish off the underneath? Really nice to apply with air brush. Would help with aluminium corrosion.
Yes great idea and something Fabian suggested 👌
Do they recommend after dry ice cleaning to to put a protective coating back over 🤔
They do In certain areas 👌
You can apply a coating afterwards if you wish 👍
So happy for you getting the car fired up again.
Looking forward to your next video and seeing the engine going in. I'm sure you're bustling to get it back on the road.
Wow, the engine bay looks brand new.
👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Amazing stuff! What is the cost of that dry ice work?
Thanks, drop Gary a call or email (link in description), prices massively vary depending on job.
Such a good decision fair play mate
Cheers man!

Hi great video first time seeing dry ice results like this. What type of wheels r these on the car
Thank you! I'm running 18" Pro Track wheels in a custom colour. All modification videos are in a playlist from 2022 👌🏽
Great work Gary!

Maybe you should really consider the CS wheels, I love my Edelweiss.
Epic 😍
👊🏽👊🏽
I do like the idea if this deep cleaning of a car
why are you keeping the repair bill secret?
👌
Ok 👍🏻
Missed a spot 4:30 on the right 😅
Not dirt but marking on the paint surface from a pipe 👍
@@prodetailinguk fair enough. This looks incredibly satisfying, I'm jealous!
Enjoyable video interesting.
So much better than the next X1234567 heavyweight unaffordable and undesirable ugly pointless BMW 😂
😂🫣
Brilliant way to clean for sure. PLUS, doing so adds to the horrible CO2 deficit our planet is currently experiencing (not being sarcastic).
😂

It didn't need it, I decided to treat my pride and joy before the engine went back in. Quite simple really.
@@Lemingtona-x5glike what?
@@BimmerBass did you not know what happened
@@Lemingtona-x5g yes. Down shifted into the wrong gear by mistake, over revving the engine. Driver error not really the cars fault
Believe the Hub slipped when the engine over revved
