Dear Paula - I live in a small town in western Colorado. My sister LOVES ELO, & I really didn't know anything about ELO. About 4 years ago, my sister asked my partner & I to go to an ELO concert in Denver, Colorado & we reluctantly said YES. OMG - I absolutely loved the ELO concert! Other than seeing Paul McCartney in concert twice, I would say ELO was my next favorite concert ever! The entire audience stood/danced through the entire concert!!

I hate it when you leave ages between your normal podcasts so this is great, seeing what you are up to, and your family too, it was lovely to finally put a face to the name of James yesterday, he is really nice and didn’t really want to be there so well done James for agreeing to it, you are a good sport! Am also loving seeing more of your pets too, so it’s all good. Really enjoying your stories too, that Jeff Lynn story was good. I had a best friend, who now unfortunately is no longer with us, she holidayed in Rhyl several times per year and always booked the same B & B opposite the theatre and whoever was on musically she went to see, always on her own as her husband wouldn’t go, and she always got up and danced in the aisle on her own, and then others followed suit quite often. I miss her so much, she never let anything bother her on the embarrassment scale, she just did her own thing lol

hello - i'm watching all your old videos...and have to say...that i think ELO is one of the most under-rated bands in rock and roll, and am so happy you love them as much as i do. but you must have come onto them later - i was turned on to them when i was in high school here in the states, in the 1970s. they are/were so incredibly talented and *real* musicians - i can get lost in their music. you are one cool girl, missy.

Have to admit, I googled Jeff Lynne. ah, now I know. Takes me back to my much younger days, listening on a transistor radio in the 70's. Fun times. Thanks for the vlog. I too have a dog that will stare at you while you are eating. Toast is her favorite. I created a monster by giving her the crust one day. Lovely fabric choice for the dress.
When I first researched my dogs breed I was advised to never feed them from my plate because they would never forget about it, I obviously never followed that advice!!

The jam advent calendar looks interesting, a different jam each day lovely beats the same one every day. I like jam in rice pudding or ice cream and on fresh bread of course. Enjoy your variety of pots.
Paula , you have the cutest animals. When Dennis , Doug and Lillian were watching Lizzie , I was laughing so loud my Husband thought I had lost my mind. But, they were so funny. Our dogs , Gus and Prince do the same thing. Sometimes , when they are eating I go stare at them just so they know how it feels. What are those shows that you and Lizzie watch in the morning ? Ahh I love Royal history too! The Tudors, Charles II and Victoria are my favourites, I still watch documentaries about them and the others whenever I can. Have you heard of Lucy Worsley? She's my favourite historian and really brings the documentaries alive with the history. Xxx
