Vick Almighty Restores and Customizes a $6 Superstar Thrift Store Find w/ Reshoevn8r

- In this Restoration with Vick Almighty, he restores and customizes this pair of ULTRA COOKED Adidas Skateboarding Superstar Vulc ADV sneakers. With the help of Reshoevn8r, Vick first starts this Superstar restoration by removing the laces of the shoe, then inserts a shoe tree, he grabs the solution and a soft bristle brush and cleans all of the shoe uppers. He then puts the Superstar in the wash and sets the cycle to a cold wash and regular cycle. He bleaches the mid soles and toe box with salon 40 using a small paint brush and then wraps the entire shoe and sets it outside to dry. Then he stars his custom! By the end the stylish and fashion forward skateboarding sneaker is looking new.

I think they just forgot to film that part, so they had to do it with the custom pair, after that you will se that he keeps working with the exact same shoe.

Lil Vortex they most likely have a machine that cuts the patterns out of the material. Then they use transfer paper to stick it to the shoe and it just stays because of some science. If you wanna see the stencil making process, go watch a Sierato custom video
Custom videos are much better than cleaning videos, but this one with both will do.

Hey Nathan! That is a great question. You definitely want to keep them in the shoes during wash as it helps maintain the shape of the shoe.

We never recommend this as it can cause separation of the shoes.
