- In this starting guide, we go over things that are essential to know before you start your first play-through. But also alot of stuff that is very handy to know in your second or third playthrough. We go over: City Layouts, Production Layouts, using the tools provided, trading routes tutorial (Wait to unload, discard cargo, how to set minimum amount recource on island), how to maintain recources but still share them with other islands, items & specialists like General foreman specialist, Actor specialist, Baker specialist, Chef michel, Feras Alsarami, Chronometrist Chiara & more, how many production buildings do you need, what is the right ratio, how do I make money, basic needs, luxury needs & so much more!

As an experienced player who's been playing since the PC release I have to say this is a very good beginner's guide. I still would recommend to everyone to check out Taka's ultimate guide, which covers everything in detail. I hope you don't mind, Unfiltered Gaming. Your guides will still be useful for console players.

Wait if the wool is 1 to 1 then how do I produce so littler when I got 12 sheep farms and 6 cloth makers and they still say low rss?

yep I actually like building longer rows because of this. (at least with farms and workers houses - modern houses are more squarey)
Thank you for great tips! But I am so desperate to find out how to build a sand mine to mine quartz. It’s not in the coastal buildings menu in the console edition or I am blind, idk. But I’ve read and watched several videos and I can’t seem to find it 😭 any tips?

I was wondering about the cooperative and competitive multiplayer matches. When a host ends the match or when the match ends after victory, will you lose your city and progress?
No
LOL - Workers need:
Schnapps = Alcohol
Beer= Alcohol
Pub = Alcohol
Church = Death
