Trust Your Process

Sometimes we have success.
Other times we face challenges.
When we face challenges, it is an opportunity to grow and learn.
This isn’t to diminish how hard things can be. Sometimes things are fucking hard.
Challenges give us a chance to learn about how we could do things differently.
And, an even bigger learning from challenges: to learn to trust ourselves, and trust the unique process of the unfolding of our lives.
To trust that even with all of our flaws we are doing everything just as we need to.
