Love it here - everything is within walking distance. most of all my friends are Realtors, well Gay Realtors. too. great connections with them. but this area is also a gay-friendly mecca area, in SoDo.

I agree! For young adults just starting out these prices are so high. I would suggest around $200,000 for young new home owners.
