Great information! Quick question: I have been noticing, and it seems like a lot of homes have been on the market for a while. I'm thinking of moving to the central florida area. I'm not sure whether to buy or rent first. Thinking renting first until we find the right fit. Any insight. We like your videos, Thanks!
@@louiesanchez4720 great question! And one that we hear quite frequently! There are many pros and cons to buying or renting first, it really is personal preference. We talk about it in one of our videos that one of our biggest regrets was renting before buying because the home value went up so much and that is equity we could’ve had… but it is a lot to consider and if you’d like to talk about it, give us a call!
Good morning can I ask a question in regards to education. As you said you relocated to the area, is there a reason why you opted for FLVS rather than the kids finishing up High School in your local High School? Thanks
@@samanthahyde491absolutely, we moved in 2020 so with Covid, plus they only had one more year of high school left so it was a very smooth move for them.
That’s good that people are leaving. I hope that’s true - I’ve been here since 94 ever since I was a baby. I hope you all leave, especially the northerners. They all ruined it

@@DominickSpano 100% we are here when you’re ready to talk!
Huh? People are leaving because it’s too expensive.
@@PDGula-lk6dq i guess that’s perspective-it’s definitely less cost and more home from where we lived! We’re happily growing here 😊
