I mean I would venture to say anyone who said they loved poker as a professional player would be more of a sociopath. Playing with friends is a lot different than playing for a living for hours on end. Poker is a very predatory zero sum game and I find it extremely hard to get enjoyment out of it over the long term.
Would one rather travel, enjoy wonderful views, maybe the beach, eat great food, and just take it easy with the people we love? Most of us would. Better that than to grind it out day in and day out for many hours a day at a card table with others who also want to take your money.
@haniotis3421 Romanticizing poker doesn't really make much sense. Playing a zero sum game for hours on end where you fold or don't play 95% seems like torture. Even the highest caliber players can find themselves broke or in debt very easily.

Come on Dwan just do the interview and explain once and for all or just accept that you sir are a scammer.
the only thing dwan cares about is money...he doesn't even care about the people that literally finance his poker. why wouldn't "the best" win his own money like EVERY OTHER top player. why get staked and lose it consistently enough to start getting loans instead of winning. the fact he owes millions to multiple people says many things. 1: doesnt win 2:doesnt pay debts WHEN he wins. bad combo for a guy who doesnt want to bet on himself
