- This video shows me testing out the 0-60 in my 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. I did three 0-60 pulls to come out with an average in the end. It is not the fastest car in the world, but it is a very intense and fun car to drive. The Veloster turbo produces more power than the non turbo model and I just wanted to test out the 0-60 with the air intake. Overall, it was fun driving around and doing 0-60 pulls with my stop watch, enjoy the video! SUBSCRIBE!
I'm stock with an intake same car I get a little less than 7 seconds 0-60. Might need some better tires?

which gearbox do you have? is this DCT or standard automatic?

@@MAGICSPRODUCER a year late but it's a standard torque converter automatic in the 2013-2015 year turbos. 2016+ models have the DCT

Not bad! What’s the aftermarket like in terms of going a bigger turbo? You could probably get it mid 5 or low 6
Yes i could probably go bigger turbo, but then I would have to change a lot more then the turbo cuz my car wont be able to handle more power

Hey when you were paddle shifting it it didnt sound like you were revving it out very high. Maybe thatll help if you push the gears out to 6000 rpm before shifting. Idk i dont even drive a turbo i own a nav lol but i push that bitch to redline every shift if im gettin it

Not sure if you have learned since then, but the performance goes up again if you turn off traction control AND stability control..... Hold that button down.

I was able to get 7.49 in my 2016 Veloster Turbo. I have the 6 speed Manual Transmission
I’m pretty sure mine is like 5.5 with the same mods except I have a downpipe too, maybe cause mine is manual?🤔
Maybe so and I might have a boost leak or something haha, but downpipe makes a big difference. I also wasnt going full throttle but dang 5.5
@@BMWRelates ahh you should see what full throttle is and get a good launch cause I think stock is like 7 seconds, with mods you should be pullin 🔥

Hell yeah bro, I just got my VT a month ago I’m yet to do stuff to it, so far all I’ve got is a strut bar and some rally armour mudflaps

@@splooshy3317 i only have an air intake pretty much so nothing big, but thats why im worried to do more is cuz i don’t want the engine to have problems

Bro put a nice 2 step tune and I bet your launch will give you a nice 0-60 time.. Just gotta get that little turbo to hold PSI when you launch it
